Sylvia Hotel in Hersonissos

Not much that I can add to other reviews. I arrived late. The incredibly friendly staff didn't hesitate to make me some snacks after midnight after a long journey. I was then shown to my apartment. Apartments are moderately basic. They are however, spacious, spotlessly clean, well maintained with decent bathrooms and balconies. The pool area is great and they have a lovely pool bar and seating area, offering snacks and a good selection of drinks and cocktails. To be clear the staff are outstanding. They really can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Yannis, Raj and Sylvia for keeping me fed and watered and up to date with all the stories. The hotel is well positioned on the edge of Koutouloufari. 5 mins into the village with shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, ATM's, car hire etc. You can also then walk to the next villages of Piskapiano and Old Hernossisos with more bars, shops, restaurants, museums. The town of Hersonnisos is only a 15 min walk away down the hill with even more amenities. This place is a trouble free little gem. Enjoy

Amazing place to stay, staff are so friendly and will help any way they can. Accommodation was spotless, we stayed 2 weeks and had our bed and towels changed every couple of days . Wouldn’t hesitate to go back . Great pool and bar area, don’t worry about sun beds there’s always plenty. Gardens are well maintained.

Just returned after a months stay at the Sylvia, our room was spacious and well equipped, room was cleaned often with clean towels and bedding on a regular basis. The pool area was very good, gardens and grounds are kept immaculate and staff are helpful We had such a great time and can highly recommend, we are hoping to book again for next year. .

So clean and tidy, Cleaning staff were more than helpful and towels change regularly Pool area spotless and Grounds well maintained ,but top marks go to the bar staff who could not do enough for you from the time we arrived to we left ,I would defiantly come back to here again lots to do in the area , quite most of the time but 15 mins up the hill or down if you want night life,

We are here now. Beautiful setting 10mins to Hersonissos 6mins to kouloutoufari. Fab gardens well maintained. Yiannis and family can't do enough for you. Apartments exceptionally clean. Maid service great.

Excellent stay for our budget. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool side super and just a 10 min walk from beach (albeit via a hill) and plenty of choice restaurants and shops.

Ideal location to get to.the main.beach or up.to.the village. Gorgeous pool ideal for cooling off. Great staff always smiling.

Well situated for access to both the beach and the village. Friendly and helpful staff, clean pool with free Wi-Fi and bar facilities.

A nice hotel with very friendly staff. The pool is very nice and rooms are kept clean and tidy. For the low price don't expect luxury! But I would still recommend. Its also in a very nice location and only a short walk up or down the hill to lots of shops and restaurants

Very good for families but also a bunch of Dutch kids at the age of 20 ish, staff are lovely and the drinks are cheap. Pool is very nice and warm. The apartments are very nice and kept to a good standards by the cleaners. If you are to go buy the AC as you might die without it haha
