We were in the hotel as a family 2+1. Child is 4 yo. We ask the staff during the check in to give us the room which is silent during the night. We got a nice room 366. Room wasn't big but there was enough place for us. We also asked about the baby bed. We got the bed for our child next morning during room cleaning. A nice clean hotel in the very heart of Santa Ponsa. Staff are attentive welcoming and knowledgeable however it’s is situated facing a very busy restaurant. We asked for an upgrade which was accommodated with minimal disruption and the staff were more than happy to help us. Food was incredible

Really convenient location close to everything. We had the family room which had two floors for 4 people. The beds were sooo comfortable, and the shower was amazing. It was very clean and bright. Such a great location that it is quiet and one min walk from everything you can imagine. Walkable 10-15 mins to most places around Palma that are buzzing, clean and tidy and suggested for younger folks though as rooms for 4 have galleries with very odd steps to it.

Great location, also very close to the airport bus station. The bathroom had a huge shower with piping hit water. The room had a nice large window and it was quite spacious. Good value for money. Great hotel. I was a bit uneasy with it being a virtual hotel, but it worked perfectly. We hadn't realised the door cards timeout on your checkout time. We were late back and couldn't get into the rooms. Easily ressolved. Our fault but something to be mindful of and perhaps could have been told about. Great location for getting to everything and a bar underneath, what's not to like.

We stayed here 5 nights and everything was really good. Food is ok, we always found something to eat and rooms were cleaned regularly. The entertainment during the day was sooo good, water polo, billiard, darts, kids club. Evening mini disco was a blast for our 3 year old daughter, Marcelo and Julieta are fantastic and do everything from heart. Definitely we will go back.

A good hotel at a reasonable price. All rooms have beautiful views of the pool and sea. The food is good; you won't go hungry. There are always several types of meat and fish. The bar offers beer and other drinks, including cocktails. The staff is friendly and eager to please. We stayed at this hotel for eight nights and would be happy to return.

Hotel is nice and clean. Service is varied. Some waiters and bartenders and friendly but not all. Food is mediocre, quite bland but hygiene level is good. Music is too loud and poor quality. Unfortunately it's on most of the day (and part of the evening too).

Just stayed there for a week with my wife and 3 kids, absolutely beautiful hotel. Our room was very spacious and clean. Everything worked as it should. Pool area was kept clean an tidy. Nice apartment with a little kitchen - so perfect for low budget travellers that aim to cook at home. It’s a bit of a walk but totally fine (15 min).  All in all really recommendable.

Stayed here in August with my mum and little girl (3). From arrival to departure all the staff we met were excellent, on occasion going above and beyond for our needs. I recommend this hotel. It's trustworthy. I was absolutely shocked by how many attractions they had for the children, how many games, how many ideas, how well organized. The only thing was they have the heating on and it’s 20 something degrees outside. And sprinklers where I was at 3am. So I left two days early. However the fittings and property size is great, it’s one of the best apartment hotels I’ve saw. And recommended if you can handle the heating.

Very close to the main Santa Ponsa beach and nightlife but far enough away to be in a quiet area, highly recommended. Lifts to get up and down to apartment, the apartments pool is a decent size and just next door is the Hotel Casablanca which is connected to the apartments and we were allowed to use the pool and bar there too. Well recommended

The front door lock didn't work. There were mosquitoes in the room. The view from the window was down to the well in the building; it would have been better without a window.

Good boutique hotel in Peguera, around 30 km away from Palma. The breakfast was very decent for a 3 star hotel, Cupido even served wines and prosecco. The hotel staff immediately changed my room after I discovered the room I was given lacks light. I am happy with the stay and would recommend the hotel to other travelers

The hotel is okay. The rooms are clean and it is right next to the beach. As a North American, it’s hard to rate this hotel more than okay, given that there was a musky smell to the room, which I think is typical for hotels located close to the water. The breakfast has a good variety, but I would rather pay a bit more for a nicer hotel next time.

Amazing time here at calas park. The staff are exceptional! Polite and friendly remember your drinks. The rooms are spotless and to a high standard. The food is ok there’s always something you won’t go hungry and food is served from 8am until 11pm. The views are amazing and it’s so quiet just what we needed thank you for an amazing time

We’ve just returned from a 5 day break to HSM Calas Park. We’ve loved every minute of our trip. The hotel is clean and in a good location! The staff work tirelessly to cater for guests. Hotel a nice hotel, just the amount of steps down to pool/ bar area ok for younger people but not for us older ones. Rooms where lovely and spotless clean with fresh towels every day. Its a great hotel that offers everything to adults with children. A complete entertainment with all inclusive packages plus games for children of all ages and for adults.
