Very convenient location: just a couple of minutes of walk to the city centre. There are quite a few places nearby where you can relax or eat. The breakfasts are incredibly delicious.

For the price it is a perfectly serviceable hotel, clean tidy had a sauna and a pool and a 15-20 minute walk to town. Perfect for visiting Medeo as the bus route goes down Dostyk which is right next to the hotel. The check in staff were also friendly and helpful. Rooms are small and basic, I stayed a few times, once during the winter the room was freezing cold and the heating could heat it. Breakfast is good but no longer self service.

The owner is very welcoming, and they're Chinese, so they offer Chinese breakfast every day. The hotel environment is clean and hygienic.

A perfect place to stay in Almaty. Location is not far from many landmark such as the cathedral, green bazaar, and Kok Tobe. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the shared bathrooms were also good. The owner was very helpful in letting us park there and giving us help and suggestions. Would stay here again!

Check in was easy, transportation was offered

The apartment was great. The 24-hour front desk was very convenient. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We particularly liked that there was ice in the freezer. But the toilet was truly a standout feature! It could do everything: wash, dry, and it even had a heated seat. All in all, we were very satisfied.

Located right in front of the embassy, ​​it offers excellent security and excellent facilities. And since it's an apartment-style hotel, there are no issues with utensils or food.

Floor carpet faded. No ENGLISH subtitles and service staff couldn't be communicated . Restaurant quality doesn't match high price especially Afgan pulav some meat pieces was very chill but the rice was hot.

The hotel is excellent, a room with two rooms and beds. On July 7 and 8, 2022, it cost 32,000 tenge for two days. But breakfast is included, they give coupons for visiting (at the hotel) cafe.
