Hotels All-inclusive in Phuket

I appreciated the way the situation was managed. Food quality was good, but in my view overpriced. If I were to return, I would choose breakfast only rather than half board

The breakfast selection was solid, but lunch and dinner did not justify the additional cost for us. Service at lunch and dinner was also very slow — meals consistently took minimum 1

5 hours from ordering to finishing, which means you lose a significant part of your afternoon or evening dining in the hotel

the aquatic and underwater scooters in the pool are a fantastic concept and extremely fun for children

A lot of the furniture is cheap, hollow and outdated. Things are awkwardly placed as well e. to open the curtains you need to undo the curtain tie which is right below the ceiling lamp and I banged my head on it

We had an overall very good stay at Novotel Kata Avista. There was one unpleasant incident during our stay which I prefer not to detail here, as it was handled professionally and elegantly by the reception team

Such thoughtful service! Everything was perfectly taken care of, down to the smallest detail

The staff are exceptional, helpful and friendly and make a real effort during your stay. It is on a hill but a regular free taxi shuttle service down into Kata is great. Would recommend this hotel in Phuket

The accommodation was clean, roomy, and had a great partial view of the ocean. I received a very wonderful birthday greeting on my bed. They also surprised me with a lovely fruit platter on my birthday for breakfast

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive — they truly go above and beyond. Even when we had to check out early, they prepared a breakfast box for us to take on the road

Special mention to the Thai restaurant which serves delicious and instagram-able food and the private chef dinner experience at the Kissing Point which was the highlight of our stay

Excellent! They gave us the best room with an amazing view, and it was incredibly quiet – perfect for a couple's getaway. All the staff were lovely. The only downside was that breakfast wasn't great.

Facilities: The attention to detail is impressive, perfect for couples. I absolutely loved the heated pool. Environment: The unobstructed sea view is incredibly beautiful

The on-site restaurant wasn’t the highlight of the stay, but the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options

I appreciated that housekeeping checked the pool water quality daily, which made me feel very comfortable using it. The turndown service was a lovely touch as well—they leave small gifts, which felt unique and thoughtful

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The villa was very spacious and impeccably clean. They also provide a wide range of amenities, so even if you forget something, it’s not an issue

I also had dinner at two of their restaurants, and both were very good. The environment is lovely, with many kinds of birds and small animals. The stars were incredibly bright

The only downside was that all the soft drinks in the minibar were chargeable, which wasn't ideal

I have never experienced a massage like this anywhere before. The atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful, and the aroma of the oils was absolutely wonderful. It was such a memorable and impressive experience

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Grassland Resort Phuket. The staff were extremely friendly, the service was convenient, and the room was very clean; it made our trip truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

It's about an hour's taxi ride from Phuket International Airport. The hill leading up to the hotel is quite steep. However, if you ask the staff, they'll quickly arrange a pickup truck to take you up or down

We already bought a muay thai short and gloves for him back at home:) Mr. Beat very well explained that boxing is just a sport and not for fight, except protecting himself and his family, if necessary

I guess it really depends on the person – some will mind, some won't. The food was absolutely delicious, with both Thai and Western options, so you definitely won't get bored even on a longer stay

The stunning views and the warm, reassuring service from the staff made our stay truly comfortable! Our room felt clean, but my wife was bothered by the number of small insects

The location is fantastic, set on a hill right in front of the beach, offering amazing views and great access. There's also a convenience store nearby, which is very handy

The hotel vibes was calming, kind of private but just few minutes walk from the karon beach. For breakfast they provide variety of foods and drinks. There were many instagrammable spot in the hotel

I stayed with my husband for 3days. The location is great,20m from karon beach. Lots of food and spa options around. kata beach is just 15mins walk and it’s filled with restaurants and shopping options whole way

Only issue I had was the shower head lacked pressure, preferred the bathtub as it has better pressure and the air conditioning did stop working a few times during my stay, was easily fixed once reported it to reception though

The staff was friendly. I got a room upgrade which was good. The hotel is right in front of the beach, which is awesome. And a lot of restaurants and shops closeby. The breakfast was ok for the price.

Highly recommend the Sinae Phuket. We started our Phuket visit on the other coast at a high end resort which was lovely but loud and crowded. After leaving there we loved the peace and quiet at the Sinae

We alerted them that it might arrive before we did and although that didn’t happen, they kept us informed on the current status and planned arrival time, which is more than we got from Singapore Air

Our luggage did not join us on the flight from the US and we could tell it was going to take the airlines a few days to find it and get it to us in Phuket so we requested delivery to the Sinae

The hotel staff provided good service, and the mini-bar offered a decent selection of free drinks and water. Overall, the room would have been much better without the drain flies

I am not a hotel guest but will definitely be staying at the Burasari hotel next time to experience this atmosphere throughout the whole resort

Very nice hotel, well located, very clean, friendly staff, very good breakfast buffet! Mini bar re-filled every day for free!! Have booked for 5 nights and just extended my stay for 9 days!! A minute walk to the beach! Definitely highly recommended!!!

