The location is excellent, the environment is beautiful and comfortable, the two restaurants have their own characteristics, the breakfast is rich and exquisite, the service is warm, polite and thoughtful, especially the front desk staff who actively help solve problems
Even just visiting, the Hassler hotel feels legendary. You can feel its elegance everywhere. The real treat is the 7th floor rooftop, *mozzafiato* views of Rome’s rooftops and domes that make you stop and just stare
We had a classy and elegant time relaxing in a nice room. It was formal but the service was friendly. The drinks in the lounge were great. The food was good but could do with a little more
The location is excellent, right next to Plaza de España. The breakfast was fantastic!
great location , walkable distance to the main sight seeing place

We stayed at Marc Aurelio hotel with a group of 40 pilgrims from Welwyn Garden City, UK The rooms were spacious, clean and modern and beds so comfortable which is just what we needed after walking round Rome
The reception staff were friendly and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The evening meals were amazing, all freshly cooked and abundant portions
Staff in the restaurant were so kind and always helpful and friendly. Will definitely return to Marc Aurelio in the future
Staff were friendly and accommodating such as when we asked for extra pillows. Rooms were nice however would have liked a kettle in the room and plug or usb sockets closer to the bed
Breakfast was very nice with a large selection of continental however some bacon and actual sausages (rather than frankfurters) for British guests would have been nice
The structure needs to be cleaned as the furnishings are outdated and the accessories lack maintenance - The breakfast variety needs to be improved
I like more the layout of the room and big lobby, compared to the other Hote I lived near by two days ago. So close to Termini station. Definitely I will revisit next time in Rome.
The rest of the staff was very kind and always found a solution. However, I do think the hotel could use a refresh. despite being clean, there were signs of wear and tear (faucets)
First impression upon arrival wasn't great. The young lady at the front desk was very cold and unhelpful with information. I didn't see her again after that
Breakfast was decent, though it could have used some eggs (omelet, scrambled, or hard-boiled)
The hotel is well-located, and most monuments are within walking distance. The rooms are clean, but there's no kettle or coffee maker. The breakfast is decent, but there aren't many options for those who don't eat ham
Nice clean hotel very close to termini and good access to transport. Simple room has what you need and is good for people who are going to be out through the day.

Great hotel
Great friendly staff
Breakfast could be better
Fantastic, will definitely stay again!
The location is also very convenient for exploring Rome. Overall, a great choice for a stylish and relaxing stay
I definitely wouldn’t call this a 5 star hotel. The gentleman at the front desk and door men were lovely but all of the female employees were incredibly rude
The woman running breakfast didn’t have our information on her paperwork for the included breakfast and was quite rude about it when I asked her to check
I also received dirty looks and lack of professionalism from other women working the front desk when coming and going/during check out

Conveniently located near Rome's Termini Station, this hotel offers easy access to dining and transportation. It's also close to attractions like the National Roman Museum, the Roman Theatre, and shopping malls
Only a five-minute walk from the train station. The breakfast was excellent! The hallways, stairs, and restaurant were all beautifully decorated. The room was warm and had large windows that could be opened
Hermes hotels near Termini Station tend to be quite pricey, but this one stands out with excellent service. After checking out at 12 PM, they even offered complimentary luggage storage until 11 PM
Excellent location📍 next to Termini station and restaurants, the staff are good😊💯
Not bad! It's not far from where I needed to go for my business trip! 👍
The hotel is about a 7-8 minute walk from Rome train station, and there are quite a few places to eat nearby!
Everything was perfect! The room was clean with regular cleaning every day, a generous amount of toiletries including shaving kits, dental kits, soap, shower gel and schampoo which was refilled regularly when needed without us having to ask for it

8 minutes walk from rome termini station and bus station
Has many restaurant nearby.
Tuesday the sauna and steam room not switched on till 12 noon instead of 11am. Saturday book a massage & reflexology for 3:30 got there 10 mins early told to come back at 4pm. Steam room/turkidh bath not working today
A bit cramped but understandable since it's Rome. Was around everything I needed.
Old but nice hotel.
The rooftop and barman is the best !
Near Rome terminal station and subway in 5 mins walk.
Nice clean rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Just the rooms were a bit too warm but it was 4 degrees outside so that's not much of a complaint. Overall, recommended!

