Perfect location close to everything – bus stops and just a few minutes from Palma city center. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. We recently stayed at the Don Miguel in March 2025. Pros: Staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel was dated but very clean. Very close to airport. Quick transfer. Well located for exploring Palma and beyond, this was our second trip to the hotel and we still find it charming. The hotel is spotlessly clean, has a great breakfast, and fabulous pillows. Staff are helpful and we enjoyed the quiet. Walls are a little thin after a party night out, but this would not deter us from rebooking as a great base for any Mallorca adventure.

The walls between the rooms are quite thin so we could hear everything from other rooms, however reception staff - mainly Vera and Karen are very nice and helpfull!:) We had some issue in another hotel and Vera was fantastic while helping us fix it. Altogether we had a good stay.

We have stayed Alua in Palma before and thats why chose Alua Alcudia again but I think hotels are not the same. We had enjoyed our stay in Palma but this time the hotel was so loudy , even heart next room’s phone call; that was so unconfortable.And hotel looks like more comfy on the photos but it has only small pool and not big and nice as looks.

Good hotel with superb location

It is an excellent hotel. We liked its location and the restaurant. The room was clean. The shower in the room was excellent. We especially liked that on the departure date, the hotel allowed us to use a special room with a shower and the possibility of changing clothes. Wi-fi worked well. The only problem was that the air conditioner did not work properly and did not cool down the room.

It's definitely a hotel worth recommending, especially in Alcudia, but the service in the kitchen is unfortunately a bit poor! Plates aren't cleared away immediately, for example?!!!!! I could name several more examples...

It wasn’t our first stay there, overall we enjoyed our stay, the only thing we didn’t like is that the housekeeping knocked at the door every day before 9 am even though we had a no disturb sign on our door. I have rarely experienced a hotel that still ranks "hospitality" high. A hotel that could be described as "old-fashioned" in terms of its furnishings, but the way it treats its guests is something many hotels could learn from. If you are looking for a cheep place for a family or small group then this would be a great place. I booked the hotel as it gave the impression that there was secure parking on site yet when we arrived we discovered that it was just on street parking. The room was a good size but had a stake damp smell. Luckily it was cool enough to have the windows open over night.

The hotel is ideal for families, it was packed during the holidays and we still always managed to find a sunbed. Parking was tricky, but this was during the summer holidays, it might be easier other times in the year. Food and all inclusive is priced great and it's not bad but it's not great.

I wish there was a fridge and hairdryer. The food is also great, many fresh salads and options for vegetarians, like me. Overall, worth the money.

Great little hotel. Reasonably priced, the general staff at reception and cleaners are great and friendly. The hotel is dated, but I believe that the hotel is soon being renovated and updated. The lifts are small and at the time of staying one wasn’t working. This only being able to carry two at a time. Great location, ideal for people staying in or adventuring out.
