The facility is new but don’t waste your money for the side sea view upgrade. It will depends on which floor you get. If you are unlucky like me in the first floor You won’t able to get any view from the room.

The place is magnificent, cleanliness is nothing to complain about. Disappointed by the view from our room, no view at all. Too bad it wasn't specified for a 3-bed room. Otherwise, all the rooms had a sea view or side sea view except ours. We booked for 9 days anyway!!

Beautiful hotel in Cala agulla , elegant , comfy with all comforts . Rooms very nice , top food , staff always gentle and smiling, amazing swimming pool plus spa for adults and kids . New gym . I booked the treatment „ absolut Beauty“ in the Spa area. It was done by Olesia. It was awesome. She was so friendly and I really enjoyed the treatment. the hotel is really good, the food is varied. Everyone in the hotel is incredibly nice to us. They try to fulfill all our wishes.

The hotel is located by the beach and a few minutes away from beautiful hiking trails. The food was simply excellent and varied. The staff was very friendly and Always happy to help. Nice swimming pool, perfect for both kids and adults. All in all, a very solid place to stay.

Really great stay! Staff was very welcoming and there was champagne and chocolate on welcome and we were upgraded to a sea view room! Lovely facilities. Downsides were that the spa jacuzzi was not heated which made the title of a spa hotel a bit untrue as the water was really cold. One of the managers also told us off for drinking water out of our own bottles at dinner which felt slightly unnecessary...

Very friendly staff. Food was tasty and varied. Large groups of Germans. Tennis courts are often fully booked and cost €18 per reservation. Our neighbor received men in her room. Reported. Afterwards it was quieter but I had no compensation whatsoever.
