This hotel is a four-star hotel, 375 per night. The only drawback is that the air conditioning is not cold in this season, but the windows and interior facilities are very modern. It is better than many hotels in Almaty.

This is probably the best hotel in Aktau. Respectable, clean, conveniently located. The staff works well, very friendly. Very good room service, the food is delicious. Of course, this is an expensive hotel, but it's worth it. The sea is literally nearby.

Really nice hotel with great staff. The rooms were beautiful but exceptionally warm. Our room rarely went below 27C unless we opened the windows. It was super uncomfortable sleeping in sauna like conditions.

Stayed for 7 days on business. The best thing is a gym adjacent to the hotel with a swimming pool, machines and a sauna. Very good wifi connection. This hotel has a fantastic ambiance with a strong Russian flair. Breakfast every morning was a real treat. The room was very quiet and the heating was excellent. Very satisfied! Although it looks a bit dated, it's clean, well-equipped, and has a strong Soviet feel. It turns out there's a restaurant. The portions are huge. The staff is polite. It's clean. It's cozy. But not very tasty. The pasta isn't salty, it's a bit hard. Stayed here for 8 nights during a work visit to the Karachaganak site near Aksay. Overall comfortable and suitable for a work visit.

There are probably no better hotels in Aksay. I gave it a 4 because they didn't give me a second towel, even though we shared one. They were a bit stingy, but otherwise, everything was new in our room.

This is the second hotel I stayed at in Almaty. It's definitely an old-money style hotel. The hotel is located near the Koktobe cable car, which is convenient for getting around. Good hotel.. checked into a family room on the 7th floor with a view of the lake. We paid 20,000 tenge extra for a child, they made up the sofa. The room was very warm.
