Stayed here 5 times over the years . Every year breakfast is more chaotic with kids running around unsupervised . Not ideal when walking with hot tea, coffee etc . Much better than the Banyan Tree I stayed at before. Accor Group never disappoints! They even called in the evening to check if everything was okay and if I was enjoying myself, and if there was anything I wanted for breakfast that I hadn't gotten yet. The deluxe room is really spacious. Just 0.5 km away from patong beach and the street. You will find many Indian in the hotel. All the shops, 7/11is just in walking distance. Very clean very quiet, good access to the beach. Breakfast is above average and it is vegetarian friendly. Restaurant is rather very expensive and there is no good food options nearby. For example, a bottle of beer is 500% more expensive. If you stay here and want to book day trips, better use online apps. Hotel’s tour desk and booking agents in general in Thailand charge up to 200% more.

We had a good time staying here. The jacuzzi pool was great, the room is quiet and comfortable. Our room has a beautiful beach and ocean view which is amazing. All the staffs are helpful & attentive. In room dining prices are not overpriced. One small comment would be the room slipper is too thin and slippery, so we didn’t use it. We will definitely come back to stay here again.

The only good thing about this place is its proximity to the beach; everything else is pretty mediocre. The cleanliness was just okay, and on the first night, I was given a room at the very end, right by the road. It was incredibly noisy, with motorbikes revving their engines so loudly it was deafening.

This hotel is located on Kamala Beach, which is relatively less crowded. We specifically chose it so we could spend a leisurely day lounging on the beach chairs. The overall service was pretty good too.

It was alright. This room type has two floors, with a double bed on the first floor and another double bed on the second floor.

Overall, the hotel isn't particularly good value for money. The swim-up room cost 7500 for two nights, and the room wasn't very big. Booked a two-bedroom pool villa, but honestly, it wasn't really worth the price. The upstairs bedroom was just a very standard room. The breakfast at the Executive Lounge was beautifully presented and tasted good. There are evening performances by the beach. There's not much to do around the hotel, and no 7-Eleven, so we stayed within the hotel premises the entire time.

Fantastic experience at the shore ! This place is a high end resort that is as close to paradise as you can get for couples. Special mention to the Thai restaurant which serves delicious and instagram-able food and the private chef dinner experience at the Kissing Point which was the highlight of our stay. Would recommend 100% and would love to go back asap !

Excellent! They gave us the best room with an amazing view, and it was incredibly quiet – perfect for a couple's getaway. All the staff were lovely. The only downside was that breakfast wasn't great.
