A good, clean hotel with varied breakfasts and dinners. Cleaning and towel changes are available on request, as they care about environment. There is a small pool with some sun beds. The nearest beach is super good. The only thing I didn't like was the old air conditioner, which were very noisy, and the extremely uncomfortable toilet brush. Seriously, replace them with normal ones

We stayed one week at this hotel in October 2025. The room was very small, we had a 3 person room and with the extra bed there was not enough room for the suitcases and with cases on the floor barely enough to walk from the bed to the bathroom. The resort layout feels quite spread out, which can make some walking routes a bit inconvenient. Stayed here over the summer, beautiful hotel in such a beautiful little town. Accessible to the beach, shops, and restaurants with a short walk of 5-10 minutes. Love how there are 2 pools to accommodate for children and adults. Food was also delicious each day.

When the waiters greet returning guests with hugs like long lost friends you know it's a special place! Couldn't fault a single thing, especially cleaning and food offering. One thing to note is I upgraded to a terrace room for the private sunbeds but the sun is the other side of the hotel for most of the day. Would request a room facing pool next time.

We had an amaizing experience. All the services were the best. The food was very good, the cleaning services were the best (the towels were changed daily, the room was cleaned daily). So close to the beach, nice pool area, close to the A32 bus stop to/from the airport or to Alcúdia and to Palma. 5 mins walk to Can Picafort shoping and food street. Friendly staff, good food. Had a really lovely stay here. Breakfast was amazing, the hot chocolate in particular was delicious even though it was from a machine! Just a few issues with miscellaneous hairs in the room that didn’t come from us. But overall had a good time. May even return!

During the evening prior to our departure, the hotel hosted a fish night at the restaurant. My daughter and I both had the salmon and ceviche. Unfortunately, later that night we experienced severe vomiting and illness, which we believe was the result of food poisoning caused by the fish. The room and balcony were really nicely presented and clean. I’m British. So no kettle in the room was a shock. But a lovely hotel, close walk to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

We have a boat in the marina and use the hotel probably 3 or 4 times a week for drinks and to watch the cabarets. Lovely setting for the hotel, rooms were clean ,staff were friendly and helpful, felt the air conditioning could have been better ,had to leave it on constantly to try keep room cool, Only ate a couple of times at the hotel in the evening as there wasn't anything I liked on the menu (plain eater) I can normally get by with some bread and chips but they were always cold ,as was the cooked food at breakfast

Can't fault this hotel, rooms are nice and comfortable, plenty of sunbeds around the pool and not far from the nightlife. The food is excellent with lots of choice, and they even cater brilliantly for gluten free - massive bonus for us. Great hotel, ideally situated, fabulous views. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Excellent choice for breakfast, lunch at the pool bar was good. Superior rooms were clean and spacious, the infinity pool area was amazing. A couple of negatives air con not on yet, therefore the rooms were extremely hot at night. Also the safe was not included and is an additional cost. Would definitely recommend...
