A very decent hotel within walking distance from the old town (and it's super close to the archeological museum). The interior looks classy and comfy at the same time. My room was very clean and there was a nice welcome gift waiting for me (loukoumi with some local raki). Breakfast was ok smorgasbord style with a rather standard selection of cereals, cold cuts and cheese.

Teams were excellent, services were excellent, but the mattress in the sofa bed was appalling. Otherwise, it's perfect for a couple or a family, it's near the beach, near lots of restaurants and bars.

When we checked in we were graciously upgraded to a suite in another building with access to another resort and pool. All the staff were very friendly in all areas which made our stay very enjoyable. Had a top floor room with a view to die for, close to the harbour quite rustic with modern bathroom. Booking direct was easy with assistance / advice on parking and an early check in, rapid response to a few emails. Warned prior that there was no lift but had assistance with bags etc. Service wise, for our stay of a couple of nights George was a mine of information and assistance, very much appreciated

I liked the balcony and the plants, i liked that every day someone came and cleaned. I didn't liked that was not quietly, and the smell in the room was bad because of the umidity in the walls.

I have to agree with a lot of the other reviews on this place it really is a hidden gem, situated in the heart of panormos a stone's throw from the beach and Tavernas it is one of the most relaxing places you can visit, the rooms are basic but immaculate all with a balcony and all you need whilst on holiday, the breakfast is a mixture of items that are baked by Maria who for us is the star of the show...

The views from this hotel are amazing. Rooms are fit for purpose we had everything we needed. Pool area was nice and clean. Food was OK including meat dishes and vegetarian dishes, my two criticisms would be that there wasn't any signs telling you what each dish was, and not a great selection of puddings, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful
