This property was beautiful! Right on the beach!!! Wonderful view of the sea from the room and patio! The room was tastefully decorated and everything was clean and welcoming. The hotel grounds had flowering landscaping and the whole atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The best part was that you could walk out of your room and be right on the sands of a lovely beach!

Customer service was very good. I felt the food was mediocre and the rules around the all inclusive package were poor. You can only enjoy non branded vodka and scotch at happy hour or pay for brand name anytime. Not cool for a 3star. The menu was restricted as well!

This is our second visit here. The pool is really nice as its the location next to the beach. The room we had was recently refurbished and all new which was very nice. Beautiful clean hotel with good proximity to Plakias and plenty of free parking. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options with different types of eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh vegetables, Greek yogurt with many add-ins, cereal, and numerous pastry options, fresh juices, and an espresso machine. We are very glad we chose to stay at this hotel and we will stay again if we’re back in the area.

Hotel was just amazing! Very clean and cosy rooms, combining traditional style with modern facilities. Staff was so nice! Reception called us to let us know that we can have early check in. It is a bit away from the town of Chania but with plenty of cafes, restaurants and several shops around

The location is good and the breakfast is barely acceptable. There are two disadvantages. First, there is no sea view. Second, the front desk is a bit inconvenient at 8 am and 10 pm. If you go out every day or work, and just sleep in the room, it is actually a good choice.

The hotel is located in a lively neighborhood of Platanias with lots of dining options nearby. The room is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is onsite parking but it’s a bit tight to maneuver if you have a full size car. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Platanias Beach and Agia Marina is less than a mile away.

We arrived late . We were given room 1. Expect some noise as this is next to reception and you'll here people coming and going. Room was comfortable with air con and small balcony to sit on. I've just returned from the most peaceful relaxing & refreshing 7 days at these apartments. The location is right on the seafront.
