Nice hotel, great location. Housekeeping Didn’t attend for beds or towels, but we were only staying 2 nights and it’s nearly Christmas, so Am in a forgiving mood. I would stay again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Pool, breakfast, room, staff wonderful. Unfortunately the stairs next to the hotel is well used and at night people walking by, was loud like they where in the room.

Nice hotel apartments - went with a family of 5 in late September. There is a kids splash pool and a main pool. There is a bar with snacks / simple meals. The local square is a few mins walk and there is a lovely beach 10m drive away. The facility is new but don’t waste your money for the side sea view upgrade. It will depends on which floor you get. If you are unlucky like me in the first floor You won’t able to get any view from the room.

My stay at Hipotels Flamenco in Cala Millor was superb. Room with sea view was exceptional with staff and restaurant/buffet excellent. The variety of food available for our half board was the best I have experienced. Ideal property for location. Not ideal property if you value a great night sleep- our room was so loud, the walls were very thin you could hear everything next door and in the corridor which is disappointing. We did ask to move rooms but were not able to do so. Indoor pool and spa nice, however rooms could do with some modernising.

This was a nice place to stay overall. The pool area and restaurant/bar were really nice. It took a long time for our room to cool down, and the fan made a really loud noise. I brought this to the attention of the hotel with no resolution.

We visited in late October, just before the hotel closed for the season. The rates were significantly reduced, allowing us to experience a spectacular hotel for a more affordable budget. The view from our room was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to help with any queries we had and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely aim to visit again.

Parking was tough but possible. Area around had good places to eat. Hotels elevator was broken and didn’t have a bell hop or a cart to use to bring one bags all the way up to the 4th floor. The hotel is close to the airport and places to visit on the island. It has a high cost-effectiveness. It is also convenient to eat and drink outside the hotel. There are also Burger King snacks. The third picture was taken during an event and a restaurant was reserved instead of the hotel.

I don’t understand how this hotel is 4 stars? The rooms are dated and the beds are squeaky. The curtains are thin and let daylight shine into room making it difficult to sleep longer. It definitely does not feel like the stars are real. It is located quite far from Palma centro and buses only run till midnight. I wanted to check out late but was told there is a 50€ surcharge for this even in low season...

We just came back from 5 days in Mallorca and we really loved our hotel. Staff was amazing, from reception, to bar, to breakfast, it’s one of the biggest plus, always attentive and with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. Quite central, would reach city centre / beach (Cala major where all restaurants and bars are) in less than 10 min walk. We didn’t use it but bus stop is within a short walk...

Difficult to park, no one answer the phone call after I found something missed to check with hotel, I have to spend one hour to go back the hotel to check with them. The location is far from sea , the description of sea view is nonsense.

The hotel itself was lovely. The staff were very friendly and the hotel clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet is 10/10 with a very smiley chef making omelettes to order ! We had some issues with a leaky shower, and as the hotel was booked up we had to use towels to keep the floor dry. The walls were quite thin but what can you expect in Spain ! The pool was amazing, cocktails delivered to your seat...
