This is a very nice hotel near the marina, a bit away from the chaos of the center of A.N. but still close to restaurants, the beach, etc. The perfect location in my opinion. We arrived around midnight, reception was closed but easy to get in. Breakfast was continetal, fantastic. The room was amazing, especially the tub on the patio. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows. The whole room was spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels. The staff we met were all very griendly and helpful. Location was fab, a minute from the beach and restaurants.

Good hotel although bathroom needs renovating. The location of the hotel was great, although there was no onsite parking. The breakfast was average. Lovely solo holiday. Would recommend to any solo traveller. I have stayed there before with my late husband and children however children grown up , husband passed away. We were to spend the first week of July 2022 in this lovely hotel but because of the SAS strike in Norway, we got 3,5 extra days. We are just back from a 4 night stay in this wonderful hotel in Palechorla and would gladly go back again any time! The hotel is a few minutes walk out from the centre of Palechora, and is nice and quiet at night. We had a room at the front of the hotel with a small balcony looking out to the sea. We had the most magical stay at Aris Hotel. The staff are amazing and incredibly helpful, the rooms are small but have everything you need, there is a small beach just across the street and it is just a short walk into beautiful Paleochora. The breakfast is excellent-as is the Aperol Spritz at the hotel bar. Can't recommend this place enough, we will be back!

The included breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and most helpful. They also looked after most of our luggage while we visited Sougia for one night in the middle of our stay. Amazing hotel on the west side of Plakias, close to the center, opposite the beach with a stunning view of the Libyan Sea. Spacious and spotlessly clean rooms make the stay at the hotel enjoyable. Friendly reception. Clean rooms. Rather small balcony. The bus stop is in front of the hotel, easy to get to the city centre (bus 1 and 20) and back (bus 6). Supermarket over the street. Short walk to the public beach. The best advantage were early breakfast hours (7-10). The pool was also nice, not many people there and suprisingly I couldn't hear the traffic from the street that much.

If your flight gets cancelled and you're reading this review, the hotel isn't all that bad. The staff were nice and so was the food. Be sure to take a trip to the supermarket opposite as they had some amazing cheap food. Check the fruit aisle! Mot much else around worth exploring.

The rooms were dirty. They cleaned our rooms only in the first 3 days. After that, they took only the trash and changed the towels (every 2 days, not daily). They did not clean the floor or change the bed sheets...

Elia Bettolo Hotel is in an ideal location in the Old Town of Chania. It's walking distance from the bus station, Maritime Museum, the Old Lighthouse, and tons of restaurants. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. Caveat: If you need a taxi, it may not be able to pick you up right at the hotel because the roads in the Old Town are sometimes...

Amazing location, room condition and staff. Very helpful. Great breakfast. Great air conditioning and balcony. My only issue was the scent from the cleaning products.

We had a corner room with a balcony on both sides overlooking the busy restaurant and shopping area below. The room was larger than we expected. The only negative was that there was a step up into the bathroom, which we had to keep reminding ourselves of, especially at night.

The front of house staff where excellent always helpful with with anything I needed and the excursions they booked for me where amazing and informative. The driver was for these trips was really good, sorry can’t remember his name but he gave lots of information about places we were going past and was very helpful would highly recommend staying here and going on the excursions.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days. The room was clean and the hotel had been renovated. Breakfast was the same every morning, but it offered a variety of options. Dinner was served at a hotel 200m away. We didn't enjoy the dinner due to the uniform taste of the dishes. While the food was filling, it wasn't exceptional. The pool was all right, but unfortunately, there was no poolside bar. Air conditioning...

Great hotel at a good price, everything newly renovated. The manager and all the staff are very friendly. The rooms are very clean, the garden with pool is very well maintained. The breakfast which you can have on the terrace is great. Will book it again next year.

It is a nice hotel near the beach, the staff is really friendly, polite and helpful, the pool is big and amazing and near the hotel there are some shops where you can buy everything you need. It is also pretty calm place. I really enjoyed it there.

there were pictures of cute bungalows in a lovely garden on all web pages and catalogs, so we booked one for our holiday this year. We were surprised when they gave us a room in a building above an Italian restaurant, some 30 m far from the E75 highway (Chania - Rethymno). We couldn't even guess this building was a part of the hotel. The window of the room faced west, so there was as hot as in a stove...
