A very good stay! The room was fantastic and the staff very attentive

To get to the cathedral, you need to take a bus. It takes about 30 minutes to walk. The hairdryer and shower had sufficient water pressure. 🚿 We were allowed into our room even though it was before check-in time. The breakfast venue was so beautiful that it instantly made us feel like we were at a resort. 🥞🥣

I had an amazing stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I loved how convenient the location was easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The ocean view from my room was beautiful, and it made every morning feel special. Definitely a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I’ll be coming back!

Always wanted to go there one but every time I refrained from booking by seeing the old-fashioned pictures. I’ve never see such diligent room service. Every time we leave the room for more than an hour, we come back with a freshly made room - multiple times a day. Incredible service! One of the best hotels that I stayed and I have stayed in many. Provides high quality in everything like smooth towels, very clean room and amazing body care products. During our stay, we experienced some noise from neighbouring guests and requested a room change, which the staff accommodated promptly and without any hassle. The staff's English was also commendably good, making communication easy throughout our stay.

The sea view room was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend staying here. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning was under maintenance for both days of my stay, and the air it blew out had an unpleasant odor. However, everything else was superb! Overall good, just a few points DONT GO ALL INCLUSIVE you only get 3 drinks in the restaurant, you cannot take them to your room. Good was good. Yasmin & Carmen were really lovely. Reception staff brilliant & answered all questions. Man in the bar very rude. I didn't get my dinner on the 1st night due to the flight, had requested a cold meal but didn't keep it. Not good at all for all inclusive.

Just left after staying nearly 2 weeks here. Staff at this hotel are amazing and so friendly! Nothing is too much for them. Rooms were cleaned when we needed them, with fresh towels. Even on days when we didn't require a clean, the lovely ladies would ask if we needed anything for our rooms. The reception staff were so helpful and friendly. It’s 3* hotel and you can’t expect luxury but for that price I’ll highly recommend it! It was our third stay here and every year they’re doing some upgrade of the hotel. Had our first family holiday abroad at this fantastic hotel. We all absolutely loved it. Brilliant location with an easy walk to the beach and to the old town. Staff are fantastic and the food is wonderful. I'm a vegetarian and had so much choice and it was all amazing. Excellent entertainment for all the family. Couldn't recommend highly enough and can't wait to go back

Location is ok, 15 minutes walk to the beach. Room was ok, clean towels every day and beds made. The lake smelled horrible occasionally and the room too. Have recently returned from a 2 week holiday at this resort. Firstly negatives, booking in procedure was very slow as there was a coach load of guests arrived all at once at the start of lunchtime. They did apologise and issued our wrists bands in the queue and suggested that we went into lunch and book in afterwards. No bins in our room toilet seat wasnt clean and mirrors had dirty finger prints all over the mirror. Balcoany look little worse for wear loads of deep cracks making it little weary where ur standing. Food okay but always same food but id say its okay if you here for 2/3days but not the week
