We arrived quite late, but received such wonderful hospitality. Our room was clean and well maintained, the staff were endlessly helpful and kind to us. The town of Agia Pelagia is very nice, beautiful beach, good selection of shops and restaurants, and only a short walk from the hotel. It is also a good place to use as a base to explore around Crete by car.

Wow, I can’t rate this hotel high enough! I don’t know if 10 stars could justify how could this place was. Although I was travelling alone, the staff at the hotel were so accommodating, the boys recommended me places to see and go to. The traditional Greek food was amazing, and the small town of Agia Pelagia was beautiful. I will definitely be back to visit in the future.

What a find!! Spotlessly clean, helpful staff, lovely swimming pool (unmanned but not too deep with the same depth from end to end) road in front is a busy road but after a while hardly notice it. Close to the beach and the local restaurants, this hotel has to offer really clean and spacious rooms with all the facilities,e.g. room service,parking space,bathroom amenities and a pool with a garden. We only have great memories from our 2 weeks at Bellos. Nothing negative to say, hope we can be with you again next year, never wanted to leave when we had to. We loved the time we had at the bellos ,Thanos and the team are great ,welcoming and friendly, Maria and the restaurant team were amazing and great ,superb service and food was out of this world, the sea bass ,and salmon ,fantastic, the prawns starter irresistible, and wine best we have had for a long time ,in any greek resort. Lovely set of apartments located in a very peaceful spot. Pros: our apartment had a spectacular view of the sea and of the surrounding hills.
