Great hotel. Lovely staff. Most conveniently located.

The property was simple but very clean. The front desk staff were kind and very helpful. The hotel is located near all the great restaurants and shops. The breakfast was outstanding. I would recommend the hotel.

Overall I liked this hotel , it is basic accommodation but clean and in a great area close to the central bus station. There is no restaurant and the walk to old town is 15 minutes, however breakfast is provided . Staff were friendly and helpful with directions, also recommended places to dine.

Great hotel. It was super clean and the employees were all fantastic & very friendly. Helpful too. The included breakfast had a lot of variety for all diets. Great location, it's across the street from the main bus station & taxis are nearby too. Lots of dining options for locals around the area, which I love. I'd say this hotel was a huge value. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Reasonably quiet. A good breakfast is provided (included in the price). The location is a short walk from the Old Town / Harbour. The only issue I had was trying to find somewhere to park (not the Hotel's fault) - I succeeded in the end but had to drive around a bit.

Stayed with my parents who are old having different rooms and we all enjoyed a lot, both with swimming pool views and my parents had sea view also... Parking space available always. We stayed for four nights. The rooms were good, with daily room service and cleaning. Breakfast was also nice, offered a decent variety of food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Excellent location right on the beach in the centre of the resort but wasn't noisy. Staff were very helpful, friendly and hard working. We were half board and found the food to be excellent with good choices at both breakfast and dinner. Access to the shared pool at the neighbouring hotel was also very good with the pool area relaxed and to a high standard.

A very tired hotel. We were in a family room which was bigger than a double room, which was good. Room could have done with being decorated. Beautiful clean hotel with good proximity to Plakias and plenty of free parking. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options with different types of eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh vegetables, Greek yogurt with many add-ins, cereal, and numerous pastry options, fresh juices, and an espresso machine. We are very glad we chose to stay at this hotel and we will stay again if we’re back in the area.

Bella Vista is a small, family run hotel. It’s a bit of a walk to the nearest beach (40 mins) but what it offers more than compensates for this. Cretan Garden is situated away from the beaches. If you want to go to a good beach and enjoy Crete, you will need to rent a car, because you will find them at 30 min.-1 h away from the hotel. The rooms were dirty. They cleaned our rooms only in the first 3 days. After that, they took only the trash and changed the towels (every 2 days, not daily). All in all, a good hotel, although quite expensive. Breakfast was served in a paper bag, with only three options to choose from (which we weren't given anyway), and it was carbohydrate-heavy, not bad in itself, but monotonous. The room was very noisy, and we couldn't stand the air conditioning, so we decided to sleep with the window open.
