There were quite a few problems with the room I stayed in this year: the electricity was faulty, the water pump was noisy and had issues. They refunded me for two nights out of the nine-day stay, but overall, it wasn't as good as VIP Kids. Now, Lavie Central Villa is first, West VIP Kids is second, and this private villa is third.

I stayed here with several friends for three nights. The only drawback was the distance from Patong Beach and Old Town. Other than that, there were no other issues. Restaurant is a little bit to dirty, shelfs are full of dust. Room was perfect, hotel position was great, but we have problems with cold/hot water, unable to make a shower without burn or freezze. We had private pool, it was cleaned just 1 day of 8days.

We spent here vacation on Jan 2024. The condo is good, the room was super we used a pool on second floor (where we lived) - up to the roof floor pool we got to the ebd of vacation. The only disadvantage is that youbhave to pay for cleaning services and for bed plates change from your pocket.

This is our second stay and its great for the price point. Pool is fantastic, close to beach, shops and cheap food market. Reception staff are friendly.