We had booked two Elite Pool View rooms, and although we were initially assigned corner rooms with no real pool view, the staff were incredibly courteous and accommodating, and promptly shifted us to proper pool-facing rooms without any hassle

Stunning hotel, spa on site is very nice, staff are super helpful. Room was perfect for my needs and location was great, I could walk to the beach in minutes and Jungceylon was also a short walk away

This is such a welcoming hotel! Every single person, from the front desk staff to all other service personnel, and even the fellow guests we encountered, was incredibly warm, friendly, and polite

Doesn’t get much better than this. Near restaurants and other stores, and a short walk to the Kata Walking Street. Will stay here again if I come to Puket again. The staff were friendly and helpful

I had a great stay at Beyond Karon

There are two pools equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, and I loved the pool bar, which allowed us to enjoy drinks right by the water while watching the magnificent sunset of Phuket

Beyond Karon We stayed at Beyond Karon for one week in January 2026 and it was wonderful. Staff so friendly and helpful in reception, breakfast and restaurant

The road just outside is busy with shopping, massage places and restaurants. This is how a hotel at the beach should be like. ⭐️ We will certainly come back!

We tried for lunch the Pad Thai which was a highlight; however, the dinners couldd be improved. I want to thank the entire staff for the courtesy, professionalism, and constant availability shown throughout our stay

When going uphill from the hotel, there are very nice restaurants, and all necessary shops are available nearby. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel

The breakfast is very rich, delicious, and filling. However, it would be better if there were more variety in the main dishes, at least changing them every two days. The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the beach

The setting of the 360° bar was stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed sunset drinks there

The only problems were that the air con was too cold, the light switches were a bit hard to navigate sometimes, and that we had two twin beds, but plenty of space for bigger beds which wouldve been more comfortable

We had a small issue with our room on the first day, but the staff resolved it quickly and professionally. The housekeeping team was attentive, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful

Perfect location, walking distance to the beach area. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants or bar. The room was clean, big enough space for couples. Breakfast was OK, I like their garden and open space lobby concept

Breakfast is a combo of western and local Thai style which is such a bonus. Local market, beaches, shops, massages, money exchanges, airport, restaurants are very close by

The design of the hotel with rooms around a central oasis was very clever and beautiful. 10-15 min walk or 3 min tuk tuk ride to the strip with restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this hotel

No room service after 10pm, I needed ice for my champagne, but I couldn’t ask cause they don’t provide after 10pm. Prices in the restaurant are high for the level of the restaurant and hotel

After writing my initial review and the response from management, everything from the below changed, the staff quickly realised the All inclusive status and presented us with all options of food moving forward, we were not charged in the end for the food and the staff was amazing all around!! The voucher system could be improved for all inclusive guests but other than that, Absolutely 5 star experience...

But that was not the worst thing, next to this room is a wall where all the air conditioners from the rooms are hung, the noise was terrible, we asked to change the room or cancel the reservation, but they did not make concessions to us, so we left early for another hotel without a refund

The hotel looks a bit old, and the first-floor room I stayed in felt quite damp, so the air conditioning was always on and it was freezing. On the day I checked in, opening the door was like stepping into a freezer

There is a small local market opposite the hotel and around 10 mins walk to the shopping mall. Also they have happy hour offers in the hotel!

The room is clean . The building is new and air corn is cold enough in hot weather . Location is near lemon grass massage Center and 7-11 is just opposite the hotel . Great location . Kid club is great for young kids

I really enjoyed my stay at the Outrigger in Surin beach. The hotel is ideally situated in front of the beach and from a walking distance to some very nice restaurants and bars

The suite had everything we could possibly need, with plenty of space, thoughtful amenities, and an extremely comfortable bed. The shower was spacious, with excellent water pressure, which made it a real pleasure to use

The restaurant food was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed it so much that we happily returned to eat there repeatedly

Kat was fantastic in helping us with everything we needed. The airline lost our luggage on our flight in so we needed laundry service which was delivered neatly back in our room and quickly within the same day

The spa is great and I had a wonderful massage off Namm. Restaurants are okay, but not 5 star, more 3 or 4

One of our friends is also recovering from an injury in her leg and is on crutches and hotel staff have been extremely accommodating in booking us a room on the ground floor with poolside access and offering a buggy service to shuttle her around

Saying that , it takes nothing away from the experience, the hotel is wonderful. The rooms are large but need a little up dating to achieve 5 star status , ask for the lagoon rooms, they are great

Think only one restaurant is All inclusive, the others you pay a supplement for. Just one niggle which was the adult slide

A lot of prep had gone into the events and everyone should be very pleased with themselves. Was a little confused with the All Inclusive aspect as not everything is included so make sure to ask beforehand

Not sure if it had been patch repaired while we were there but all four in our group that went down it after day 3 got cuts on their torsos Big thank you to the waiter Kyle who always had a smile on his face, was very competent with his work and helped customers and colleagues whenever he could

The hotel is new, the location is convenient. The beach is clean for Patong, the sea is warm for Thailand. the Rooms are big hotel, everything is clean and tasteful. Nearby on second street a lot of restaurants Seafood

Elite suite is a perfect for the stay at patong. It has big pool, nice reception area. The pool is also nice, should try to use the pool facility. Overall the stay was quite nice and most of amenities were provided

Walking distance from lots of fun sights in Patong, and 10 min walk from Patong beach. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic with a huge assortment of foods and a banana pancake or omlette on demand chef

My recent stay at elite suites was amazing! The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They had a wide variety of breakfast spread including indian food options

The only big negative was that the beds are hard. I didn't think to let the front desk know, and it wasn't until checkout when they asked how things were that I let them know how hard the bed was

The staff would literally run to serve you and made sure everything you wanted and needed was there for you. The pool area was beautiful and we swam and enjoyed happy hour almost every day
