This place was recommended by a local friend. Their breakfast is à la carte and is super good, much better than those dubious places. The staff are also very nice; they even helped me get a taxi on my first day. I barely had to say anything, haha.

This is a great hotel that we've been visiting for a while! They've updated their lunch menu and added a full-board option. They've also added an interactive movie experience in the lounge area. The bathroom amenities have been updated; the robes and towels are softer and fluffier. The slippers are now thicker and more comfortable, so they don't rip after the first use.

The hotel is very good. Quiet place, close to the beaches. The staff are friendly. All wishes are fulfilled, if possible, of course. Breakfast is included in the price, hearty and varied. Lunch and dinner are available for an additional fee. There is a swimming pool, sports hall and sauna.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, perfect for a city walk. It's not far from the Ascension Cathedral, Green Bazaar, pedestrian street, and Mega Park.

The room is a bit small, but it's not cramped for a single person. Breakfast was plentiful, and the hygiene was good. It's very convenient, just a 30-minute drive to Jangbuljae Ski Resort and also 30 minutes to the airport.

A wonderful hotel at a very reasonable price. Absolutely no complaints. The only downside is that it's a bit far from all the main attractions, but given the low taxi prices in Astana, this isn't a problem. We stayed for two days.The air conditioner didn't work the first day and couldn't get proper sleep at night. For the Indians the washroom usage will be bit uncomfortable as no provision of health faucet. Rooms are bigger but the services are lackadaisical though it was done. The rooms and grounds are clean, but unfortunately, the road to the hotel is in poor condition with trash everywhere. The capsules are a bit worn, and there are a couple of spots that need repair, but it doesn't really affect the stay.

This place is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the MEGA shopping mall. It's also not far from the business district, making it a great place to stay when traveling to Astana for business.

I stayed at this hotel for two days and had a comfortable experience both days. The front desk staff were all very pleasant. It's located right in the city center, which was super convenient for sightseeing, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. There's also a currency exchange close by; the one on the right is more helpful.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. This was made all the better by the extremely helpful Bek who did everything he could to help with travel arrangements for the next leg of our journey and to ensure we had a great experience at the hotel.

Good breakfast, business lunch is terriable and the restourant not so good. Room is more or less is OK, but no cleaning on snow in front of the hotel from ice.

I do not recommend to anyone who wants to visit them. When we checked in we were told that they had a room for 24 hours 15000tng.
