Just returned home. Very good location. Room a little bit small. Shower was ok and bed comfortable. Pool area ok but sunbeds were very uncomfortable could do with an upgrade. This hotel is three star rather than fours star hotel. The staffs were very kind and helpful. The WiFi is not working at all so i needed to use my own… I heard a lot of people nearby were also really disappointed with the food and rooms. The food selection isn’t that wide. Amazing hotel close to the best beach in Sa Coma. Nice staff, good food, a lovely swimming pool, and 5 mins walking from everything in town. For more interesting culinary experience I suggest you walk along the coast towards S’illot until you reach the narrow walkway area.

The rooms are in urgent need of renovation. The signs of wear are evident everywhere, including the mirrors and the bathroom. This is the third year my daughter and I have been to Hotel Coronado - planning a fourth!! - we cannot fault this deservedly 5 star hotel. Food is brilliant, rooms are spacious and spotless and all the staff friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Nice spot close to the beach. Rooms were nice but little things made it feel less polished. Things like soap dispensers that had fallen off the walls or big marks on the wall; easy fixes that help a space feel nicer. The restaurant had good variety but all the food was usually cool/cold; some good food warmers would go a long way. We parked down the toad in the parking garage and that worked well.

We have been staying at this hotel for years always a good choice, we always book a superior sea view room half board. Breakfast was good as always, dining may not have been quite has good as we have been used to, some of the freshly grilled food was undercooked and choices didn't seem as good. Perhaps we have used the same hotel too much, we will probably try some where different next time.

Calm, clean, gentle service and a very nice breakfast with fresh fruits and a lot of different bread to choose between. I am not so fond of the solution of the bathroom, with glassdoors, that you cant shut properly, but you manage that too. A small refrigerator is a plus.

I really think this hotel is great. Situated in a calm street, but still close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The room was excellent, facing the sea and allowing for sunrise views. We booked a half-board package, which included breakfast and dinner, and it was excellent value for money. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we were to return to Mallorca.

Hotel design is simple, bright and comfortable. There is no noise from the surrounding parties. Marvellous sea view. Just 10 minutes walk from the beach. The breakfast buffet is delicious.  Strongly recommend to take airport transfer if you don’t drive.

The sea view room is great, the breakfast is also rich, it is very convenient to check in online in advance, the explanation at the front desk is very detailed, and the overall stay experience is very good

I have recently returned from a last minute, end of the season trip to the Tacande. The hotel was due to close at the end of October. I would like to say, that other hotels that I have stayed in, when they are bearing the end of the season. Do not always give the same level of customer service. However, the Tacande & all the staff, did not disappoint. Everything was how it was on my previous visit...

Had a fantastic stay here. Staff super lovely, Gold rooms were luxurious, and the pools/loungers/bali beds were amazing! Buffet breakfast was also good. Location is perfect. Easy taxi from the airport and you have your own, almost private, beach at the end of the road with loungers and a good drinks shack servicing it. Would definitely stay again!

I didn’t have high expectations but the hotel was surprisingly good. Wasn’t sure why Google review is kinda low. The hotel is in a quiet street, only 3-5 mins walk to a small beach. We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The size of the room and up keep of the grounds was great. Breakfast was filled with a nice selection of foods and freshly made omelettes, pancakes, fried and poached eggs. The staff were nothing but helpful and friendly, especially Jamier at the pool bar. We love you. Parking is also very close and easy to get a spot. The beach is only a couple minutes down...

Me and my partner visited this hotel for 10 days, We loved our trip the reception staff are so friendly & welcoming especially Didac & Antonella, they were both so helpful & told us the best spots to go & we would love to come back just to talk to them! The rooms are spacious & have everything you need. Breakfast has a good variety & the location is perfect lots to see & do.

Average hotel in a nice place, good service, average breakfast and dinner (not too much variety), nice but small swimming pools, but there is a wonderful small beach very close. Dunno bout the spa, as it was closed. All in all, an average experience, but I was expecting something a bit better.

we had an amazing stay. Location is perfect in the centre of old town, stuff was very attentive, nice and helpful. the whole atmosphere is very cosy and everything is clean. There is also a bicycle storage room if you want to store a bike overnight.

Being inside the old town was a big plus for us. It was walkable to great restaurants, a quick drive to Alcudia beach, and the staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful!

Everything about this little one night get away was perfect. The place was easy to find. The room was super clean and exactly what I needed. Incredible value for money for a one night getaway. The lady who helped me with check-in was incredibly helpful and when as far as trying to call me on my drive to ensure that there was a smooth check-in. Room was compact, however, very clean. We had a terrace which was really good and provided extra space. Staff were exceptional and always happy to help. Breakfast had good options and food was very fresh. Location is perfect just off the main street so quiet but very close to restaurants and bars.

My partner and I level our stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is so beautiful inside and out. Everything is in walking distance. The staff were so friendly and kind. This was the best hotel we stayed at by far, and we will definitely be back. We also tried Hotel Nixe Palace - right on the beach - and preferred this one.
