The hotel is generally good and being out of season, not too busy. My main complaint would be that we paid extra for a lake view. This was a very mediocre hotel, especially considering the price of over £700 for two rooms for two nights. The hotel has an excellent location and great amenities. The staff are quite pleasant and helpful. Breakfast always seemed like a chaotic event and the coffee and juice machines were out of service on most days. The hotel wifi doesn’t work very well and the room wasn’t cleaned very well. Overall, I had a lovely stay. I would expect a bit more from a 4-star hotel though.

Staff were lovely. When we got to the room the sink was leaking, staff fixed it within 20 mins. Also ordered a taxi for us early in the morning. The room wasn't spotless but ok. Very afforable at the time of our booking.

I would however have wished that I had known that the hotel were more for young people than families and that the area was a party area. But I could have done more research. Overall good, there's parking outside, four swimming pools, and plenty of sun loungers, and they don't take reservations. The food was good, just a minor complaint about the live cooking...otherwise, it was like any other hotel. The all-inclusive package was very good, with no queues and generous portions. In general I must say, that the hotel meets more or less the expectations. The property is old, so there are multiple things people might notice, it is missing a fridge in the rooms and good internet connection. But on the positive side: the staff is friendly, the food is tasty, they give you a gratis crib for the baby, the area is made family friendly, has ramps, aqua park, umbrellas, baby food chairs...

I like that the breakfast was served until 12:00 and they had a snack from 21:30 till 23:00 which was brilliant. Cleaning was done everyday which you dont find in some 5* hotels. I did not like some of the staff being rude and the area you are a bit isolate, and they can improve the transfer to the beach with a bigger car.

The "adults only" experience was quite nice during the day when there was a DJ playing at the swimming pool and no kids running around, but it's gets worse by night. Young people coming back front the parties on the middle of the night and waking you up isn't something desirable. The breakfast buffet was great, with plenty of savory and sweet choices. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming.

We stayed mid-week only in August and found that the start of the week is more relaxed and quiet. There was some fun party events towards the end of the week and a saxophone player (who was great!) on the Thursday/Friday which brought a great vibe to the place. The rooms were clean and well looked after by the cleaning staff. They could do some with some updates due to the age of the building but...

The hotel it self is great and the breakfast is amazing, rooms are great. I just wasn’t a fan of the pillows, or the thin bed sheet and I didn’t really have a good sleep during my stay. I went with a group of girls all aged around 24. It was in a perfect location, rooms were clean, food was 10/10. The area is very German but that didn’t bother us. The staff were lovely. It was also a great concept having money on your wristband.

The big minus is that the air conditioners do not work correctly, the 24-hour temperature that is automatically maintained is 25-26 degrees, it is very warm, you can't do less, apparently the hotel saves on electricity this way, at night I woke up in a sweat. Stayed 5 days, this is a great hotel! Breakfast had a good selection including made to order omelettes and freshly squeezed orange juice. The front desk staff are all incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable. A little review We arrived 3/10 reception were friendly, charged €30.40 room tax, went to our basic apartment room 2204 it was located amazingly above shop and laundrette accessible to everywhere room consisted of 2 bedroom bathroom with bath and shower fridge and microwave and had massive terrace which was perfect for family of 4. The snack bar was amazing sold nuggets chips, hotdog, burgers and toasters...

Family friendly hotel, had a great time here. Good value for money. Food as you would expect for all inclusive. Rooms in need of some TLC. Swimming pools were fab. Shout out to Jimmy and Leni from the animation team and Ramon at the bar. All staff very friendly and so helpful. we got back early hours Saturday morning. What a fab time we had! Hotel was great and huge! Room was basic but cleaned every other day however our second night we came back to the aircon leaking which had flooded our room a little, it was quickly fixed although still dripped slightly for the rest of the holiday so was given a bucket to put underneath but didn’t bother us as we only slept in there...

We just got back from vacationing at this hotel and we had a great time. The pools were great, especially the adults only chill out pool. The staff were brilliant and always happy to help if required. The food was typical all inclusive. We would definitely come here again.

It’s great I have been here twice. Nice bars you get free cocktails tickets when arriving the rooms are great, clean and quite large. The food is good better than other places I’ve been and it’s right at the shore and maybe a 5 minute walk to the town of peguara! With also some of the best views on the top floor and sea view. The family room on the 7th floor has amazing views of almost everything.

Beautiful location, friendly and helpfull staff. The beach is really wonderfull and acess is easy (but with stairs). The food was also very good. The beds a little hard.

Stayed here in August on an all inclusive basis. It was extremely busy. No problem getting anything we wanted at the bar and restaurant. I absolutely loved my stay at Ferrer Janiero hotel and spa. The check-in was very fast. The rooms are very nice. The buffet pretty much changed daily so that was nice. There are two pools on the property one lap and one normal. The spa area was amazing my favorite except when kids were allowed only draw back. Great timing maybe as this lovely hotel received an annual refit over this winter. Absolutely spotless everywhere with super friendly staff, super outside pool area and fantastic breakfast food.
