Very old hotel but still in very good condition. The staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms are very clean and it has very delicious breakfast. It also has free parking and Wi-Fi The only drawback: the close of an elevator closes very fast.

The hotel is close to the old rail way station, but far from the new one (25-30 minutes by taxi). So please check well which one is your destination. The staffs were nice and helpful. They tried to help in anything I requested.

Its a 2 star hotel so nothing much to say. The building is dated, as expected. Rooms werent cleaned during our stay. Bed mattress has completed its life but still hasnt been changed. The staff is courteous though. The hotel is what you get in such low price.

Dear guests of Almaty, this hotel had a very good reputation 20 years ago and was a truly awesome place! However, it's fallen into disrepair now. BUT, for the price, it still offers a pretty good value. Overall, I highly recommend it! By the way, the all-inclusive breakfast isn't Turkish, but you won't leave hungry! Everything else was fine. It's near the Green Bazaar and also pretty close to the church. But what's with that tiny bed? It felt like I was going to fall off at any moment. I have no idea why they'd put in such a small bed; a tiny bed just makes the whole place feel cheap and unstable. Mostly satisfied, especially with the male owner who was incredibly friendly. However, the female staff member was just average. The restaurant service was also good. The price was a bit high for the facilities. If you want to make a reservation, it's best to do so two months in advance.

I stayed at this hotel for two days and had a comfortable experience both days. The front desk staff were all very pleasant. It's located right in the city center, which was super convenient for sightseeing, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. There's also a currency exchange close by; the one on the right is more helpful.

The toilet has no lock and you can see easily see person inside the toilet even if it is close.

The facilities were all very clean and tidy, probably because it had just been renovated! I stayed there in early September and it was comfortable even without air conditioning. The only downside was the lack of an elevator. It's a bit tucked away, so the landmark is the park inside the apartment complex. It's right in front of it, so when you're looking for the hotel, try to find the inner road!
