hotel is good and room.large and comfortable . view on a side is charming with all the mountains . shower good but with tub. breakfast reasonable but sometime when crowded you feel something missing on organization level . location is great ,just close to good area for walking ,finding coffee and restaurants . it is a quite area . some parking available . staff is responsive .

It's a shame you didn't read the reviews before your trip and instead trusted the brand and the stars. The service, hospitality, and professionalism are lacking. The hotel team needs to work on improving its reputation, especially in your city.

Very nice hotel in the center of Shymkent. I recommend visiting during a stopover in the city or for a transfer. A taxi ride to the hotel takes 20 minutes and is quite cheap, there is a shopping center nearby. It was -16 degrees Celsius outside, but the room was only 15 degrees and there was no underfloor heating. The room was too cold. They eventually provided a heater, but I still couldn't sleep well at night. I recommend against staying at this hotel during winter.

Best hotel in Pavlador. The receptionist tried to put me in a smaller room but I was having none of it, and got a nice big corner room. Please note that their double rooms (495sqft) are 50% larger than their deluxe double rooms (336sqft). Go figure.

I spent one night in this hotel. Reasonable prices, great staff, nice bar. I understand there is also spa but haven’t had time to check it out. Although there was a bit of a strange smell coming from the toilet, I compensated it with great view from the 8th floor.

Ertish has a multilingual staff, so English speakers will feel comfortable here. The decoration is elegant, the massage services are great, and the continental breakfast is nice. Stayed for 7 days on business. The best thing is a gym adjacent to the hotel with a swimming pool, machines and a sauna. Very good wifi connection. I would say it's an average hotel. The food is not bad, just always the same, the rooms are okay, the bed is comfortable. The Wifi is very weak, but the wellness area is quite good. There is a small shopping center with a grocery store at the bottom of the hotel.

This hotel has a fantastic ambiance with a strong Russian flair. Breakfast every morning was a real treat. The room was very quiet and the heating was excellent. It's super convenient for getting around, and it's easy to walk to many of the attractions. Definitely my top choice for a trip to Almaty.
