Very stylish arranged, yet minimalistic, which I like a lot! We are experiencing a warm welcome and excellent sevice. Rooms are spacious, clean, with very comfortable beds. Breakfast (it's buffet) and dinner are delicious (12 different menus for dinner. You can choose every morning after breakfast what would you like for dinner that evening).

Our stay at Pasiphae Hotel was wonderful! The staff were all incredibly polite and professional. The rooms were cleaned daily, the noise isolation was excellent, and everything we tried from the dinner menu was absolutely delicious. The Wi-Fi was impressively stable as well. The location isn't pleasant. You may be staying in a quiet residential area about 1km outside of town, but it's far from quiet. The reason for this: The hotel is located in the airport's takeoff and landing lane. The planes may be turning around, but they're still only a few hundred meters above the ground. Earplugs are therefore highly recommended! Our room was also a bit annoying. It was very cramped...

We had a good time in this hotel, we were really happy with the breakfast they offer and with its staff as well. Also the cleaners came almost everyday (6/7), which was great for us. Can't say the same for the room, it had a very old AC system and the toilet wasn't in good hygiene condition ( all around the shower there was what I think is mould) and the sink was creaking. When I was making the booking I saw free parking info and I liked this mark cause we were going to rent a car during our holiday. We stayed for 8 nights. I loved this small hotel, the staff is so kind! Every morning we got different handmade Cretan delicacies, special thanks to Argiro! I want this review to be as accurate as possible from our experience . We have stayed a week AI, before start of the season. Hotel was only half full first four days and the fullish last 3 days. We stayed a week at Kaissa Beach, we were pleasantly surprised the hotel has recently been refurbished and looks better in person than the photos. Very helpful friendly staff, we stayed half board, breakfast was fresh and varied, evening meal average buffet style, but still nice. The pool was clean and well maintained- they cleaned it during our stay too. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony....

Staff here are lovely and really helpful, but food quality and variety really lets it down. As a hotel/apartment complex that offers an all inclusive service, the variety of food and particularly drinks is too limited. Offering only local beer, wine, ouzo and soft drinks on the all inclusive service is embarrassing and frankly unacceptable. Jet2 need to re-think using this place on their all inclusive...

Visited some friends who were staying atvthese apartments. They were delighted with the refurbishment of the rooms and facilities from last year. Everything looked fresh and new. Had dinner with them there at the lovely restaurant on the sea front. The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. Food and drink were well-priced. Would highly recommend this place.

I've just returned from the most peaceful relaxing & refreshing 7 days at these apartments. The location is right on the seafront. The sunsets are amazing. 5 minutes walking to lovely shops, supermarkets, bars, tavernas & nightlife if you wish to boogie. The apartments provide facilities for cooking. Hower I took advantage of the food on offer at breakfast & dinner. I was quite happy with the choices...

It's an old hotel but the service is good. rooms cleaning every dag and the breakfast is very good. the staff are very friendly. The location of the hotel is so and so coz its not near to the beach . it takes about 15 min to go to the beach. a very near supermarket and the bus station too.

Elia Bettolo Hotel is in an ideal location in the Old Town of Chania. It's walking distance from the bus station, Maritime Museum, the Old Lighthouse, and tons of restaurants. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. Caveat: If you need a taxi, it may not be able to pick you up right at the hotel because the roads in the Old Town are sometimes...

Amazing location, room condition and staff. Very helpful. Great breakfast. Great air conditioning and balcony. My only issue was the scent from the cleaning products.

We had a corner room with a balcony on both sides overlooking the busy restaurant and shopping area below. The room was larger than we expected. The only negative was that there was a step up into the bathroom, which we had to keep reminding ourselves of, especially at night.

The front of house staff where excellent always helpful with with anything I needed and the excursions they booked for me where amazing and informative. The driver was for these trips was really good, sorry can’t remember his name but he gave lots of information about places we were going past and was very helpful would highly recommend staying here and going on the excursions.

Lovely small family run hotel and super friendly owners.

I've stayed at this hotel three times. In 2001, 2002 and 2018. It is my favorite hotel on the island of Crete. I like everything there: the rooms, the breakfast, the garden, the hospitality of Olimpios (the owner of the hotel), the swimming pool. Thank you, Armonia for the three wonderful holidays! I'm trying to get there again in September 2022.

Traveling alone for the first time I was naturally a bit nervous. After leaving the airport I made my way via a taxi to hotel cost 25 euros. It’s a sweet small hotel run by Stella and her family! Service is great, the food (all home made by Stella herself is fantastic. There are some stairs but no elevator. The hotel was in a good location near the water and provided free parking and breakfast. The room was spacious and included a terrace, but the shower was tiny. Noise echoed, which was distracting. There was free wi-fi, but the signal was poor.

Very polite and helpful staff, we stayed in the first floor, the rooms are decent (they will be refurbished), the bathrooms fully refurbished and very clean and nice. The breakfast simple but ok. We just spent 2 weeks in these wonderful place. We had a studio with very comfortable beds a really big TV very well decorated and clean. We were in the 3 block up the hill from reception 75 steps, the view is beautiful from there! Very friendly and helpful family that runs the place, and was this little dog Tussis comes to say hello! We had such a lovely time here at the Zeus Palm Beach. We had no booking at the hotel, but had sunbeds on the beach. We also ate and had some drinks at the bar. Gianis, the bartender is such a great man, very friendly and helpful! He made our stay a memorable one, so we came back at this place the following days too. We enjoyed everything here. Unforgettable This was my 3rd time stating at the aEl Greco hotel and I was pleasantly wowed by thr renovation that was undertaken since my last visit. The hotel maintains its Cretan charm and pride with modern and well-maintained amenities and excellent service from all the staff. I look forward to my return!

Fantastically friendly staff; they have a little museum with replicas of many important objects from around Crete and original coins and notes from history, as well as a bicycle made for two! The rooms are probably the most home-like ones on the island. Think "log cabin" and you're on the right track. Don't worry amenity lovers, it has AC and even a kitchenette, although I hesitate to call it that...

My partner and I stayed a couple of nights during off-season. The hosts were incredibly kind, made us feel like we were the only ones there. Our third year staying at this family run hotel with three generations involved. The two sisters - Eleni and Christina supported by their parents and Eleni’s sons - Niklas and John - are so welcoming and friendly. Arrived very late and reception was closed but rang the phone number and manager arrived to show us to our room. Large apartment, 2 storey with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 3 balconies. 2 double beds and air con in each room including the lounge area. Depending on tranvelling style, this is either an absolute no go or an absolut bang for buck. If youre looking for hotel where you spend all your vacation it's not a good option. Perfect for peaceful family holiday. Rooms are nice and every corner of the hotel is extremely clean. Staff is just great and kind. Pool is good. Nobody reserves sun chairs, so there's no morning rush to throw towels everywhere. Restaurant is good, as is breakfast. Prices are average. We've been here twice and won't hesitate to come again.
