What a lovely hotel! We had a huge room by the swimming pool! This is a very clean place and the staff are amazing! Please note: if you have disability issues it can be quite hard to get in the swimming pool as the steps are very low down! Oh and the breakfasts were varied and yummy! Very good service in general. Very clean apartment with a beautiful view at the mountains with a nice sunset every day. Amazing bath. Nice, friendly and chilled out guests. Great stay, exceeded my expectations, pool area lovely, rooms comfortable and clean, location great. The only thing that stopped this being excellent was the food which was not bad at all but not a great selection.

Travelled with my best friend for 5 nights. We had the best chilled time. Lovely atmosphere, very relaxing. Maria was just wonderful and kept us entertained. I asked if they did any Zumba classes, which they didn’t; however she said the next night she’d do some Latin/salsa dancing which she was true to her word! Staff are superb but quality of drinks on an all inclusive package are dreadful. Outbreak of vomiting and diarrhea both holiday makers and staff. Entertainment is dire.

Could not use the plug with our adapter. The connections in all plugs were not aligned. Air conditioning didn't work as the filter was blocked. The shower leaked out onto the floor. Had to use towels all around the shower. We were moved and the room on the 3rd floor was much better. We had to pay 23 euro for the bed with a mattress. We couldn't sit on the normal sunbeds as they were so uncomfortable

Just got back from this hotel and honestly I cannot find a flaw with it. The staff are excellent, the bar staff were attentive and at no point did I feel like my glass or in certain cases glasses. Stayed here for 4 nights as a solo traveller. Hotel is older but it’s been redone and was pretty nice. Loved that we had direct beach access and the view from the balcony was stunning. I went on my honeymoon and the resort was amazing. Great food with variety, walking distance from the shops, and easy access to beaches. The staff cleaned the rooms extremely well and welcome us with a complimentary bottle of champagne.

The suites are amazingly spacious and very clean. hotel is really well located we walked to old town alcudia from there, long walk but worth it as the buses passing by were pack solid. Very closed to the beach. Only downside is the size of the interior pool as there was a big storm in the island the pool was super small and very overcrowded.

It is a luxury hotel with beautiful views. In the rooms, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. This hotel has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Great holiday for short gateaway

A lovely, modern, well equipped hotel. The staff are all very nice. We had a little hiccup with the electricity in our room but the efficient engineer came to the rescue and fixed it. The breakfast was good, the team were very attentive, polite and efficient. Couldn’t fault this hotel. It is a gem and would definitely will be back !!

Great relaxing family get away. Perfect location. Hotel was clean and friendly. Card machine on the bar would help. I don’t like putting everything on my room. Few reviews mention cost of sunbeds. The sunbeds are free. Only a cost if you want to reserve them for the next day or even the full week. We will definitely be back.

Just spent a fabulous week with 5 friends in the Nixe Palace. My 3rd time in the last year and once more it doesn't disappoint. Beautiful spacious rooms with the most incredible view. Slept so well with blackout curtains and quiet. Breakfast on the terrace amazing and the staff so welcoming and professional. The location on the beach and close to Palma is perfect. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. On arrival our room was upgraded and very generously we received a free evening meal. The staff were all helpful and very pleasant. We have just returned from a short stay (4 nights) and we loved every minute. We got a real bargain and we were blown away by the quality of the drinks and choice of food for the price we paid. The location was fantastic, a short walk to the beach and shops/supermarket. We travelled as a family of four (8 year old and 2 year old daughters) and the one bed apartment was excellent - a kitchenette area...

The hotel is generally good and being out of season, not too busy. My main complaint would be that we paid extra for a lake view. However we overlook the tennis courts with lessons all day long, with a kids bouncy castle beneath (kids screaming till 10pm some nights), plus skips being filled with end of season furniture! If we looked to the side, yes there is the gorgeous lake, but a side view is not...
