Hotels with pool in Hersonissos

The rooms and property exceeded my expectations. Well maintained and beautifully appointed. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. The property is on the hillside giving gorgeous views

I was nervous about dragging my suitcase up the hill but I was met in the parking area and everything was taken care of for me proactively. They have a lovely bar/restaurant area with a good selection of food and wine

Always smiling and doing all they could to make our stay special. Perfect location away from the melee of the main resort, but walkable ( might want a cab back up the hill)

A lovely village only a few minutes stroll, provided a wealth of attractive tavernas and small shops

There is a swimming pool on the top floor, and the view is very nice. We choose half-board (buffet). Breakfast was always excellent

You cannot fault this hotel ,the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is great so are the staff the food is awful it was cold every time and there is not enough sunbeds no hand rails down to the pool and to get to the beach are about 20 steps which is not disabled friendly

loved the food, the location of the hotel was perfect. such a relaxed pool space never had problem getting a sunbed. overall loved our stay in Mari Kristen and would most definitley return , thank you Dave and Sandra

Very small pool but enough beds for this time of the season. This hotel is definitely not four star rating ( probably more like a 3 star) and doesn't look anything like the photos on the website

Lovely hotel staff were brilliant we have three of us that or disabled the three young lads were lovely they looked after us for the 10 days we were there food was OK pool was a bit small but overall it was nice would recommend it the young lady on reception was very good the moment we got there to the moment we left

The room was spacious and the hotel was nice. Cleaning could have been a bit better. There were a few minor issues in the room - nothing big. So close to the beach and there are all kind of shops around.

After getting there late, we were greeted with the most warm welcome from Mike( who is definitely a credit to the Hotel) right from start of holiday to end. could not find any fault with hotel at all

Really really good food for good prices! nice service and the location is top! We were here in the Restaurant and the beach lounges (not in the hotel) and it is so nice and food is super delicious!! Would give 10 stars if i could

The hotel provide sunbeds for an extra fee, which we maybe were not expecting but it was totally fair and worth it. The breakfast buffet is simple but filling

We have tried a few other restaurants, a few were disappointing but this one was spot on every single time. The staff are incredibly serviceminded, delightful and helpful! The drinks- skip the other places

When we first arrived, the service was phenomenal. We were early, and were provided luggage storage until the room was cleaned. We were also provided som breakfast

We have frequently been walking over to the "pub street". It's super loud and busy, so it's great to stay on the more quiet side

That being said about the restaurant, the breakfast at the hotel doesn't have a lot of variation, and most food tastes like nothing. The location is right in front of the beach, and close to the strip

Always helpful, always available to support and act with warm. The hotel is not to big and small and lovley looking, the pool is warm and never to busy as only a certain amount of guests can stay

Me and my twin brother loved swimming in the pool and the breakfast is well done and options of fruit or smoothie or full brekkie you can pay for

The rooms are just spacious and lovley, with a kettle and fridge, with a table inside to, and we had a nice balcony to sit on. You can rent a car near by and book sailing trips across. It felt almost like being at home

The staff from elena to the whole crew including the cleaners, couldn't be just lovlier humans, work so hard and do a wonderful job, they care for how good a time the guests have which is why guests do

Could not fault anything or anyone at this beautiful hotel, from the minute we went to ask if they had any free rooms because we could no longer stay were we had booked for a week away, spotless hotel from room to pool area including pool area

What a hidden gem! Clean, well maintained, comfy beds and lovely rooms. Deserves more than 3* as a hotel. Much needed few days of calm and rest after a wedding on the mainland

Close to the lovely square in the old town. Fantastic breakfast by the pool and a beautiful room with a sea view

The location will provide a very authentic experience of Crete. Literally 5-6 walk to a square full of restaurants and Tavernas which are all excellent. And where we also booked our trip to Spinalonga with the lovely Bob

A truly wonderful stay-warm hospitality at its best The team at the hotel were inredibly kind and helpful, whether it was with local tips, best places to visit or simply a kind word. Their warmth made all the difference

We are walking the Corfu trail with 3 Friends, and this hotel was perfect for our stop! Everybody was so friendly and enthousiastic. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious. The rooms were spacious and very clean

Well-maintained pool, sufficient number of deckchairs during our stay. No entertainment but we were looking for a quiet hotel, so satisfied. Mainly German-speaking clientele, the staff speaks German, English and Italian

Cretan Garden Hotel is a wonderful quiet place owned by a very warm and welcoming family. Both the accommodation space and the bar and restaurant offer exceptional services maintained by wonderful and helpful people

I spent seven days in this oasis and all I can say now is that I will definitely come back. I highly recommend this place!

On the various sites that offer the resort it often appears with a private beach 300 meters away, but it is a translator's error. The beaches are ten minutes away, with sunbeds and umbrellas and also a free beach

The room was perfect, very clean and spacey. It was also very nicely decorated. The dining experience at the hotel is the best part!

