I had a really enjoyable stay at BLUESEA Club Marthas! The hotel room was immaculately clean and all of the staff were so friendly and kind and really made my stay so much more enjoyable. I want to say a massive thank you in particular to Marta, Georgia, Isabel, Juandy, Jihad and Fior for all their kindness and attentiveness during my stay!

Stayed for 4 days with family to celebrate our granddaughter’s 18th birthday. Smooth check in and found our rooms which were in the same corridor. Our room, 121 , was a superior one. Diner/Lounge with patio door to a large balcony. The bedroom was ok with patio doors onto the same balcony. We were all inclusive but the fridge remained empty, and the kettle didn’t go off automatically. The safe cost...

Fantastic hotel. The staff are so friendly...the all smile and say Hola! The rooms may need a little refurb, but the were clean and spacious. We even had our own little garden in front of the pool. Great place for families and couples alike. Although it's in the quieter part of Cala d'Or, it's not too far from the main centre...20 mins walk or 5 mins on the bus. Highly recommended!

The hotel is certainly in a lovely location and staff are very welcoming! This is the 2nd time we’ve been, this time we paid a lot more for a smaller room, with a bed that was very uncomfortable the bedroom was tiny. When we checked in we asked about the spa facilities and told we would have to pay extra. I have never stayed in a hotel where your spa facilities are extra. So for me that is disappointing...

This is the third year my daughter and I have been to Hotel Coronado - planning a fourth!! - we cannot fault this deservedly 5 star hotel. Food is brilliant, rooms are spacious and spotless and all the staff friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. The location is wonderful offering beautiful pool area and a pretty beach area in a peaceful area with beautiful views.

Stayed here in August on an all inclusive basis. It was extremely busy. No problem getting anything we wanted at the bar and restaurant. A good, clean hotel with varied breakfasts and dinners. Cleaning and towel changes are available on request, as they care about environment. There is a small pool with some sun beds. The only one not satisfied part is that there's no free parking for the hotel, however maximum 19 eur for a day is affordable for 1-2days but if staying longer, it will be a burden for staying the hotel with a car. Pool is nice, breakfast a lot of choice, mini bar all free, view is amazing!

We loved our stay at hipotels Hipocampo playa. It was very clean, great facilities and friendly staff. We arrived around half 1 and they were happy to check us in early as our room was ready. I have recently returned from a last minute, end of the season trip to the Tacande. The hotel was due to close at the end of October. Had a fantastic stay here. Staff super lovely, Gold rooms were luxurious, and the pools/loungers/bali beds were amazing! Buffet breakfast was also good. Location is perfect. Easy taxi from the airport and you have your own, almost private, beach at the end of the road with loungers and a good drinks shack servicing it. Would definitely stay again!

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The size of the room and up keep of the grounds was great. Average hotel in a nice place, good service, average breakfast and dinner (not too much variety), nice but small swimming pools, but there is a wonderful small beach very close. Dunno bout the spa, as it was closed. All in all, an average experience, but I was expecting something a bit better.

Overall we loved our stay at HM Tropical, But there were a few negatives that warrant a 1-star reduction. Overall, the hotel is 5 stars. What makes the hotel lose some stars here and there are the disrespectful tourists who partying until midnight like they were alone in this building...and that's included the hotels beside. This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, and housekeeping remade our beds and tidied our rooms daily, which I was not expecting on a 4 night stay. Absolutely stunning hotel especially for the price, fast check in, they even let us leave bags as we arrived early, short walk to beach etc, staff was all kind polite and went out of their way to help and we had a beautiful stay, we would definitely return! It was also quiet & relaxing. Rooms was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff was also lovely and always said hello and was respectful. ☺️

Stayed 3 nights in Superior room w. seaview. Should have got water & coffee capsules every day, nobody gave it, had to ask every time. 2 broken expresso machines, 3'rd one not 100% either. Very attentive & good serviceman Juan Carlos helped on arrival though. The other staff serving the room was not attentive at all when talking to them (In Spa or Eng). Very few workers in breakfast buffé, a big hassle...

The staff was amazingly professional and customer orientated!!!! We had a little situation with the original tour of the city, no fault of the staff! Though I was a bit disappointed, they went above and beyond themselves in reassuring us that there were other ways to see the city and to enjoy ourselves. Sandra was most accommodating and truly an asset to the hotel.

The property is amazing, the staff were super friendly, the food was amazing and all of the inside areas were great as well as the views around my room. It is on top of hill which is a pain to walk around but at least I got my exercise. The a/c thermostat looked really old, I had to keep turning it off and on to keep it cooling the room.

From the very first day to the end, everything was perfect. The staffs were son kind and so funny, they did everything to make us satisfied. Room with the sea view was wonderful and it was well equipped and so clean. Booked through TUI for a family holiday incorporating golf for my partner's milestone birthday. Stayed in the Reverence Life building, but we were able to go to one of the other buildings, Sky, to use their roof terrace pool. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Lovely spacious, bright rooms. Me and my friend went here for a few days of last bit of sun and relaxing. Hotel was really nice. Love the fact you have multiple pools to choose from. Clean and friendly staff. Beautiful hotel plenty of sun loungers and plenty of pools to choose from. There was lifts available but to access some areas you still need to be able to climb stairs. Just back from here after spending a week in Santa Ponsa. The hotel was first class. It was immaculate from the reception to the rooms and all the public areas. The pools were great with plenty of sunbeds, the snacks at the pool side bar were really nice. There wasn't a great selection of food in the restaurant but what there was was really good. The rooms were cleaned everyday, with clean towels supplied...

We were most surprised by the breakfast buffet. The selection was great and the products were fresh and carefully prepared. Very friendly and helpful staff.
