We arrived end of season with a baby and child. The weather was amazing (some days a little windy)- but due to the hotels great location we could walk to the beach within 3-4 mins or take the bus to Chania. Lovely hotel at a fine location nearby the town centre. There are restaurants, grocery stores and shopping districts in walking distance. I arrived to the city via the bus from Chania and left the city via ferry via the harbour. although not exactly short distance but they are walkable. it is a relatively busy city and many popular restaurants are very occupied during the weekend.

We've enjoyed a couple of weeks staying in this hotel with wonderful staff. There was no loud music from the bar in the evenings unlike other nearby hotels. Location is perfect - 4 beaches nearby, Lidl, bus station, nice park for morning jogging. Free gym is another big plus for fit people. Great beach hotel Very nice little hotel. Close to at least four different sandy beaches. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with options for vegetarians. We stayed for 10 days during our vacation in Greece and enjoyed it very much :). It's a smaller hotel with super friendly staff. Rooms were cozy and cleaned every day. Breakfast is served in Myrtis hotel just next door. The pool on the roof is available to use for free along with the pool in their neighbouring hotel Myrtis. Just a few minutes by foot and you get to the centre of Plakias with all amenities...

Very good breakfast, quality beds, very friendly staff, nice little town - but windy. So rent a car is almost a must to have a pleasant holiday. From Plakias there is also a boat to some southern beaches.

We are just back from a 4 night stay in this wonderful hotel in Palechorla and would gladly go back again any time! We had the most magical stay at Aris Hotel. The staff are amazing and incredibly helpful, the rooms are small but have everything you need, there is a small beach just across the street and it is just a short walk into beautiful Paleochora. The breakfast is excellent-as is the Aperol Spritz at the hotel bar. Can't recommend this place enough, we will be back!

The included breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and most helpful. They also looked after most of our luggage while we visited Sougia for one night in the middle of our stay. The first room we had was excellent and had a great view while the hotel has very nice grounds that one can relax in.
