The sea view room was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend staying here. Had our first family holiday abroad at this fantastic hotel. We all absolutely loved it. Brilliant location with an easy walk to the beach and to the old town. What a lovely hotel! We had a huge room by the swimming pool! This is a very clean place and the staff are amazing! Please note: if you have disability issues it can be quite hard to get in the swimming pool as the steps are very low down! Oh and the breakfasts were varied and yummy! Could not use the plug with our adapter. The connections in all plugs were not aligned. Air conditioning didn't work as the filter was blocked. The shower leaked out onto the floor. Had to use towels all around the shower. We were moved and the room on the 3rd floor was much better. We had to pay 23 euro for the bed with a mattress. We couldn't sit on the normal sunbeds as they were so uncomfortable

Just got back from this hotel and honestly I cannot find a flaw with it. The staff are excellent, the bar staff were attentive and at no point did I feel like my glass or in certain cases glasses. The suites are amazingly spacious and very clean. hotel is really well located we walked to old town alcudia from there, long walk but worth it as the buses passing by were pack solid. Great location and steps away from Alcudia Beach. A convenient supermarket just across the road and a 7 minute walk to Lidl for essentials. Breakfast was fantastic with many options.

What a fantastic stay at the wonderful Hilton Galatzo hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds, staff were very helpful, loved the setting of the hotel on top of a hill with amazing views of the SW Mallorca coastline. A bonus was that the hotel has its own shops as it can feel a bit secluded. We especially liked the small boutique shop run by the lovely Karen and the other shops run by Irene and Netty...

The room is up to Hilton standard but the facility overall is more like 4 stars. Not the best location as the view to the sea is mostly blocked. For a partial sea view room, the sea is 90% blocked by building and trees, should have advertised as something else less misleading. Would not class as a 5 star sadly due to a lot of minor things. * under staffed at reception and breakfast, long queues in lobby area, breakfast is total carnage and panic with staff * some staff at poolside bearly speak english which is not what youd expect at a 5star * so much noise in room at night, can hear everything from outside the rooms, to inside the rooms such as moving furniture...

It is a luxury hotel with beautiful views. In the rooms, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. This hotel has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Spa center, swimming pool on site, tennis courts, restaurants, everything corresponds to the high level of Hilton. The restaurant offers a delicious breakfast. The only minus in my opinion is expensive water, 4 euros for 330 ml is very expensive...
