First room was smell bad of smoke even though my booking was non smoking room . They gave me other room was good after i complained. I think hotels used to give worst room who booked through trip.com . It happened in my previous trip in Bali.

The view was amazing, the location was great, and the service was very friendly and attentive. The room was large and clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work and just heated the room on every setting, and some of the furnishings were a bit dated and had scratches. Hotels in Almaty are significantly inferior to those in China. The Ritz-Carlton's facilities are roughly equivalent to those of Atour X in China. The service is acceptable, but the breakfast is mediocre and too monotonous; it's not even in the same league as Ritz-Carlton hotels in China.

The best and the most expensive hotel in Almaty. Service is perfect, staff try to help in all questions.
