Just over 1 km walk to the north is the Ascension Cathedral and 28 Warriors Park, about 1 km walk to the west and south is the Central Museum, and less than 1 km walk to the east and south is the Peak Tram Station

The resort is beautifully situated within a nature reserve, with lovely grounds and lighting… it felt like we were in the Alps… truly a fairytale! The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the property

We stayed in a treehouse, which was small but very cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. It had everything we needed (fridge, TV, hairdryer, electric heater, shower amenities)

Came to Almaty for the first time during the Qingming Festival for a 'special forces' trip (meaning a fast-paced, action-packed trip). Getting a taxi from the airport to the hotel was very convenient

They did not accept to hand over the rooms until after giving them money for a full day of reservation. It is very bad that paying the amount of a full night for some hours, knowing that I booked two rooms for two weeks

Accommodation which is very near Zenkov Cathedral. One of the few hotels in the city which can accommodate a family of 4 in one room with adequate beds. Breakfast was decent with a good spread of food.

Probably having the best views in Almaty, this hotel is great. Its breakfast is the best I've encountered outside of England, and the breakfast's location on the 18th floor is unbeatable

There are also a few supermarkets within a couple of blocks by foot. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel. Moreover, the airport serving route 92 bus is just two blocks away
