Great hotel directly in front of Karon Beach. Good WiFi, friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet with Asian and Western cuisine. Very good value for the price. The room smells bad. There is a musty smell. The air conditioner is very noisy and I can't turn on the air conditioner while opening the door. The air conditioner broke down on the last day.

We upgraded to a room with direct pool access, which they offered upon check-in. The hotel is spotless, with friendly and efficient staff. You cannot get much closer to the beach or the main street for the shops and restaurants, but there was no noise to be heard. WE WOULD BOOK AGAIN WITHOUT A DOUBT.

The room offers a fantastic sea view, and the swimming pool is right by the ocean. You're literally stepping out onto the beach. Even breakfast comes with a sea view! I just wanted to stay in the hotel all day, it put me in such a great mood.

I stayed at this hotel for one week. Upon arrival, the reception was adequate and the staff was courteous. However, several aspects affected my experience. We spent 7 days here, and would strongly recommend the hotel. The rooftop pool is a lifesaver for the hot days when you couldnt be bothered paying for spots on the beach. The hotel and rooms are decent. There is no view from any hotel rooms. The highlight is the roof top pool. Best place for infinity pool experience. You can also order breakfast in the pool. The location is good as you can walk down to the market in 10 min.

We arrived after long trip, in the late evening. First room 1001 - air condition did not work correctly. They tried to fixed. No hot water. We changed the room to 1003 - no hot water in the shower. Truly amazed by it's location, the views and the service. What a lovely resort in Kata, by the rocks of course and got billion worth of views ❤️ amazing service, food and drinks are great. The receptionist lady during check in was lovely, friendly and informative. However the AC stopped working at 3:30 am on the first night and the man I spoke to on the phone was being very rude when I asked for to change my room. They took over 1 hour to confirm a change of room and I had to stay up till 4:40 until I could move. Overall it’s a decent place, but the service is not consistent.

It was a perfect stay for my friend and I. Although we wished the shuttle could have more time slots to the beach but they also provide bikes. It was very easy to get to Nai Han beach (which had such huge waves). The staffs and services are very nice. Chill, peaceful foresty vibe!

The location is fantastic, and breakfast is great. However, there's one major downside: the motorbike noise at night is incredibly loud. I was already getting back late, and from 2 AM onwards, motorbikes were zooming past every minute. Every two or three minutes, there'd be an even louder one. This is our go-to hotel in Phuket every year. The location is absolutely unbeatable! You can walk to Patong Beach, Banzaan Market, Jungceylon, and Bangla Road. The nearest 7-Eleven is just a five-minute stroll away. While the facilities are a bit old, the location truly trumps everything else.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a ten-minute walk from Phuket Old Town. Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained. This hotel is only suitable for a transit stay. The breakfast wasn't good, and Phuket Town is a bit far from the beach. Its only advantage is the cheap price and its proximity to Rassada Pier. If you're going to Koh Phi Phi independently, remember to book boat tickets that include transfers.

The building is extremely old and poorly maintained, with visible damage everywhere. The room had a constant damp and musty smell. The bed, pillows, and sheets also smelled heavily of humidity, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. We chose this hotel because of its location and the positive reviews, but unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience for us.

I stayed at the resort on my recent trip to Phuket. The place is of great value for money. It's in a quiet locality just 15 mins away from the main Patong area. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The cleaning staff were really good. The swimming pools are the best part and are constantly cleaned and maintained, my kids loved the pool. It's a great family friendly place for long stays.

Hotel is good and clean. The room is not very big, suitable for two people Hotel staff is friendly and helpful — thanks Princess Ang and Ben It is a budget hotel. However, there is no soundproofing so noise can be an issue, the bathroom is small and the laundry area is limited, and there is no bedside table next to each bed. I would recommend it for young travelers, but not ideal for families.

A good hotel, the staff is polite, the room is cleaned every day, the rooms are excellent, the pools are clean and intact, the minus is that the pool area is not cleaned every day and there is no shuttle to the sea, overall I really liked the hotel!

Somebody wash the floors! Please wash the floors with hot water and cleaner. The floors are filthy. The cleaning in general is weak (Just wiping stuff down with a wet cloth) there was sticky stuff all over the table when I arrived. I had to clean the room myself. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. I Loved the design of the loft and having a kitchen was handy. The wifi is great! And...

A wonderful place really enjoy. The staff is extremely friendly. Good cleaning service everyday . It was easy for to reach the beach Nai Harn. I went there on foot I am really thankful to administrator who informed me that I had left my sweater. It was so sweet . Next time I will definitely stay there again

Totally loving this place which we stayed for 4nights. Check in was fast and easy. The apartment is relatively new with great amenities including a large lagoon and gym. The room is spacious and modern with great housekeeping. Not far from the hotel is Nai Harn beach and there are many shops on the main street which makes it highly accessible and convenient especially if you are riding.
