I had no idea this was a 99.9% german hotel, so just putting that here in my review for others to see. Shocked at first but I did enjoy my stay very much.

Hotel itself is nice! Friendly personnel, clean rooms and a good location. As a vegetarian though I had a hard time finding something to eat, especially for dinner. Very meat heavy kitchen and a bad description of the food! To be fair: 2 out of 7 days offered a decent vegetarian option. Recommendation: rather skip the dinner if you follow a diet or have allergies.

Fontsanta was a truly fantastic experience, less than an hour from Palma airport. The hotel is welcoming and spacious. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This is a beautiful clean and well designed hotel. Overall a good experience but a few issues - the room service closes early - like before 11pm. This is Spain, so this is very unusual. The air conditioner only went to 23 and was uncomfortable at night for sleeping.

Well above our expectations. We were most surprised how quiet it was, especially the windows actually kept out noise. We had a room next to the elevator and could hear the dings, but it was much quieter than we initially feared on arrival. What a lovely hotel! We had a huge room by the swimming pool! This is a very clean place and the staff are amazing! Great place to stay with a central location—close to downtown, shopping, and dining. The staff is courteous and the breakfast is excellent. Just a FYI: the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, so keep that in mind if you’re planning a summer visit.

The hotel was lovely but we were disappointed with the rooms. It was an expensive holiday and the standard rooms are quite basic - a shower in a glass cubicle with a toilet next to it. Just returned from a 10 day stay in Hotel Monsuau. It is situated in the Cala Ferrera area of Cala D’Or with some restaurants and bars located 6/7 stoll away. It’s a very solid hotel. Beautiful and well kept, superior to most others in the area that we passed by. The breakfast was really complete and very good. The bars had an extensive menu and were well priced. The gym was complete but very very hot had the A/C isn’t very good and the doors kept on being left open, even by the staff. Overall I found it a bit understaffed and not very customer centric....

We had an overall great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean – housekeeping was especially thorough every day, which made a big difference. Great stay at a central luxury hotel . A must stay

Very clean and newly decorated inside, and I liked the pink painting. The rooftop bar was chill and we liked the drink. Biggest problem is parking is very inconvenient - you either pay extra (need to reserve in advance) or had to park at the public parking lot yourself which is 800m away…The gym room was locked so we didn’t get to try out.

Beautiful room with great view, amazing staff that were very receptive and helpful, and stellar housekeeping/hospitality. Difficult for taxi to get to due to the location but staff was very helpful with calling the taxi when we were heading to airport.

Beautiful hotel with super nice staff. No pool, but a nice view from the eating Terrace which also has a few couches. Unfortunately the sun is beating on them in the afternoon. Great location.. fantastic breakfast.

A wonderful hotel. Quiet, attentive and courteous staff throughout. Beautifool rooftop provides great drinks and tapas. Close to every landmark.
