The exterior of the hotel looks beautiful and well-designed, creating a great first impression. However, the building itself and the rooms lack proper soundproofing, which is quite disappointing as noise can easily be heard from outside and neighboring rooms. On the positive side, the staff provided excellent service and were very attentive throughout the stay.

What a quirky little stay- I stayed in a superior room and the view was incredible. Waking up to this every morning was bliss. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a great fun taking one of the bikes out on my final day- inner child released. The swimming pool was fantastic. The gym could do with some improvements but enough for a basic workout which is all I needed during this stay.

Looks interesting, but only good for an overnight stay. The location is inconvenient, although there are a few cafes and moped rentals within walking distance. The room is cool, so no issues there. Good pool and a nice atmosphere in the lobby. Bicycle rental is available. The room itself is a bit run down. Very poor lighting inside, it's quite dim.

Five-star review! The room layout, the sea view, and the overall service of the entire hotel were all impressive. It's perfect for just staying at the hotel and relaxing. The only downside is that it's a 40-minute drive to town. For a hotel that's been around for a while, especially a beachfront one, it's truly remarkable how well they maintain and update it.

They even upgraded my room! Check-in was super smooth and everything was on point. The beach is right downstairs 🏖️ and you can grab free towels from the concierge, plus use the hotel's umbrellas and chairs. You can also borrow a paddleboard to hit the water. They even offer different fitness classes daily, perfect for a morning workout.

Exceeded my expectations! I loved the hotel's design; it was very quiet and perfect for couples. The front desk staff also spoke Chinese, and overall, there were many foreign guests staying here. Nai Harn Beach is always bustling with people every day. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Booked this room for my parents, it's their second stay and they were very satisfied. This time, there was a young lady at the front desk who spoke fluent Chinese and was very thoughtful in assisting them. Small rooms but decent location

We didn't stay long in this hotel, it was like a transit point for a few nights. I'll note the good location, there are plenty of different cafes and inexpensive establishments. The sea is also not that far, about 10 minutes. The hotel is clean. The rooms are small but everything is good. I noticed that there were many Russian-speaking people staying there.

Great experience with the staff, super helpful and well organized. The only problem with the rooms is the bad terrace door that lets all the noise through, get earphones or plugs for an easier good night sleep.

If you’re someone who travels with a lot of luggage, I strongly do not recommend staying at this place. There is no elevator, and it’s located in a small alley where taxis cannot access directly, which makes it very inconvenient. The room also had a strong moldy smell, and the overall cleanliness was quite concerning.

Fantastic and quiet hotel a bit up the street from the busy Karon beach. We booked the Triple Room for 3 pax. A clean modern looking hotel. The beds were large, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, which was brilliant. Breakfast was sumptuous, I enjoyed the Thai fish cake, raw honey and the natural peanut butter. Location is near the beach and massages.

The room is spacious and huge, assigned on the first floor of the annex building, a short walk from the main building where breakfast is served. It’s a quiet and pleasant place to stay, and the breakfast is decent as well.

Overall, it is located at a strategic location, still a convenient walking distance to most of the attractions and destinations in patong.

A pretty standard holiday hotel in Phuket. The facilities are plentiful and the rooms are well maintained, cleaned and comfy. However the compound is big and somewhat isolated so recommend people only chose this hotel if they have their own cars or scooter.

The service level is 5-star. Housekeeping was done daily upon request. A branch fell from a palm tree, we messaged them, and it was cleared within 2 minutes. Excellent hotel at an affordable price! It has a large area and a spacious room. The room has high ceilings and a roomy bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, plus two sinks! It's also a nice touch that there's a coffee machine. The pool is superb, the locations are beautiful. The sea is a bit far, but there are restaurants and clubs nearby, which is very convenient if you have a car.

The property itself is wonderful, with beautifully landscaped gardens. However, there’s no direct access to the beach. You will have to cross a road and walk on a path that cuts through an area that is currently undergoing construction. Did not feel the beach vibe here. However, they do provide a shuttle service to their sister hotel and a beach club in Bang Tao.

I rate the hotel very highly. 5 plus. The pool is very comfortable. There were always enough sun beds if you wanted to sunbathe. The breakfasts are very good. The room cleaning service was every day. The location from the Surin-beach is the closest possible. This hotel is very well suited for relaxation.

This is a hotel and not a resort as they claim, and the hotel is not located directly on the sea. The rooms are good and it is a 20-minute walk from Arab Street.
