We stayed at this hotel in Crete and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the very first moment, you feel that warm, genuine hospitality that instantly puts you at ease. The room was spotless, thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail, with fresh linens, a lovely scent, and a super comfortable bed you never wanted to leave in the morning. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options, and a great way to begin the day before exploring. The common areas were clean and beautifully maintained, and the service was always friendly, quick, and helpful. The atmosphere overall was relaxing and welcoming, making the whole stay feel effortless and enjoyable. A wonderful experience from start to finish. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crete.

Honestly, Elea Suites is the kind of place that’s hard to describe without sounding like you’re exaggerating. The family that runs it — Giannis, Maria and the rest — make you feel like you’ve known them for years from the moment you arrive. The breakfasts alone are worth the trip. Everything fresh, everything local, no rush. The pool is gorgeous, the suites are spotless, and somehow the whole place just feels calm in a way that’s rare. We came as guests and left feeling like we’d visited friends. Already planning a return.

Our stay at Elea was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel perfectly combines modern elegance with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, with attention to detail evident in every corner. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in, and the overall sense of calm and privacy made our stay even more enjoyable. Also the main pool has these amazing comfy bed like sun loungers where you could actually have an amazing sleep on! The food was freshly cooked and they also have a garden on site where they source vegetables for the dishes on the menu! We were also given daily fresh vegetables from a lovely gentleman which took care of the garden. We really felt welcome and looked after! We cannot recommend it enough!

This place is top notch high end luxury. The Apartments are run by Yiannis the Son of Andonis and Maria and he has done a fantastic job. The newest Apartments have infinity pools and their own Cabanas on the ground floor and they are very trendy and modern. They have a huge TV in the room and a bathing area with a shower and toilet and twin basins. Very luxurious and designed by Yiannis and his wife Natalia. All apartments have Air conditioning and their own private balcony or terrace. There is a large pool area and a restaurant selling food and snacks every day until 3.30 pm. The Bar remains open until 10 pm at night and this is where the reception area is also. They provide cots and high chairs for babies, there are plenty of luxury sun beds around the pool and the whole place is immaculately clean and tidy. The family who run it all speak excellent English. This is well worth treating yourself for.

A well run little gem, with friendly & helpful staff. A great “snack bar” serving freshly made wholesome food is available at a reasonable price.

Myself and my young son stayed here for a week in May. This small, family run hotel is made up of apartments as well as a villa. The whole place is immaculate, it’s so clean and so well maintained. The family who run it are obviously passionate about their business and it shows. All staff are lovely; friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The food is excellent with generous portion sizes. The set menu breakfast was enough to keep me full for the whole day. The pool area is again, clean and well looked after. There was a box of pool toys that the children could use which was a nice touch. The pool area was generally pretty quiet during our stay but I never felt that my son couldn’t play. The other guests were all lovely and the whole place has a very calm and relaxed feeling about it. We ate at Milo’s a few times and enjoyed it and would often get lunch from the bakery. Both of these were a short walk from the hotel. All in all we had a lovely, relaxing stay at this friendly and beautifully run hotel and found the family to be excellent hosts. Also a special mention must go to Sofia who was so kind to my son who pestered her relentlessly. This is a perfect place for a young family.

My wife, daughter and I recently stayed here for a week long relaxing break. The weather was still stunning despite being towards the end of October and the end of holiday season. The apartment was great for what we needed with a young baby and is in a fantastic location with restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk and the beach 10 minutes walk away (if that). The pool was relaxing and easy to get a spot to relax. We had breakfast there a few times which was excellent and also some snacks and drinks. Hospitality was second to none with all staff extremely friendly and welcoming. The other thing worth noting is is was excellent value for money. I don’t often think that these days!

Very lovely place! Very easy communication via whatsapp as we arrived late at night. Key was ready at the door.
Room is nice, kitchen tiny but absolutely perfect for such a stay. Loved the pool area very much! Love plane spotting and was not dissappointed.
