This is a simply wonderful hotel! If you're a naturist, I highly recommend staying here. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the service and staff are excellent! I met so many wonderful people here. Even if you're staying elsewhere, I highly recommend choosing a daytime visit.

The landlady was friendly and could communicate and translate in English. The water temperature in the shower was a bit low; it wasn't very hot, and it would be quite cold on rainy days. I truly think this is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation. The nudist lifestyle is incredibly energizing, both physically and mentally. And it's a great way to make new friends.

The room was very clean and comfortable, which was great. I recommend bringing your family here; the surroundings are lovely, the sea view is beautiful, and there's a pool. The restaurant food is also delicious, and there's plenty of time for breakfast.

Tide was a fantastic stay! Even though we had to cut our trip short, the staff and hotel were amazing. Clean and beautiful lodgings with a great staff. It’s difficult to book taxis, the location is quite far, no convenience stores nearby, had to walk for around 18 minutes to reach the nearest 7eleven. The hotel amenities were ok and the staff friendly, they helped me exchange money. I didn’t like that I had to wait till 3pm to get my room. Most hotels do 2pm. The room was ok, but there was no tooth paste or toothbrush.

Great hotel across the road from a fantastic beach. Breakfast was great - coffee v good. First stop on our tour. Great place to acclimatise and chill following our long flight. Arrived at 11 am and room was ready which was a bonus We will return.

Good location, a few steps to the beach. Just outside the resort enough food options and 7/11 on walking distance.  A big plus point is that the resort is located at the more peaceful part of Naiyang beach.  The staff is very kind and friendly. If we had any questions they are willing to help us.  We had booked a familyroom and it was very good. Bed was comfortable and the villa was cozy.

The hotel is budget-friendly, however, the service quality is inconsistent, with room cleaning not performed daily. Furthermore, the outdated electrical outlets present a safety concern, particularly when charging electronic devices.

I was here in 2018 and the stay was so good I am coming back November 2025. The staff are amazing people and I am looking forward to seeing them again. The room was great and loved the pool. The hotel is located in a really great place making it easy to walk everywhere. I can’t express how good the Expat hotel is. Looking forward to my stay soon. Cheers

Everything is great about this little hotel 4 minutes walk to 3 Malls and Bangla Road. Clean pool, comfy beds and a fully stocked mini bar. Food is good and inexpensive, beers are reasonable, even a bottle of wine pretty much price matches the supermarkets. Very obliging staff, overnight guests are welcome... if you know what I mean! I have stayed twice, both times out of season, patrons at these times...

This place is perfect if you want to stay close to Bangla Rd & Patong Beach. Its hidden away enough from all the crazy madness. The pool is clean, thai spa is good, restaurant is good and staff are lovely. Rooms could do with a little renovation and softer beds however they are very clean. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

This isn't our first time staying at this hotel. We really like its Thai-style architecture. The room is comfortable, but it's very noisy at night because of the nearby road. The front desk staff aren't always friendly, especially one particular woman. We asked her for a scale, and she said they didn't have one, but another staff member kindly provided it. Oh, the joys of peak season! Every hotel was booked solid, and this was the best I could find. The room itself isn't bad, but the windows face a busy main road, making it absolutely impossible to sleep! You'll be hearing tuk-tuks blaring loud music and motorbikes roaring past all night long. Sleep is just not an option here!

Daily cleaning, but the room is impossible to stay in due to noise. This hotel is for a maximum one-night stay. I asked to be moved to another room, but they refused. I do not recommend this hotel.

If your looking for a peaceful night probably not the right place for you as you can hear the loud tuk tuk music and people etc outside but we expected it being in Patong. Love it. All what you want including rooftop mini gym and (not so mini!) swimming pool. Car and motorcycle parking with cctv. Modern elevator. Fast and reliable wifi. Management is good. The place is spotless clean. Kitchen is to die for with like 3 sizes of coffee makers. Highly recommend.

This is a a nice contemporary hotel that looks a lot more expensive than it is. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. You couldn't ask for more. The roof terrace and pool are awesome eventhough get a lot of noise from the big road. All in all an awesome place at an awesome price.

Had a lovely 3-night stay at Naina Spa & Resort. The rooms are in great condition and feature a massive balcony. Nice and quiet resort in Patong with a great spa and very clean rooms. The resort itself is really pleasant with spacious rooms and a lot of privacy but I was a bit disappointed that the resort was hidden behind a very horrible road and was not secluded in the countryside as I had imagined. However, I had a pleasant stay and the breakfasts were quite delicious.

A truly wonderful stay. Although it was a bit on the expensive side, the service was impeccable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. I particularly loved the room's design and layout. I'd even go so far as to say the service rivals that of luxury brands like Four Seasons and The Ritz-Carlton.

There aren't many hotels at the level of rosewood on Phuket, service is spot on, breakfast is very unique and if u want to feel like you in an episode of white lotus the this is the hotel for you. I was staying in this hotel on march 2025 . Very clean and comfortable . Absolutely closest to the beach . If you want to hotel only for rest and shower , it will be more than enough . A very nice hotel. The first night we stayed at the Catalan Tani, it cost over 2,000 per night. The second night here, it was only a little over 400. We also have access to the Tani building. Very economical.

We had a great stay at Kata Noi resort. We stayed at one of the villas with 2 bedrooms. The entire villa is very spacious with a full kitchen. They provided us with both normal bath towels and beach towels. After each use of the beach towel, we could simply go to the reception and exchange for clean ones. Overall everything was great — good location, good facilities, and a nice clean room. It’s seafront and just across from the beach, but the part right in front isn’t really suitable for swimming. You’ll need to walk about 3–4 minutes down to the middle section of the beach, which is much better for swimming and relaxing.

The hotel is hard to find as it is nested within Mamma Mia restaurant. There is a strong damp smell inside the premises. The hotel is directly on the beach, you can take long walks on the beach or simply relax and swim. It’s close to amenities and would recommend it to friends and relatives.

Nice for the price. 2 nights before heading out to Karbi. It was ok for the price. The bed was good but could have been softer. There was a stool for sitting but no back. I did not use it. The room needs a comfortable sitting chair. There was none. I could not identify which was the body soap from the shampoo. There were no labels. Little improvements can go a long way.

Great location, pretty close to a lot of attractions. The only thing that upset me was the terrible show in my room. I had to kiss the wall to take a shower, lol. The room was very clean and comfortable. Close to Patong Beach. Just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Can easily walk to different places.

Not a bad hotel, smiling, friendly staff, geographical location only 500 meters to Bangla Road, everything a tourist needs is nearby Cons: poor cleaning, they didn't do it every day, monotonous breakfast, for 7 days it was the same every day, and a dirty pool on the roof, which I didn't want to dive into No clothes dryers, I had to dry my clothes on the balcony after Songkran.

Convenient location, not far from the beach, rooftop pool, though small, near the beach there is a bus stop to the airport. Breakfasts: toast, fruit, eggs. Tea, coffee, drinks, cookies free all day! Friendly staff!

Very good hotel in a good location. 24 hour reception, the lady in reception where you can book trips was fantastic. Restaurant was very nice and offers take away food. There is a cat cafe across the road if you like cats. The room was basic but nice, air con, good bathroom, balcony and a conforable big bed. I got bottles of water everyday and the cleaner was lovely.

They're very kind and helpful! I come here every year! Every time I have to return to Italy, I'm heartbroken by the treatment I receive!
