It's a little walk from the bus stop from the airport, but it's a nice hotel. It's conveniently located for sightseeing if you take the bus. The symbolic tower, Bayterek, is about a 10-minute walk away. The reception staff were very kind, but they couldn't speak English.

Nice place. The rooms could use a refresh. There aren't enough outlets near the bed; the one available is occupied by the air conditioner. It's either a phone charger in the heat or the air conditioner without a charger. Breakfast was good.

A clean, cozy hotel in a quiet location with friendly staff. There's a boiler with hot and cold water and an iron in the hallway. Breakfasts may not be very varied, but they're delicious, especially the pancakes and baursaks! It's convenient that the 24-hour period begins with check-in, rather than 12:00 PM like in many hotels. It's worth to stay for the price. Rooms are simple, clean and spacious. Location is close to several Bazars and soviet style malls. Our stay was unfortunately spoiled by excessive construction activity at the facility that's why it's 3 stars only. We didn't tried the breakfast even it was included in the price.

We stayed at this hotel again, and as always, everything was excellent. It's 25 minutes from the airport. The location and parking are excellent. Located in the city center close to pedestrian street, there are bus stops and shops nearby. Very conveniently located on the ground floor, facilities are good, no smell or moisture. The negative side is that one half of the hotel is facing the busy road, I couldn't sleep until 3am, then lost consciousness, and couldn't function the next day. I will bring sound insulation material with me next time...

The room had a great view and was clean, the only issue was the lack of an private bathroom. The owner was also very nice, and it was easy to communicate with fellow Chinese guests. However, the price was affordable. I highly recommend it if you're not on a business trip and it's your first time in Almaty.

A perfect place to stay in Almaty. Location is not far from many landmark such as the cathedral, green bazaar, and Kok Tobe. For the price it is a perfectly serviceable hotel, clean tidy had a sauna and a pool and a 15-20 minute walk to town. Perfect for visiting Medeo as the bus route goes down Dostyk which is right next to the hotel. The check in staff were also friendly and helpful. Rooms are small and basic, I stayed a few times, once during the winter the room was freezing cold and the heating could heat it. Breakfast is good but no longer self service.

The hotel offers non-smoking rooms, but there is stable cigarette smell via ventilation. The stuff is working in corridors since 7a.m. to sleep is impossible! The cafeteria is fine. Mostly for salads and potatoes. Didnt try anything else.

What they call the Elite Apart Hotel is actually a few separate rooms in a very strange, huge apartment building (one of the blocks of the Highvill residential complex). Check in was easy, transportation was offered

The apartment was great. The 24-hour front desk was very convenient. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We particularly liked that there was ice in the freezer. But the toilet was truly a standout feature! It could do everything: wash, dry, and it even had a heated seat. All in all, we were very satisfied.
