Just average The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that the staff is nice and it’s clean. However, beyond that, I didn’t have a good experience. The pillow and bed quality are poor. Just back from a week at this hotel, and have to say it was brilliant, hotel very clean, staff great, kids loved the kids club and couldn't get them out of the pool. Rooms were great, was better than I expected. The pool was cleaned every night with some sort of machine ready for the next day. Food in the diner was great to, lots of variety. Beautiful hotel with great vibes, rooms modern and clean. Buffet food had a good selection but food not very warm and quality was above average. Drinks expensive at dinner and in bar and bar service was poor, not once were we approached by a member of staff to order a drink we had to flag people down. We have a boat in the marina and use the hotel probably 3 or 4 times a week for drinks and to watch the cabarets. Lovely setting for the hotel, rooms were clean ,staff were friendly and helpful, felt the air conditioning could have been better ,had to leave it on constantly to try keep room cool, Only ate a couple of times at the hotel in the evening as there wasn't anything I liked on the menu (plain eater) I can normally get by with some bread and chips but they were always cold ,as was the cooked food at breakfast

Overall we loved our stay at HM Tropical, But there were a few negatives that warrant a 1-star reduction. The staff was amazingly professional and customer orientated!!!! We had a little situation with the original tour of the city, no fault of the staff! Though I was a bit disappointed, they went above and beyond themselves in reassuring us that there were other ways to see the city and to enjoy ourselves. The property is amazing, the staff were super friendly, the food was amazing and all of the inside areas were great as well as the views around my room. It is on top of hill which is a pain to walk around but at least I got my exercise. The a/c thermostat looked really old, I had to keep turning it off and on to keep it cooling the room.

We booked a room for 3 people. There was a king bed and a queen pull out sofa but there was no bedside lighting in the room with the sofa bed and absolutely no where to hang towels or bathrobes. Pool services were also suspended because it was October!

Our experience at Innside by Melia - Palma Bosque Overall our stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff went above and beyond every time. We had breakfast included and we couldn’t have been happier. The only thing we were unhappy about was the balcony. We paid for a balcony view, however we only had a brick wall as opposed to a glass pane.

This property is nicely located in Palma and close to shops. The breakfast was convenient and good. I like that they had parking (cause the other hotel we stayed at in Mallorca did not) but it is off site at their other property.

Always good at the Innside Hotel is currently undergoing some maintenance work. But apart from that, it’s fantastic. The rooms are perfect and comfortable.

To get to the cathedral, you need to take a bus. It takes about 30 minutes to walk. The hairdryer and shower had sufficient water pressure. 🚿 We were allowed into our room even though it was before check-in time. The breakfast venue was so beautiful that it instantly made us feel like we were at a resort. 🥞🥣

Very clean hotel and good entertainment for the kids, good location only 5 minutes walk to the beach and resteraunts/shops. Our only issue was our 3year old son slipped on the bathroom floor whilst supervised and banged his head on a small tile step when coming out of the shower and resulted in needing 3staples at the hospital. Great for young families. Lots of options of pools and things to do. We went half board and found drinks and snacks reasonable. Only negative comment is some of its photos give the impression it has tennis and gym facilities but it doesnt.

Lovely clean hotel. Never felt so busy you could not find a sunbed. The dining room was always busy but the staff did an excellent job at restocking items. The hotel was ideally located in sa coma so that local shops and restaurants were within easy reach. The kids loved the pool with the inflatable cushion.

It’s simply not acceptable for guests to monopolize loungers by tossing a towel at sunrise and disappearing for hours. A fair system should allow a short grace period—30 to 45 minutes—after which staff clear unattended chairs and neatly place belongings in a designated area. This ensures everyone has an equal chance to enjoy the pool without playing a daily game of “towel wars.

This is our off season bday trip for my husband and they helped me to surprise him at breakfast plus we found in our room happy birthday voucher for drinks at the bar. We booked a short break for 4 nights. The location rooms, pools, staff and bar are all very good the lunch menu at the pool bar serves great food (which you have to pay separately). The restaurant however for breakfast and dinner is quite poor, mainly caters for the German guests, whilst you won’t die of starvation you may find choices are limited. Peas and other mixed veg for breakfast doesn’t suit...

Very convenient location with a nice pool, outdoor bar, and well-equipped spa. Rooms are minimal, as one would expect, shower and bathroom are well-appointed. Daily housekeeping service will attempt to enter your room without knocking as early as 8:45am. There is baggage self-storage available on site.

Efficient check in, arrived for lunch, handy luggage room for a short period prior to rooms ready. Pool area was clean and accessible...

What an amazing holiday we have had staying here. Stunning views, friendly staff. Really clean hotel. Rooms made up daily. The beach is spectacular. Feeding fish in clear water. The pool was very cold but my son loved it. Food was tasty. Lots of choices but slightly repetitive. Would highly recommend staying here

Fantastic for the price. Definitely feels better than a 3* hotel. Food was lovely. Good variety. Typically warm and plenty for fussier eaters. The snack bar is brilliant. Often serving bacon/sausages/fries shortly after breakfast so I typically skipped breakfast to have at the snack bar instead. Snack bar also serves freshly made pizza/burgers/hotdogs/fries all afternoon too with deserts like Churros...

My family and I were satisfied. Rooms clean, common areas clean, very nice staff, lots of delicious food to choose from. We will definitely be back next year.

The staff are amazing. We had a good holiday. We needed to keep the plug in the bath though so we could not smell the drains. 3 out of 10 of our family group caught a bad stomach virus and had severe gastrointestinal issues. Which I'm still recovering from.

Check in was smooth, found our room over at the hotel across the road. The room itself was fine, lots of towels, bed comfy enough, our only complaint was just how loud our outside air conditioning unit was! It was so loud that we couldn't sleep so had to turn it off throughout the night and leave it on during the day. Oh and the smell of sewage sometimes came up from the shower plug but only noticed...

Overall, we had a good stay at Hotel Bahamas Azuline. The food at the buffet was delicious(PLEASE COVER THE FOOD SO THAT THE FLIES DONT TOUCH IT), with a nice variety and fresh options every day. The staff and workers were all extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Located a bit away from the "Ballermann" area, this hotel offers good value for money, especially with the all-inclusive option. It can get a bit noisy with partying crowds. Overall, it's worth recommending for the price, but don't expect a 5-star hotel.

Best location close to best beach, good food ,good reception staff ,good communication, Cleaning just okay, no kettle, no iron, no welcome water should be provided because after travel area is not familiar and also stores not opened

Good value for money. Food was fine, drinks selection was good for all inclusive. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were not great, very noisy and could hear everything through the walls and I didn't like that you have to go over the road to get food and drinks.

So I have mixed feelings about my stay. The staff at the reception were very polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and towels were changed every day. During our stay I think there were 2 school trips that were very noisy until late, if you want to sleep I do not recommend it because you can hear every noise.
