All is well in this hotel for such location like Uralsk. The only problem is - temperature in the rooms is too hot in summer, even if you switch to the lowest point. Hotel staff not able to help, the system is old probably.

The staff is friendly and supportive. The rooms are cleaned well every day. No coffee by default in the rooms, tea only. But the paid second cup of coffe on the breakfest... That does not look like customer focused thing. When you are in the business trip, just arrived and need the iron ASAP - be ready not to get it. So, decide yourself.

I enjoyed the larger suite in the hotel, for just a little more than a regular room. The staff was very helpful. Room service food was great. They call it a continental breakfast, but it was much more than that. Hot entrees and custom orders available.

We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. Staffs are excellent, considerate and helpful. Breakfast is served from 7-10am and they prepared a packed for each of us as we left the hotel at 5am for the tour. Accommodation which is very near Zenkov Cathedral. One of the few hotels in the city which can accommodate a family of 4 in one room with adequate beds. Breakfast was decent with a good spread of food.

Everything is not bad and matches with the price. Location is close to the church and bars.

The only blemish, if one could call it that, was that we were assigned a room with twin single beds instead of the queen bedroom that was booked. Also, the water hose in the bathroom did not work well. I suspect that the trigger was jammed due to the hard water. Apart from that, everything else was quite good. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good.

Always my go-to hotel. The rooms are spacious, and it offers good value for money. Breakfast is decent. However, they really need to improve their hygiene and disinfection practices.

Nice hotel but few things can get better  1. No well marked or information for reception desk location, need to ask around for directions. 2. The shower’s temperature changing quickly from hot to cold alternatively. 3. Window blocked by safety staircases, the manager refused to switch room. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay even they over charge me taxi fees.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of hot water. The location was excellent, within walking distance of major attractions. Was here for work. Lovely clean hotel. I did have to move rooms as the room i was first put (312) had a very high window, it was cramped and the noise of the extraction units were quite loud, but once i had moved i was much happier, the staff were very helpful! I'm here for a special occasion I'm international table tennis umpire and I have an international tournament there the Hotel is clean I saw to kind of rooms one with king bed and it's big enough and another one had two small beds and tiny the only thing I don't like here it's far from the city center about half an hour to go there that's it 🙂

The hotel is large and fairly clean, but it’s quite far from the city center and takes some time to get there. We stayed here while waiting for our flight and paid extra for early check-in.

The room was very new, having been newly built in 2022. It was bright and clean, and quite nice. The hotel's gym is very large, the largest hotel gym I've ever seen. It's also open to the public, which is a good business model.
