The hotel is situated on a hill in a quiet scenic location, in one of the most beautiful bays of the island. From the garden view to Kata beach. Many of the rooms have terraces overlooking the sea and garden. Hotel good service. Great place to watch the sunset from the pool with Jacuzzi. The hotel does not accommodate children under 18 years!

Location: 45 km from airport, on the West coast of Phuket island, 18 km from the centre of Patong, in the North of the Bay of Kata on the hill.
Total area: 12 400 m2.
The hotel has 115 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy beach 550 m away (2 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee, towels – free of charge. There is a Shuttle to the beach.

Beautiful and clean, not too big, lovely pool and surroundings with a great view of kata beach and the sea . Rooms are clean and cool.
Great location and close to Kata beach.
The staff are exceptional, helpful and friendly and make a real effort during your stay.
It is on a hill but a regular free taxi shuttle service down into Kata is great.
Would recommend this hotel in Phuket.
We emailed asking if we could upgrade our initial booking to a sea view and pay the difference months in advance.
Instead of replying the put us in a garden room, no sunlight, broken bathroom door and bed sheets with yellow stains.
We asked for our original room back and they said they were fully booked. After back and forth they said they will put us in another room for the night. The room had ruined furniture, broken curtains, black streaks in the bath tub/ shower floor and dirty faucets.
The next day we got moved into another room, strong smells of mould, which we over heard other guest saying their room smelt of mould. We stayed the night thinking we would adjust to the smell only to wake up with tight chest, headaches, sore thoughts and shortness of breath from the intensity of the Mold.
We moved rooms for the 4th time, which they told us was a complimentary move, however I think moving rooms 4 times for a 4 night stay is more of a punishment then a favour over a mistake they made in the first place.
When we finally got the room again dirty bathroom, the shower drain kept flooding and for the last night we were woken up by an alarm that went off for 15 minutes throughout the whole building. When I called reception and asked why it was going off (could have been an emergency for all I know) the response was hostile and I was told I can just wait for 15 minutes of noise. They still had us pay full price for a place I wouldn’t stay for free. Never in my life have I complained at a hotel but this completely ruined our honey moon.
