Positioned in a nice and strategic place. But the whole hotel needs total renovation. Everything in the hotel has been over used.

Been to Crete now 4 times and this has been the worst hotel so far. Never been to a hotel that looks good from outside but is a shed from the inside. Worst was the bathroom. Beds squeek so hard that they wake you up when changing sleeping positions. Breakfast was fine

The hotel could use a bit of renovation, but its location—and above all, the kind and attentive staff—more than make up for any shortcomings. I can't thank the team enough for always being there to help with beach recommendations depending on the wind, transportation tips, and any questions we had.

Very disappointing stay. The room smelled of dampness, sheets and bathroom were not clean, and the ceiling had visible humidity. Breakfast was poor and staff were unfriendly and rude. Definitely not as shown online – I would not recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good, the food is good (not many choices but still good), however the rooms are not the best (kinda old, the roof is damaged) and the towels comes dirty, changed every 3 days.

Dilapidated hotel ,loveholidays booked this hotel for me and my partner,the room was infested with damp our clothes absolutely stunk fom being in tge wardrobe. Exposed electrical cables hanging out of draw by bed.Told manager and he did nothing,told loveholidays and they didn't do anything whilst staying there. When we got back after like 15 emails and photos proving the state of the hazards we incurred in our room tgey finally offered 25% back for the dilapidated hotel costs. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BOOK WITH LOVEHOLIDAYS . BOYCOTT AT ALL COSTS

This is already my fourth stay at this hotel, and once again, everything has been perfect. The photos of the hotel are misleading; they either have been manipulated or were taken during the hotel’s better days in the past. Currently, the hotel appears outdated, with poorly maintained furniture and old-fashioned bathrooms.
