Good hotel with good service, but be aware if you are foreigner and you come to check in late at night the is good chance if you don’t speak Russian or Kazakh there will be some language difficulties

I'm very apreciated about the Tourist Hotel service for cleaning my room and breakfast at bed ;0) My room had brand new interier. So quiet place with nice view and lot of space for rest and living.

The restaurant is good, cozy, spacious, the ceilings are high. But the service is so-so. And the music is too loud, you can go deaf. Several times they warned to make the music quieter, but no one heard. And the restaurant is good.

Although there is a language barrier, they use translation software to communicate at the front desk. The service is very thoughtful, the breakfast is rich, and the price is not expensive!

The hotel is in a residential neighbourhood so you’ll have to get a taxi to the city centre. Decent breakfast. Rooms are clean but furniture is a little dated. Staff can be a little unfriendly, the receptionist could not find my booking at check in and came across a little unprofessional.

This is a relatively new hotel. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the pedestrian street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite; one room had a king-sized bed, and the other had two twin beds which could be pushed together if needed. It also came with two bathrooms. Nice hotel. Near to shopping street & mall. Many halal restaurants nearby too. We didnt take the breakfast coz we wake up late. The room is compact with full amnities & also panty with full equipment so that you can cook but we not. We just enjoy thw local food. So delicious. I can name two 'Navat' & 'Qaganat'.

Alanda Hotel has an elegant and beautiful decoration, our room was very spacious, the bed and the pillows are comfortable, and that's it. Location is not bad. We stayed there for 3 nights, and we only had hot water on the shower on the first night. That was a nightmare. Staff didn't really care or at least apologize about that. Good afternoon. I liked my stay at the hotel. Checked in quickly, pleasant staff at the reception desk. You need to pay a tourist tax (not expensive). It’s literally 30 minutes from the airport. The rooms are clean, spacious and have everything you need. Minibar with affordable prices. Smart TV. All toiletries. Decent breakfast. There is a shopping center opposite the hotel. I liked everything.

Samson is a cozy and stylish lobby in the city. Beautiful paintings and a statue. A gorgeous staircase, but lacks railings. On the second floor is the Balcony restaurant. Quite an interesting layout, divided into zones. Most of all I like the spacious terrace. You can smoke electronic cigarettes on the terrace. They make delicious coffee and bake the most delicious pizza. I recommend it.

I stayed at dorm 303 where the AC's highest temp is 25 and the body odor of my roommates is just all over. The toilet room floor tends to get messy after one takes shower because they do not have mats. For some reason, devices won't connect to the wifi immediately. Was working on the common area. Coin laundry is also available.

First time stay. Staff very friendly and helpful (let me use the laundry room to iron my clothes), good hot sauna, breakfast some decent options and good coffee. The decor is a bit intense - feels like stepping into a time warp but the place has charm. Front desk staff spoke Engish which helped me a lot. Would defo stay again.

A wonderful hotel located in a new district of Almaty, about a 15-minute taxi ride to the center. The rooms are clean and the staff is very polite.

The breakfast selection was decent, and the rooms were clean and hygienic. Although the room facilities were a bit old, they were all in good working order. The hotel also has facilities such as a swimming pool and gym, which can enhance the overall experience, as well as some other recreational facilities. However, the overall location is not convenient for walking around.
