This was our fourth visit to the Fortezza. We were given a friendly welcome and allocated our requested room. We were also able to borrow a kettle from the reception and get pool towels. The hotel is surrounded by palm trees and lovely bougainvilleas, citrus trees that make you feel close to nature. The view from our room is always amazing, overlooking the bay. Stayed here multiple times, always good to come back.

Nice little hotel at a good location, both close to the airport and the city center. The staff were very pleasant, with a special mention to Katerine, Who answered all our questions and even called places when we needed. The only problems was that the bathroom was a little small and the breakfast was nothing to write home about. Also you stop hearing the plane sounds after the first couple hours.

Great location, nice beach. The hotel is good but not great. The food in the restaurant is very low quality, the breakfast was always the same, the coffee machine is so slow. I've seen turtles moved faster that the waiter in the restaurant, one day we ask for beers and we were almost in the desert when the beers arrived. The room was clean and spacious.

Customer service was very good. I felt the food was mediocre and the rules around the all inclusive package were poor. You can only enjoy non branded vodka and scotch at happy hour or pay for brand name anytime. Not cool for a 3star. The menu was restricted as well!

Lena Beach Hotel is a hidden gem. Stunning location and truly excellent service from all the staff. The shared areas of the hotel are so well maintained and the dining area, terrace and pool area are beautiful. The rooms are basic but clean and functional. It didn't bother us at all but if you like a touch of extra quality in your bedroom furnishings then maybe not for you.

We spent two nights in this very nice, family-run hotel. Service was super-friendly always with a smile. We had one of the newly renovated rooms which was really good for our family of four. Wonderful stay at this hotel! It was a trip to celebrate our anniversary and this hotel made our stay special! Tastefully decor in the room and lovely view.

Hard to say where to start: the people working in the hotel were extremely helpful and nice; there are several comfortable beaches in walking distance; the view from the balcony at the seas and sky has no comparison; the breakfast was plentiful and tasty.... perfect place to spend a lazy, peaceful vacation

Stella and Georgios were great at recommending places to go and where to park. Breakfast was delicious, the room was comfortable and the view from the pool/breakfast area was gorgeous.

Great stay! The hotel was wonderful. The room was clean, modern and a great view of the ocean. The restaurant by the pool was affordable, large menu and delicious food. The man at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here. It is family owned, affordable and lovely.

George and his staff were very welcoming and hospitable. Breakfast was always fantastic with a lot of variety to keep everyone happy. Georgina cooked amazing eggs on demand and extremely friendly. Rooms were great and always clean. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again.
