I booked family room which is actually 2 rooms with connecting room. Room is clean, big and spacious.The swimming pool overlooks the hill which is nice. Service is good. The area doesn’t have restaurants within walking distance, though it’s not a problem as we drove. About 10 mins drive to Central shopping mall, which has plenty of options in terms of restaurants and retail shops.

The hotel location is in the middle of central Phuket, but I don’t recomend for families with kids. It is an old hotel, you need to get a renovated room to be comfortable. And some areas do get very noisy. I had no issues with the staff.

I had such a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. The resort itself is tucked away in a peaceful part of Cape Panwa, which was perfect for me since I wanted to relax away from the busy tourist spots.

The hotel is at a nice beach but not connected to any other bars at the beach. The beach has no other restaurant or bars. It is quiet and perfect place to relax. No nightlife at all. A massage and pharmacy is direct across the street and some restaurants. We just stayed one night as planned.

Fabulous experience! First time in Phuket and Diamond Cliff was more than I could have dreamed. Beautiful room (we had Spa room with ocean view), friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and amenities. The structure is beautiful and very big. You have two pools and we had a deluxe suite with Jacuzzi and sea view which was stunning. The breakfast is good but unfortunately they do not have soy milk and even if I requested they did not provide me soy milk which I guess is a normal and common request for who cannot drink cow milk. This hotel is conveniently located near Patong Beach, close to both Bangla Road and the beach, making it easy to get around. Location is great. Central to everything in Pa Tong. 2 minutes to Bangla Rd, 1 minute walk to the beach. Buffet breakfast has plenty of choices and different everyday. The room was a bit small, but the soundproofing was pretty good. The massage and spa prices at the hotel were generally more than double what you'd find outside, so I didn't feel it was worth it.
