This hotel is absolutely a recommendation. Perfect service, very friendly, everything in very good condition. Great breakfast We will come definitively again. Just one minor topic to improve: coffee could be more tasty!

Of course, like anywhere, there are always small details that could be improved, but they didn't affect our overall experience. We left with great impressions and would definitely consider coming back

A relaxing break in beautiful surroundings, exceptional service, from Florin who took out bags to our room and chatted about the history of the hotel- to the very attentive staff at dinner service.

Extremely professional and welcoming staff, always with a smile. Facilities were great and the Red level lounge was a great facility to relax and get snacks and drinks

They mainly speak Spanish as is to be expected but try their best to speak English. As my Spanish is non existent this was appreciated. Pool facilities good, excellent slides

The overall vibe of the hotel felt a bit cold – the staff wasn’t very welcoming or informative. It’s also a shame that we weren’t allowed to take breakfast to the beach suite, and that there’s no room service included

We stayed in a beach suite for over €200 a night, so we expected a bit more comfort. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely hard and gave us back pain after just one night

That would’ve made the experience feel more luxurious. That said, the location of the beach suite is absolutely amazing

g prawns or cookies and then used them as a buffet at their own table and then ended up leaving them so that was a waste and meant there was none left for other guests but not sure what hotel staff can do about that

The pool is rather simple, and spacious enough, although it could become a crowded in the peak of high season

We would have done better getting partial view of sea and being higher up and saved the money. We did like the gym and breakfast was good, but I doubt we would spend the money to stay here again

The hotel is located right next to the harbour-lots of restaurants and bars. It is spacious, clean and reasonably priced. The bed was supremely comfortable - slept like a log. Midday room checkout was a bonus

The rooms are spacious and clean, and although the balconies are small, they do provide a lovely view. The solarium area and sunbathing spaces are ample and both pools were refreshing

The complimentary champagne and drinks on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day was a wonderful surprise and bonus It would have been helpful to know we could have a kettle in our room to enable us to make our own hot drinks but we were not informed of this by the hotel

The accommodation was acceptable, However as time went on it was evident that it was Schools Easter Holiday on the week we picked, not starting the next week as we thought

Fantastic hotel with marvellous new lagoon style pool. Rooms impeccably clean. Right on the beach with great views from rooms.

Pros: • No issues finding sunbeds • Lovely pool • Good selection of all-inclusive drinks Cons: • Staff often rude and unaccommodating towards English guests, while Spanish guests seemed to receive friendlier treatment (with the exception of a few polite male young bar staff)

We really enjoy the stay with my girlfriend. Great barmen and especially nice receptionist Elena which was so helpful during our arrival. Familiar and clean place with nice pool and great program during day

There is a gym and another smaller pool for kids as well. Really amazing food which I enjoyed a lot and each dinner was more than just unique. A Waterfront near by is great for morning jogging

We stayed for a week in November. This is a top class hotel with many things going for it despite the “towels”. It’s a large but well run hotel with a good staff in a great position in Marbella

Beautiful property on the beach. Clean room, but a little small. Ocean front balcony. Sexy shower with glass walls adjoining the bed space.

The beach club is fantastic, the pool area spacious, and the sunbeds super comfortable

The breakfast is outstanding and yes sometimes we had to queue but it was worth it. A couple of minor quibbles - the room needed more storage space having a small wardrobe area with 2 drawers and the lifts can get busy

This hotel is in a superb location just across the promenade to the beach. Most of the rooms are in an 80s time warp and need updating though spotless clean. Most rooms have sea or garden view

This hotel is looking at the beach and you can have a nice walk in the evening to the harbour. Overall you would struggle to spend anything extra here and it's relaxing. So would definitely recommend and come again

A few days ago I had the privilege of being invited to the Atúnic Restaurant of the Gran Hotel Meliá de Zahara de las Tuna in the province of Cádiz. I personally had the tuna tataki with pine nut and heart vinaigrette

We booked a Family room, clearly listed for 3 adults and 2 children. When we got there we were told to pay 50€ more per night per child.

So it's a well run hotel on a fantastic stretch of beach with mostly great staff and ok breakfast. It's a soulless chain hotel with no nuance to it's amazing surroundings

Hotel entertainment fantastic every few hours they had something going on at the pool bar. Although some staff at pool bar not very friendly and quiet a few times came off rude

The position of the hotel was beautiful, looking out to see. Everywhere was kept really clean. We were there for a week and witnessed the pool area being cleaned at least three times with a proper pool cleaning machine

We love this hotel and stay here often. The food is great with plenty of choice. This summer some tables have been set up outside and we loved being able to eat our meals outdoors looking at palm trees and pool

Only there for a few days, but was clean, as were rooms, never ate in the hotel and never used the pool either, but liked the location n staff were helpful.

This hotel was superb for a three star I couldn’t really fault it. The only downside is it’s at the top of a very steep hill. So if mobility issues might not be the one for you unless you can afford taxis

This is a 3 star hotel but should be 4 star. The rooms are clean, bathroom without any mould and a great shower. Beds comfortable I would book again without any hesitation
