Wonderful beachfront hotel in central Playa De Palma. Super friendly welcome on arrival and all staff appear happy in their work and are exceptionally well presented. Rooms, indoor/outdoor leisure, dining and entertainment facilities all second to none and sparkling clean. Would not hesitate to visit this superb hotel when next in the area

The room is very small, barely enough room for the luggages to open wide. Location needs about 15 mins walking to get to the main attractions. Pool view is superb, staff are very friendly.

Travelled with my best friend for 5 nights. We had the best chilled time. Lovely atmosphere, very relaxing. Maria was just wonderful and kept us entertained. I asked if they did any Zumba classes, which they didn’t; however she said the next night she’d do some Latin/salsa dancing which she was true to her word! Staff are superb but quality of drinks on an all inclusive package are dreadful. Outbreak of vomiting and diarrhea both holiday makers and staff. Entertainment is dire.

Could not use the plug with our adapter. The connections in all plugs were not aligned. Air conditioning didn't work as the filter was blocked. The shower leaked out onto the floor. Had to use towels all around the shower. We were moved and the room on the 3rd floor was much better. We had to pay 23 euro for the bed with a mattress. We couldn't sit on the normal sunbeds as they were so uncomfortable

Just got back from this hotel and honestly I cannot find a flaw with it. The staff are excellent, the bar staff were attentive and at no point did I feel like my glass or in certain cases glasses. We booked a room specifically with a sea view and balcony (the balcony was mentioned on the ******* website in the room details) and when we arrived, they gave us a small room with no balcony. The receptionist couldn't help us with a different room straight away that evening, but said she would speak to the manager in the morning. ******* customer service also helped and called the hotel directly....

For a 4 star hotel, this was so disappointing. The halls and overall impression is that the hotel is really worn down, but used to be nice. It’s really annoying that it is allowed to smoke at the pool area, and at the roof terrace the music was like a disco… for an adult cous vacation this is not the place to stay. I recently had a 5-day stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The view from the high-floor room was breathtaking, and the friendly reception team were friendly enough. The room was lovely and clean. The cleaners come every day. Fantastic choice of tasty and abundant amount of food . I am in serious need of diet now as a result. The pool both indoors and outdoor is great. Shame that the spa was always closest. Strongly recommend the visit to go and see Porte Christo and see the Dragon cave in. A lovely quiet hotel, perfect for young kids

Hotel was easy walking distance to the beach & shops. This was lucky because the hotel pool wasn't really big enough for all the guests & had limited sun beds. Had half-board with our stay, food was lovely, enough choice for a 7 nights. Good base for exploring Majorca, shame parts of the hotel were a bit tired & basic.

Just returned from a mini break at this stunning hotel. Beautiful old house refurbished to great taste. Service was impeccable. Location great, in the middle of Palma Old Town and close to many tapas bars, restaurants and the shops.

We have just spent 2 nights at this wonderful hotel . It is perfectly located within the old town of Palma . Every member of staff are polite , friendly and welcoming.
