States that this is an adult only hotel but is NOT! When me and my partner arrived there were a-lot of kids there, when we went down to the spa in the evening there were kids splashing about in the indoor pool so took away the relaxing spa experience, and a lot of messing around in the corridors. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star, a 3 star hotel is more accurate. An example of why this is is there is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, you have to rent them and the staff told me that they only have 6 for the whole hotel. There is no room service and only a vending machine if you want snacks etc. Breakfast is nice and varied options.

A lovely, modern, well equipped hotel. The staff are all very nice. We had a little hiccup with the electricity in our room but the efficient engineer came to the rescue and fixed it. Being our third year in a row holidaying in Majorca we decided to go North to Alcudia and The Bordoy hotel, it did not disappoint at all, lovely room cleaned everyday during our 7 days, great food and options, good drinks avaliable all day, the staff were so friendly, helpful and a real laugh. What a fantastic stay at the wonderful Hilton Galatzo hotel. Nice sea views and friendly staff. The food was really good. The room was clean, the bathroom was also clean and relatively new. The air con was weak. Can't imagine how it should bring the temperature down during summer. Lots of parking spaces available. With some more flowers, palms, less concrete and cleaning up the backyard/backside of the building the overall impression could be much better.

So the people who work there speak better German than English, unfortunately, so for a Norwegian who speaks better English, it was a little more difficult to be understood.
