I stayed at this hotel for two days and had a comfortable experience both days. The front desk staff were all very pleasant. It's located right in the city center, which was super convenient for sightseeing, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. There's also a currency exchange close by; the one on the right is more helpful.

The toilet has no lock and you can see easily see person inside the toilet even if it is close.

We were traveling from Vietnam to Russia, via Kazakhstan. We found this hotel on Trip.com and booked it with breakfast. Booking and paying with our Russian card was easy. We didn't enable roaming, so we navigated by memory using a map, as the car's GPS was struggling and the hotel wasn't showing up on Google Maps. We drove at night, relying on our memory of the map. The hotel is fantastic, truly stylish and well-designed. I downgraded the rating for poor soundproofing. It wasn't very loud in the next room, but it sounded like it was right next to me. I really wanted to go out for a smoke afterward.

Good hotel. Been here for one night in summer, 2015. Clean, quiet, good personnel. Ordered food and they got exactly what I ordered. Prices for food, especially water are higher than Baku, Azerbaijan. But Aktau is notorious for high prices. Rakmet.

Check-in is after 2 PM. Luggage storage is available. The room is quite spacious. It's easily accessible by bus from the airport, and very close to the Eternal Flame and the beach, making it very convenient.

This was supposed to be boutique hotel and upon entering rooms, you could see it was properly cleaned as there was strands of hair of the former occupants. Hotel was okay. Room was clean, silent and huge enough. We were provided with all bathroom accessories - even teethbrush. We could pay by MasterCard. Last day we needed to wait more than 40 minutes for ordered breakfast. It was strange, because only other 5 guests were there.

Such a cute boutique hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is easy to reach and very near the bus stop. They accommodated our breakfast for vegetarian which was great. The bed in the room was very comfy too. I would happily return to East Astana Hotel.
