Just came back from a 5 day break with my family. It was myself, my partner our 12 year old and our 9mth old. Honestly, this hotel was amazing. The food was lovely, there is so much choice. I brought my beautiful girlfriend Emma here as a treat for a special weekend and it didn't disappoint. The Location was amazing and the staff and pool and facilities were superb. Hotel is clean and in a good position and buffet breakfast is of a high standard, my only critisam is there is no allergic information my partner is wheat intolerant but is restricted to cold meats and fruit due to no allergic information on anything, as it is self service there is rarely anyone to ask apart from waiting staff who I would not expect to know. A lovely adult only hotel directly next to the sea. We stayed in a poolside room. It turned out to be a great room and quiet at nighttime. Some rooms overlook the road where there are nightly acts that preform which are very loud. If you want to stay here book a pool view or sea view to eliminate the noise at night. The choice of food is plentiful and changed daily. The staff are all helpful.

The reception could not be bettered and continued in a friendly nature throughout my stay. My room was always spotless and the staff very helpful. It was my first stay in a Gruphotel and I was a bit surprised by the lack of welcome pack ( water/glasses/information about the area/bathroom bits etc etc). But now I know what to expect. A very good hotel 🏨, quiet, 80% of the tourist are from Germany, this means everything is in Deutsch language 👎(no complaints just so you will be aware). Not a pleasant experience. We checked in late and the rooms were not ready. We had to make the children's beds as there were no maids available. Water for drinking is not available in the rooms. For a 4-star hotel, it is very poor in terms of entertainment, has little variety of food and only offers food at 3 times, breakfast/lunch/dinner.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here for a week. Our room was excellent with an amazing sea view that really couldn’t have been better, and all the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Can I firstly say that the hotel, its staff and the facilities were excellent. However, as an English family, the all-inclusive food left a lot to be desired . The food was not always hot and based around French/German options and nothing for their British guests. So bad were the choices that we ate out most of the time, although we paid for all-inclusive meals.

Lovely hotel in a quieter part of the area, very close to the beach. Entertainment was not great but they did at least have something on each night. Just not to my tastes. More for the older community. Lots of choice for food each meal. Pool was maintenance and looked clean.

Probably one of the first hotels on the beach is more than 50 years old - renovated and decent buffet food, terrible bed and quality rooms - book the ones facing the seaside. Stayed here for a week from late September to October '25. We were with our newborn son, two other couples and their children. We liked sitting outside for meals and that takes a bit of technique as there are not enough seats for everyone out on the balcony!

We had a fantastic stay. Everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Because we couldn't stay in our room the first night, we were able to eat for free every evening. We also received a few drinks. Thank you so much for everything.

Great hotel, staff brilliant, helpful and professional from chefs and restaurant waiters and waitresses to reception. Food excellent. Rooms superb. No fighting over sun beds in high season makes a nice change! Happy parents and kids age 15-17! Safe village for youngsters to go out and have some fun sometimes without parents. Liddl nearby for necessities.

I stayed at this hotel in July for 5 nights and overall, it’s a very beautiful place. Breakfast was lovely & relaxing . The rooms were a decent size & were kept clean. The pool was nice, but was so busy at times and very difficult to find a sun lounger everyday. People kept leaving towels everywhere which was frustrating. Hotel es Port is beautifully decorated with so many interesting nooks and crannies. The indoor pool was fantastic as the outdoor pool in October was a tad chilly despite the beautiful sunshine. Breakfast was lovely and fresh and the hotel is an easy 2 minute stroll to the beachfront with fabulous restaurants and shops.

My 2bd visit this year . This time with friends. My Summer visit was with the family. An all round excellent experience , both as a group of friends and with my daughter and her partner and my 2 year old grandson. A magical Holiday. Very authentically Majorcan. Most staff was great. Cove was beautiful. See was amazing. Stayed in a suite room near the beach restaurant. We didn't eat at the top restaurant. Food was great, our children really enjoyed the selection. Crazy golf was fun. Already planning to go back.