The best service I have had in Rome! The staff was exceptional and the rooms are spacious. It's our hidden gem.
The staff were welcoming and friendly, specially Jonathon, he gave us a city map and explained to us everything we want
We would also like to thank the wonderful hotel, the attentive staff, and the little surprise they made for our wedding.
The breakfast is at the level of a domestic three-star hotel. The tea bags used are Twinings
If you're passing by, head up to the 7th and 8th floors and enjoy good food and an incomparable view. for connoisseurs – the cellar of wine, champagne, and prosecco is top-notch
A very charming hotel, very good location and excellent staff. Very spacious room with views of the park, no noise. Very good breakfast also with views of the park
Great Hotel
This is a great hotel. The only issue is the lack of drawers and closet space in the room we had.
I definitely would return and have told many people how much I enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel
And last but not least, the view from the rooftop will take your breath away
This was a great hotel experience. I will definitely return to this hotel.
Luxury and comfort
Service and accommodations were excellent. Location is perfect many restaurants, sights, and shops walking distance. Restaurant at the hotel was also excellent. Would return without hesitation.
We enjoyed the included breakfast everyday, including delicious espresso, cappuccinos, omelettes, smoked salmon, croissants, fruit, yogurt, cheeses and other delectable items
The hotel located in very very perfect location. Just doorstep from the main station. However room is a bit old but overall inside was clean. If considering with location, overall restaurant and hotels nearby
Stayed for a night when i reached rome and it was really close to termini station. Room was very basic. Good for short stay
This hotel considering as your perfect choice. Also internet wifi is very fast
No hot water! I was freezing after my shower the next day! There was no heating in the room either. I turned on the so-called central air conditioning, but it was so loud it was unbearable! The service was decent though
I didn't experience hot water for my face until after 8 AM the next morning. I booked two nights for about 70 euros per night, but with a 6 euro city tax per night, I paid a total of 12 euros to the hotel
The room was incredibly run-down and basic, nothing like the nicely renovated rooms shown in the pictures. The faucet was ancient, and there was no hot water at night, whether early or late
Nice quiet hotel remodel from a covent. It has a nice court yard, good selection of breakfast, clean room, just that our room is like in a basement outside of the main building, which is a bit inconvenient.
One of the most amazing experiences. The staff were friendly and nothing felt too much. Rooms were gorgeous and everything was so special. This is our definitive space to stay when in Rome!
We were very pleased with the hotel and stayed there at both the beginning and end of our trip to Italy. We rented a car at the airport and parked it right in front of the hotel's door in a private courtyard
The building is very beautiful and the hotel is well-maintained. The breakfast buffet in the garden was wonderful. The breakfast had a wide variety and was very delicious
The hotel has its charm due to previously being a monastery, high ceilings, large halls, marble statues. It’s very well maintained and in the heart of Trastevere
We didn't find washcloths in any of the hotels in Italy, so we just used hand towels in the shower. The shower at this hotel (both rooms) was a bath/shower combination
Pool was a nice touch considering it was 36 degrees. Younger members of staff had an amazing work ethic. Only dissapointment was no kettle in the room and no room service thus no hot drink when you need to leave early
We could walk to various attractions within 30 minute walk, this was a bonus. We loved the outdoor set up including the pool. The room was available even though we arrived just before noon
Comfortable but rather dark room.
Bathroom in a terrible state!
No changing room for the pool, the water was cold.
The restaurant was rather average!
In short, disappointed, for a 4-star hotel.
We had a great stay for three nights in this hotel. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Great welcome and service from the staff
I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Amenities lack toothbrush and toothpaste.
The bathroom also lacked a lock, which was a privacy concern. The swimming pool was surprisingly cold, even in warm weather