My room was lovely with a balcony that had incredible views of the sea and the poolside/spa were very relaxing and well maintained. I wish I was staying longer!

The pool was absolutely magnificent! It's conveniently located, just 20 minutes from the airport, and we really appreciated them accommodating our late arrival

The grounds are a paradise of lush planting, the swimming pools are perfect for adults and children with a restaurant and bar set back discretely from the sun bathing terraces

It was a family hotel! Many returning guests and it was quiet and pleasant even though it was close to the heart of the city. The staff were really nice and we really only have positive feedback

Staff was very friendly kind and nice. Room was very clean like the whole area of villa. Close enough for everything we needed and far enough from parties etc. Food and drinks were very good

Hersonissos in Crete is an area renowned for noisy Brits and many other nationals letting their hair down. Water Parks, Bungie Jumps, Go Karting and mad entertainment rule

They were always eager to answer our questions and make our stay enjoyable. The rooms are spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The beautiful and immaculate pool area is a delightful retreat

Plus, the added bonus of free parking was very convenient. One of the highlights was the variety of breakfast options available each morning. It catered to different tastes and was a great way to start the day

City Pearl boutique hotel in Hersonisos, Crete, is a hidden gem. It’s not too large, which adds to its charm, and it’s nestled away from the town noise. The location is perfect for exploring the entire island

We spend 10 days in Adamakis Hotel and very glad that made this choice: -it's very cozy and friendly place. -Breakfast is traditional and various. -Location is close to the seaside

The staff here is simply wonderful - dear, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They provided us with a wealth of recommendations for places to visit and where to find great food

Personel is friendly and we got some great tips about things to do in the area. Before this we had a very dissapointing 4 star hotel, so this was a really pleasant surprise

Pool area is great its clean tidy, no problems getting sunbeds Bill is on duty until 15:00 hours so will cook you anything from the menu. Food is good recommend you try one of his daily specials

Room was dark but due to heat it needed to be, Bathroom had shower with usual toiletries. Breakfast which was eaten by the pool, can keep you going all day

No fights for sun beds use a towel as they are Leather/plastic covering. Bill the Chef would make you a lunch if required generally he would let you know what he is making the day before and you would place your request

Its a similar price to bars, taverns etc. The hotel is quirky lots of nice spots mostly designed by George and reflect his style, natural materials form sculptures. Watched the sports on TV with him with him a few times

Being a small hotel 14 rooms one soon gets to meet the rest of the guest some are English others not, but its such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere that it encourages you to engage in conversations

I think the big all inclusive hotels have killed off the local tavernas bars etc. But once you have your head around that and accept that you will either need a car or use taxis then its OK

He did an awesome job was always friendly and even made a nice sculpture out of towels. In the Italian Reataurant works Muhamed. He was so nice and always offered his services and never forgot us the whole week

Such a calming beautiful place. There is such a warm family feeling to this hotel. Staff are very helpful. Food is delicious and good selection of drinks.

Bassem keeps everything really good organized and has a good overview over the whole dining room area. The Receptionist that was the most helpful was without doupt Samuel always a smile on his lips and in a good mood

Helpful till the end of our trip😇. In the Hotel are also some shops. The Bazar Shop from Mina is very beautiful and cheap. He will make you some good prices and does not try to rip you of

Great, clean, well kept apartments set in lovely grounds. Pool area lovely with plenty of sunbeds. Nice shaded bar area run by Yannis and Sylvia who are very welcoming

We are here now in apartment 500, Very private , garden views and sea views through the trees, olive, lemon, pomegranate, absolutely beautiful! Bar prices more than reasonable, lovely clean pool, fantastic location, 10 mins down to spar hyper market and Hersonissis

We had a late flight home so I paid to keep our room on, check out is 6pm but we were allowed to keep our room until we left which I was very grateful for. Very pretty grounds and well kept and lovely pool area

The sunbed cushions could do with replacing. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here

Spotless fridge, no insects, no smelly plumbing! The area is one of the nicest places we have ever been to. Came here with a bit of trepidation- Amazed how fabulous it all is

The only good part of staying here was their food, the kitchen staff were nice people, and I liked their pool area, but that’s it

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. They pay great attention to cleanliness, and the food is typically touristy but good. And then, something very important to me, the staff is really kind

I'm a little clumsy at times, but they were incredibly patient

Clearly the receptionist lied to us, which is not very nice if you ask me. Moreover, there was no shower gel in the bathroom (and from my experience, hotels usually give you little bottles of shower gel among others)

The hotel itself is clean and tidy, but the food variety is poor. There’s very little fruit available, and there are no snacks or fruit offered between 2 pm and 7 pm, even though we had an all-inclusive package

We went back to the reception and asked the receptionist (a young guy) if this is their standard triple room since we saw something else on their website

What more could you want? You don't even notice that there are no outlets or towel racks in the bathroom, the hot water often doesn't work, and the drain is clogged with sand

Great location with access to the beach, restaurants and shops.

