Great holiday for short gateaway

A lovely, modern, well equipped hotel. The staff are all very nice. We had a little hiccup with the electricity in our room but the efficient engineer came to the rescue and fixed it. The breakfast was good, the team were very attentive, polite and efficient. Couldn’t fault this hotel. It is a gem and would definitely will be back !!

Great relaxing family get away. Perfect location. Hotel was clean and friendly. Card machine on the bar would help. I don’t like putting everything on my room. Few reviews mention cost of sunbeds. The sunbeds are free. Only a cost if you want to reserve them for the next day or even the full week. We will definitely be back.

What a superb hotel Unbelievable value on half board basis. The buffet at breakfast and evening was of high quality with a large range of options. The staff are excellent. Just finished our holiday at punta del mar, absolutely loved every minute of it. Was an absolute pleasure to come to. Food & drinks were good, rooms clean and very spacious. The hotel is generally good, in a great location with friendly staff. However, it's crazy that I booked double rooms with king-size beds for our group of six friends, and this was confirmed. The reception could not be bettered and continued in a friendly nature throughout my stay. My room was always spotless and the staff very helpful. It was my first stay in a Gruphotel and I was a bit surprised by the lack of welcome pack ( water/glasses/information about the area/bathroom bits etc etc). But now I know what to expect. We are a group of golfers who have returned to this hotel for the past fourteen years. We love the friendly atmosphere, the modern beautiful bedrooms, the superb dining room, catering for all tastes, the lounge areas, outside pools and the very friendly staff, in all areas. Four stars hotel in an excellent location, friendly, helpful staff. We had a good room with balcony and nice view. Tap water isn't suitable for drinking, so it's an idea to get bottled water as soon as possible, there's a supermarket nearby.

It was my first time traveling alone, which was very exciting, but I felt completely taken care of at Hotel Dunas. The service was excellent and the staff were polite and attentive. The A2 bus from the airport takes you directly to the hotel, which is located near the beach and offers beautiful surroundings. The hotel has three swimming pools, but they close at 7 p.m. The room was small but comfortable, with the toilet and washbasin outside. We also had breakfast, which was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes.

A very good hotel 🏨, quiet, 80% of the tourist are from Germany, this means everything is in Deutsch language 👎(no complaints just so you will be aware). The pool is very nice (looks beautiful ) but zero activities or fun at the pool for kids. The depth of the pool is max 1.45 m. The drinks on the bar 🍻 are bad. Not a pleasant experience. We checked in late and the rooms were not ready. We had to make the children's beds as there were no maids available. Water for drinking is not available in the rooms. For a 4-star hotel, it is very poor in terms of entertainment, has little variety of food and only offers food at 3 times, breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Went here for a couple of days and was absolutely amazing even compared to other universal hotels! Everything was super professional. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the location but a nice path around the shore for those who enjoy a morning run. We had an absolutely fantastic stay here for a week. Our room was excellent with an amazing sea view that really couldn’t have been better, and all the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Stayed 5 days, this is a great hotel! Breakfast had a good selection including made to order omelettes and freshly squeezed orange juice. The front desk staff are all incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. Better than photos. Staff excellent. Would definitely return. Enjoyed our walks into the old town, however there are lots of buses if preferred and lots of restaurants / bars / cafes nearby.

Great Hotel with friendly and helpful staff and a huge food variety. We could upgrade to a bigger room and they made everything possible for us. The hotel overall was not that crowded and we had a relaxing stay. Rooms were also clean and modern!

Visited here for 4 nights as a group of 3 friends. We were greeted really warmly on arrival and given all the necessary info. Our room was spacious, as was the bathroom. We have just returned from this wonderful hotel, it was recommended by our daughter who was here in May, we booked last minute as we had a week off. My first time at the Hotel Riutort was in 1980, and since then it is my absolute favorite place in Mallorca to stay alone or with my friends! I try to visit as often as possible, the people who work there are really wonderful and I see them as my friends! For me this is the place to be in Mallorca!!!

From my expirience this hotel has very good location. Brekfast and diner were very good whit a lot of choice what to eat. Rooms needs update because the bed was not that confortable and also pilows were too hard. Generaly I would say was OK and value for the money. I can recomended it.

The hotel is okay overall. The rooms are nothing special but decent. The food is good, and hygiene is fine. However, there is a lot of noise and shouting from other guests, which can be really annoying. The biggest issue is the internet – it’s completely useless
