As a European, I can not lie. There are parts of this hotel that remind me of the Soviet Union. The rooms have some old looking furniture, but they are a good size as are the bathrooms. Buffet breafast and good restaurant for other meals. They do have an English copy of the menu! Small area outside on the patio , but the open tents on the path down to the lake have a 30% service if you choose to...

Park Hotel Kokshetau - recreation area on the shore of Lake Shchuchye. Very beautiful place, beautiful nature. Today the cost per room is from 30,000 tenge per day and above.

Wonderful place to stay during the winter break. Cozy, warm and comfortable. The food is delicious, staff is friendly and helping. Not new, but still great. Fair-priced, good quality for your money. Kids friendly. Will stay again.

I have been already 3 times this season in the Park Hotel Kokshetau. Because I like it very much. Friendly and helpful staff, tasty food in the restaurant and beautiful scenery all around. Strongly recommend! Can't wait to see how it is here during the winter 🙂

The hotel service was excellent. This was my second stay here. The front desk upgraded me for free, which was reassuring. They also provided a welcome gift. The bedding was changed and the room was cleaned daily. It was very nice.

The room very spacious. The location near to airport around 15minutes ride by yandex. The WC does not have bidet.The bed is super comfy. I liked everything! It's clean and cozy, and the lobby bar is open 24/7. The reception always responds to requests.

Stayed at this hotel for a night as we wanted to be closer to the bus station to bishek. No frills hotel. Reception seemed a bit cold. But I guess it's the same throughout Kazakhstan lol located within a petrol station with convenience store.

There are no restaurants around, but there are small supermarkets and fruit shops next to the gas station, which makes it very convenient to get in and out. The hotel is also clean, and it's a ten-minute walk from the International Bus Terminal. The service is pretty good!

The hotel is quiet. Just what you need with family. The room is good. The staff is responsive. Breakfast is brought to the room. Most importantly, there is no smoky hotel smell in the room. You feel comfortable. Of the minuses, a bad image of cable TV and hot water in the shower for some reason quickly ends.

A small hotel. Although, for me, more like a good guesthouse. In the rooms you can play football, or rather, to meet guests. In one room there are many sub-rooms. All you need and a bathrobe. The only negative is the bed. Very hard mattress. Delicious cuisine.

A solid 3 star hotel knocks out. There are several types of breakfasts to choose from, no frills. There are usually few people, if you arrive at night you will have to wake up the reception. The Hotel is in a slightly awkward position. Staff service is excellent. Clean and warm rooms. But everything else leaves much to be desired. The beds are hard, the wi-fi internet is weak, the bathrobes are old and smell bad, there are no glasses and hangers in the room, the bathroom is worn out, the interior of the restaurant is terrible.

What a beautiful experience, The views of the mountains are incredible, it is incredibly easy to do a days skiing and return to the top of the mountain to retire for the night. The room was amazing it has a small sauna perfect for 2 people, the room was warm, underfloor heating , bathrobes and a wonderful shower. Nice speaker and smart tv, comfortable sofa and big bed. This hotel is located right at the top of Shymbulak, making it the best possible location if your main goal is skiing. The atmosphere is amazing—very energetic and friendly with everyone having fun on the slopes. The rooms are spacious, well-heated, and clean. The room was very clean. The outside temperature was low, but the inside temperature was very high. It was very touching to see the cleaning lady kneeling to scrub the floor. Breakfast was served on the first floor; it was also clean and hygienic, and the selection was plentiful.

The accommodation was easy to find, clean, and included breakfast. I went with three friends and we had a room with three single beds, which was great.

The hotel is close to the old rail way station, but far from the new one (25-30 minutes by taxi). So please check well which one is your destination. The staffs were nice and helpful. They tried to help in anything I requested.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, but still takes around 15 mins by taxi. Close to a shopping mall and bus stop. There are hostel rooms and the issue with the hostel is there's only one key for the dorm's door. And the shower booth has no lock, it's only a glass door, so each time someone showers they most likely would lock the main door and so no one can use the toilets at the same time. There...

The room was outdated, but they will clean your room every day (except on weekends). It was a black-haired receptionist who was nice and kind. Location was near the airport. Hotel was nice as there was swimming pool, sauna and massage centre. Room was a bit out-dated and basic. The air-conditioning (AC) was not working very well and it was a warm night. But I have to commend the receptionist and technician for helping us to change room when we complained that the AC for the initial room was faulty. Breakfast was very simple and basic.

I visited Almaty, the old capital of Kazakhstan, for a day. My flight arrived super early, around 2 AM, so I didn't have anywhere to go. I picked this old hotel near the airport for a late check-in and a quick nap. I slept until after 10 AM, then checked out to explore the city for the day. Getting a taxi from the hotel to the city center was very convenient.

Fantastic hotel with good breakfast.

It was inconvenient that there was no hair dryer. It was great that I could walk to the mall in the city center. The hotel staff were all kind and even reinforced my bag with tape when it got torn and helped me carry my luggage. There was also a park nearby.

Its a 2 star hotel so nothing much to say. The building is dated, as expected. Rooms werent cleaned during our stay. Bed mattress has completed its life but still hasnt been changed. The staff is courteous though. The hotel is what you get in such low price.

Was here for work. Lovely clean hotel. I did have to move rooms as the room i was first put (312) had a very high window, it was cramped and the noise of the extraction units were quite loud, but once i had moved i was much happier, the staff were very helpful! Great Gym but it did feel like we were a bit of an inconvenience when we used it. People kept watching us as if we werent supposed to be there

I'm here for a special occasion I'm international table tennis umpire and I have an international tournament there the Hotel is clean I saw to kind of rooms one with king bed and it's big enough and another one had two small beds and tiny the only thing I don't like here it's far from the city center about half an hour to go there that's it 🙂