In the evenings, there are the restaurants right on the water's edge. There you can get delicious food and expensive drinks, and we were more or less politely asked to come in at almost every stall

No parking nearby and cars constantly driving across the pedestrian zone. Of course, there are beautiful sunsets and the popular sound of the sea

All is good, except too noisy at night. Too many young people who love partying rather than sleeping

But those weren't enough reasons to visit this entire area again

Entertainment - there was a very enthusiastic guy leading the entertainment both during the day and in the evening, I honestly don’t know how he kept going! Around the pool there were games daily, aqua fit and water polo

Lovely friendly and extremely hardworking staff we stayed in block 200 which is in excellent position between the main pool and the adult (quiet) pool

The gym was very small and no air con so advise getting there before the day gets too hot! Layout - the photos always give the impression it’s quite compact but if you aren’t near the centre then it’s a long walk up a big hill! Luckily there was a van / golf cart to help out

There were other activities too such as Pilates - possibly the best view I’ve ever had doing Pilates! There could have been a bit more for teens, and it was a shame the games room wasn’t in the centre of the hotel but a bit further out, but that was only a tiny thing

If you are looking to hire a car this can be done easily from the hotel for a reasonable price, but there are also a multitude of car / quad bike/scooter hire companies on the doorstep and bus connection is just outside the hotel

When we arrived we let them know and they showed my son all the things he could have. They were also happy to prepare gluten free bread, pizza and pasta too, and it really seemed no bother

The hotel was in a beautiful, quite, full of nature place in Annisaras. When I arrived in the hotel, Eleonora -the owner of the hotel-, Yiannis -her husband- and her two daughters greeted me with a big smile

Eleonora is a fantastic hostess & always around for a chat, her family are lovely which makes this place special. Excellent breakfast with plenty of variety & good quality

Eleonora showed me to my room, which was a beautiful studio-like hotel room, with a big closet for my clothes, a big tv, a really comfortable bed, a big bathroom with clean towels and a balcony from where I was able to see the beautiful view of the sea

Breakfast was included (served 8:30 or so to 10am), our rooms were cleaned very well daily and the staff was super friendly. I can't describe how lovely the food here was

10 euros and the bus is a nearly new air conditioned coach! On arrival I was met by a Greek family sitting under the varander by the pool. Father, mother and two daughters

Evenings spent by the pool, drink in hand chatting to most of the guests who joined in, with faint music in the background were very relaxing but poor Eleonora spent most of the time translating for everyone

They gave us water at check-in and during our stay, they surprised us with fresh fruit and wine. At the end, the owner, Antonios, even gave us a small bottle of olive oil from his own production

They should improve the breakfast options, we ate the same thing over and over again for 7 days. The receptionist on the night shift is not very friendly. There's also a pool, but we haven't used it

This is a very nice and welcoming hotel. The terrace is beautiful, and it was a pleasure to have breakfast there every morning. Also, the room was extremely clean and was tidied up daily

The staff was really kind to us and honestly I’ve never seen this kindness anywhere. The room was very clean and welcoming. In the second evening they left us in the room a bottle of prosecco and fruits

These gestures made our stay truly pleasant. While the breakfast options were not very diverse, they were perfect for us to start the day. Everything was fresh and tasty

The hotel was empty! What a shame, this small city hotel is run by a very helpful and kind lady, and it really deserves to be fuller. As a result, the included breakfast couldn't be served due to a lack of staff

There was lovely lady/reception or manager that made the check in very nice, let me in to the room much earlier free of charge. Would recommend but only to those who basically only need bed and shower

Instead, we got air conditioning, which wasn't originally included. It's fine for those on a budget, but you shouldn't expect too much from the bedding. It's clear the mattresses aren't new

Hotel needs a bit of investment and refurbishment or some freshen up as rooms are old but everything was in working order so could not really complain

The apartments themselves are modern, tastefully furnished, and very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, which was sufficient for preparing simple meals

We spent 9 days here on holiday and we had a wonderful time. The people are very hardworking, kind, and do everything they can to make your stay as relaxing as possible

The food and drinks at the bar, especially the Passion Bay cocktail, are delicious! The swimming pool is very nice and beautiful! The sunbeds are also super comfortable 🥰 The rooms are very clean, equipped with air conditioning, and have everything you need

Very nice swimming pool! The only problem was that the transfer leave us at 2 am down the hill 500 meters up the hill carrying our luggage , when they could perfectly takes to reception!! We were so mad! Get a private transfer they will take you to reception

the view from the balcony was great, the only problem would be the location as it’s up a very big hill so it’s not very accessible, but if you just want a relaxing pool holiday it’s perfect

Very hard to go up the hill carrying your luggage! Many restaurants with good food,shops and Orion rent a car 250 for 1 week it's just 10 minutes down the hill, the problem is going up the hill!Overall we had a wonderful holidays, many thanks to the owners of Driades!
