The hotel is certainly in a lovely location and staff are very welcoming! This is the 2nd time we’ve been, this time we paid a lot more for a smaller room, with a bed that was very uncomfortable the bedroom was tiny. When we checked in we asked about the spa facilities and told we would have to pay extra. I have never stayed in a hotel where your spa facilities are extra. So for me that is disappointing...

This is the third year my daughter and I have been to Hotel Coronado - planning a fourth!! - we cannot fault this deservedly 5 star hotel. Food is brilliant, rooms are spacious and spotless and all the staff friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. The location is wonderful offering beautiful pool area and a pretty beach area in a peaceful area with beautiful views.

Perfect located hotel with a great rooftop Jacuzzi. Everything is very clean. Beautiful pool and the sandy beach is directly in front of the hotel. Breakfast-buffet is amazing. The food at the beachbar is served only until 13.30h (it could be served a bit longer), but you can find several other food options all around in the area. I would book this hotel again for the next trip to Cala Millor.

Good hotel. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, which isn't ideal in very hot weather. It's very German-oriented, but that wasn't a problem for us. Two drawbacks: buses stop in front of the hotel all day and night to drop off and pick up tourists, which can be quite noisy at night if you have a street-facing room, like we did. Calm, clean, gentle service and a very nice breakfast with fresh fruits and a lot of different bread to choose between. I am not so fond of the solution of the bathroom, with glassdoors, that you cant shut properly, but you manage that too. A small refrigerator is a plus.

I really think this hotel is great. Situated in a calm street, but still close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Main benefits: very nice and professional staff, great food in the restaurant, nice rooms and very clean everywhere. I booked the treatment „ absolut Beauty“ in the Spa area. It was done by Olesia. It was awesome. She was so friendly and I really enjoyed the treatment. the hotel is really good, the food is varied. Everyone in the hotel is incredibly nice to us. They try to fulfill all our wishes.

The hotel is located by the beach and a few minutes away from beautiful hiking trails. The food was simply excellent and varied. The staff was very friendly and Always happy to help. Nice swimming pool, perfect for both kids and adults. All in all, a very solid place to stay.

Had a fantastic stay here. Staff super lovely, Gold rooms were luxurious, and the pools/loungers/bali beds were amazing! Buffet breakfast was also good. Location is perfect. I’ve never see such diligent room service. Every time we leave the room for more than an hour, we come back with a freshly made room - multiple times a day. Incredible service! The sea view room was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend staying here. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning was under maintenance for both days of my stay, and the air it blew out had an unpleasant odor. However, everything else was superb! There's also a rooftop pool offering incredible panoramic sea views.

The beach was fantastic, and with the hotel being just 20 meters away, it was incredibly convenient to pop back to our room for a shower and change after spending time in the water. Manaus hotel is a lovely hotel with exceptional staff 👌 ALL of the staff here are so friendly and kind. It was my first solo holiday and they made it so easy with there friendliness. Breakfast was amazing as was dinner so much choice and exceptionally good food. Something for all tastes.. I was upgraded to another room with a better balcony so I could relax and read without distraction on the balcony...

Away from the noisiest parts of Arenal the hotel was fine for a short break. Reception staff could have been friendlier and more informative when checking in, but the room we were allocated was fine and overlooked the pool and the trees. Housekeeping was very good with rooms cleaned and towels replaced daily. Only issue with the meals was that some of the food on the evening buffet wasn't replenished...

What can I say... the service was extremely unfriendly, we had dirty towels covered in other people's hair and a floor that hadn't been cleaned much. The bed sheets were stained and you didn't really feel comfortable there. OK for a party holiday but definitely not bearable sober. Breakfast was OK though.

A small run Hotel of 120 rooms I think with one lift.. Be prepared for the Hotel Tax on check In at reception, payment may be made by debit card.. I've paid for two excursions arranged by the Hotel but payment was only made by Euros. Joanna the receptionist was very helpful to give Me directions to the nearest bank.. All the staff are so friendly, the food has always been to a very high standard....
