Had a wonderful time it is everything I needed close to beach shops and all the action the staff were very friendly and kind to me .

Stayed at the room with seaside view. The room was big and nice. Good for a couple. Some issues where spotted but was fixed after asking. The bed didn't feel so clean.
Location was excellent it's rigth next to the beach and banglaroad.
The service was bad. We had to ask for room service and the reception is only open from 12 to 24. The staff seems very busy running the restaurant and seem to have no routine for hotel guests.
It's unclear what is included in the hotel stay and what is not. Seem like you have to ask for everything. Which is rather unpleasant. Would help if they had a sign with clear rules and description.
The place had good value for the location but the stay was somewhat unpleasant. Very nice to goto the beach without bringing so much stuff.

My bad experience staying at Sleep Inn. For 5 nights without seeing TV programmes. I complain to them and they not going to do about it. WiFi signal very very bad. Balcony doors lock spoil. Lucky I went there alone. For staff only Thai staff they are friendly. I stay for 5 nights they charge me 9,000 baths. With this type of poor standard I consider over charges.

Simple but comfortable quite at night and mins from patong crazy but a hard bed like most of Thailand

Good hostel with friendly and helpful staff. With the beach right at your doorstep and an affordable row of restaurants and massage parlors in the adjacent laneway, it is a great place to stay. The only downside is the lack of a on area other than the lounge (which is great to sit and watch television/ relax) is that there is no outside area to congregate.
