It’s a pretty decent resort, but the overall feel is more tailored towards families with kids and less for romantic couples. Would recommend for families but couples seeking for a romantic time might want to look elsewhere.

Lovely stay. Most things perfect, the atmosphere, service, breakfast, pool and beach areas. Only minus was the hotel area - there is nothing to do outside the hotel, and also the lunch restaurant had too few options. Had a great time here, all the staff (especially the manager who works really hard yet was always upbeat, friendly and helpful) were fantastic and the food was enjoyable. The food was lovely, I found it all to be very tasty and got to try lots of new dishes. I haven't felt that relaxed in a long time. Thank you for a great two week stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. Greek food in buffet was rather good, the pasta and pizza a bit less impressive. House wines not really great, but good choice of other drinks, both with and without alcohol. A bit too few sun loungers. A bit out of town, something like 30 minutes walk. Absolutely amazing views from pool and dining areas.

Absolutely loved everything about this beautiful hotel. Our room had the most amazing view and was clean and a good size. The bed was a little hard but as soon as we mentioned this to reception, a mattress topper was added to.the bed which made a huge difference. Breathe taking view in this out of the way resort. The rooms are very nice, we had a sea view making it spectacular. There is a main pool or a quiet section on the cliff side. The buffet for breakfast and or dinner was delicious. It is semi remote so a car rental or taxi service is needed.

Had a good stay here but it could have been better. The area itself is quite secluded however they compensate by running shuttle buses into Chania x2 a day. Breakfast was really good! Staff majority we interacted with were great but a few seemed to want to do the bare minimum.

Not the greatest rooms and not very clean , checked in to my room and it looked like they either brought me to the wrong room or just didn’t bother to clean the one they gave me. Toilet paper was out , towels were moist and water was on the floor outside the shower as if somebody had just showered

Luxurious but a little remote The resort feels luxurious esp the bar area and the pool. Food is great. However, it is a bit remote and there’s nothing much around it. I guess it’s perfect for those who just want to enjoy the resort and not go anywhere.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to Venetian town.

Room was kept clean, the cleaners are so friendly as were the pool/bar staff as well as spa. Emma the spa manager was lovely as was our therapist Dimirta. The receptionist Marta was absolutely rude on arrival and her attitude during our check in and room assignment was just shocking. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always available. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. All staff were first class, Stefanos the Restaurant Manager was five star and personable in attendance to us and it was a joy to chat with him. The pools are all amazing and accessible beach made the stay enjoyable.

Excellent place. Amazing food (actually too good). Nice staff. Only downer is a 100 euro "climate crisis tax" slapped on your bill at the end. If you're going to obligatorily add 100 euros to a bill. You should say this at the time of booking. When do we draw the line on this? A "water crisis tax" of 20,000 euros slapped on a check out bill? I realise it's not all their fault. But more could be done
