The facility is new but don’t waste your money for the side sea view upgrade. It will depends on which floor you get. If you are unlucky like me in the first floor You won’t able to get any view from the room.

My stay at Hipotels Flamenco in Cala Millor was superb. Room with sea view was exceptional with staff and restaurant/buffet excellent. The variety of food available for our half board was the best I have experienced. Location of holiday was excellent- across the promenade walkway to the beach and a short walk to shops and other amenities. Would definitely recommend.

Ideal property for location. Not ideal property if you value a great night sleep- our room was so loud, the walls were very thin you could hear everything next door and in the corridor which is disappointing. This was a nice place to stay overall. The pool area and restaurant/bar were really nice. It took a long time for our room to cool down, and the fan made a really loud noise. I brought this to the attention of the hotel with no resolution.

We visited in late October, just before the hotel closed for the season. The rates were significantly reduced, allowing us to experience a spectacular hotel for a more affordable budget. The view from our room was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to help with any queries we had and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely aim to visit again.

Stayed at hotel as a first time solo traveller all inclusive. Staff made me feel very welcome. The waiters and bar staff always spoke . Hotel lovely next to the beach. Hotel clean, rooms big. Good selection of food in restaurant and can also order food at pool bar. Cheese burgers were good, could also get other snacks like hot dog's, chicken nuggets , pizza and chips. This hotel is spotless. The rooms, the pool areas, the common areas, the toilets, everywhere is spotlessly clean. Not even a blade of grass out of place. There is an onsite spa, and the location is a few moments walk to the beach. We originally paid for a b&b stay but after arrival paid to go half board. The food is magnificent! Just back from a short stay at this beautiful place. Needless to say, how lovely the CM Mallorca Palace is, as it is already fully booked a few months ahead. Wonderful staff, everybody speaks at least two languages. Professional and courteous. We booked this hotel as a treat to ourselves and we were not disappointed. Upon arrival we were met by a member of staff who took our cases and brought them in to the hotel for us. Check in was great, asked to sit in the lounge with a drink and another member of staff came to us to check us in, another lovely touch! We were over the moon to know our booking of a double room had been upgraded to a suite...

CM Mallorca Palace is a fantastic hotel and definitely worthy of 5 stars. The location is great, a few minutes from the beach and local shops. All staff are friendly and helpful and the food really good quality. The hotel is so clean and the entertainment in the evening excellent. There are also exercise classes you can take part in and I particularly enjoyed the aqua aerobics. Really enthusiastic...

Good hotel food, rooms and the staff make the holiday, also no fully inclusive so no drunks or noise. The young lady in charge is on the ball.

A wonderful quiet oasis of a hotel. Stayed for 1 week. It's adults only so the atmosphere was calm and sophisticated. The Hotel staff were amazing. Extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Excellent food with a wide variety of dishes. Excellent hotel, excellent value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend it.
