The room facilities are outdated, the air conditioning isn't cooling properly, and it's a bit noisy since it's close to the main road. I had to ask for housekeeping three times, and by 4 PM the next day, it still hadn't been cleaned. Not a good experience.

Always my go-to hotel. The rooms are spacious, and it offers good value for money. Breakfast is decent. However, they really need to improve their hygiene and disinfection practices.

Nice hotel but few things can get better  1. No well marked or information for reception desk location, need to ask around for directions. 2. The shower’s temperature changing quickly from hot to cold alternatively. 3. Window blocked by safety staircases, the manager refused to switch room. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay even they over charge me taxi fees.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of hot water. The location was excellent, within walking distance of major attractions. The view from the window was beautiful, and the restaurant on the top floor offered a glimpse of distant snow-capped mountains in the morning. The breakfast selection was extensive. The room was very new, having been newly built in 2022. It was bright and clean, and quite nice. The hotel's gym is very large, the largest hotel gym I've ever seen. It's also open to the public, which is a good business model.