The hotel is beautiful decorated, mosaics on all the floors, just walking to breakfast is a fascinating experience! Roberto the owner is right to be proud of his hotel and was courteous and helpful both before, via email, and whilst we were there
My wife and I just spent 4 days in Rome and stayed at the Celio. Roberto (the, or one of the Owners) speaks great English and could not have been nicer or more helpful with suggestions and help with transportation
The location is great, a 2 minute walk from the Colosseum (and only about an hour to The Vatican, we walked everywhere) with a number of excellent local and reasonable restaurants just a few meters away
We stayed in the Ambassador Suite which was spacious and very clean and well appointed in classic Italian decor. It is located on a quiet street within a very short walk to the Colosseum area
The room was perfectly fine for the four of us and there was no noticeable noise at night time, certainly not traffic as it's on a quiet side road
Perfect location, wonderfully decorated hotel. Our family is four have just spent 3 nights here and are very happy with our stay

but it was the middle of the night in Rome, and the hotel breakfast started at 7:30 AM. I was on my phone in bed until 4 AM. Feeling restless, I called the front desk to see if there was any way to get a cup of coffee
A woman inside angrily told me, "Stop pressing it!!!" I was bewildered and retorted just as angrily, "I didn't even touch it!!" The woman fell silent, and I waited for the other elevator to arrive and left first
I wasn't very hopeful, but the person on the other end said they could specially make one for me, which I was so grateful for 🥹. All the hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel's location is excellent
As long as you don't stay out too late, there's not much to worry about. Also, personally, I think the safety concerns about Rome are a bit exaggerated on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform)
Soundproofing is average, so light sleepers should take note. The mini-bar items are chargeable. So, you can buy water at a nearby supermarket. In summary, I would choose to stay here again next time
Being on the top floor, the view was beautiful and very pleasant. Now for the cons, which I personally found tolerable:
1. It's relatively old, but it's clean, which is a big plus
Rome, Via degli Scolopi, 31, Trionfale (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Staff were really helpful and friendly, breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. Room clean and very pretty with a safe, a tv and a minibar. Only flaw is the bathroom.
Very good location for stay to Rome. They have a very good bed!
Guy at reception appeared friendly but not interested in helping anyone. Dinner was below average on the one night that the restaurant was open. Overall, not worth the $$, stay somewhere else if you want good service
Additionally, the city tax of 7. 5 euros per person, along with the extra 15 euros for a small dog, might come as an unexpected extra cost, especially considering the restriction on leaving pets in the room
We were part of a tour group and stayed here twice (2 nights each time) and both times the air conditioning was not working. It was very hot and hard to sleep but the management didn’t seem to care
The breakfast was good, the environment is peaceful, and they have a swimming pool and gym. The front desk staff were very friendly
Hotel very nice and clean. The location is convenient to the city center and close to train stations.
However, the hotel description clearly states, “Make yourself at home in one of the 101 air-conditioned rooms featuring minibars and LED televisions. ” This was extremely frustrating, especially in such hot weather
Even with a window room, you are looking directly into someone else’s apartment, which felt uncomfortable. The location is not convenient at all. The biggest letdown was the air conditioning
Staying without AC was very uncomfortable. If this is truly a rule, guests should be informed in advance. A message during booking or a clear notice at the hotel would help people prepare
Despite requesting it multiple times, the AC was never turned on. The staff said it was not their decision and blamed government rules
Unfortunately, this shows a lack of professionalism for what is marketed as a high-end hotel

The location is good, the room is small, the facilities are unsatisfactory, there is no swimming pool, but overall I am quite satisfied.
The room was beautiful, with windows styled like those in European films, which I really liked. The service was decent, the location was convenient, and there was even an evening ceremony
The service is very enthusiastic~~The hotel atmosphere is also very good~~It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony~~~
The street where it was located was also beautiful
Overall, good value for money
Facilities: The hotel is in a good location, it is very convenient to walk to the attractions, the space is not big, the hotel area here is generally small,
Sanitation: OK
Service: There is a night bed service
Environment: In a small alley, all old buildings
Hotel Artemide is an absolute gem right in the heart of Rome! It’s perfectly situated on a beautiful main shopping street!!! just steps away from great stores, cafés, and restaurants ,making it super convenient to explore the city on foot
When they found out this trip was our honeymoon, they surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and some delicious chocolates ❤️such a thoughtful and memorable touch!
Another highlight is the Artemis Spa on level -1 !!it’s absolutely to die for
The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, helping us book outings and offering great tips for exploring the city. The location was perfect — close to everything but quiet enough to get a great night’s sleep
After reading so many glowing reviews about Hotel Artemide, I had high expectations — and it still managed to exceed every single one! From check-in to check-out, everything was top-notch
It’s excellently sited for all the major attractions, excellent food and chopping oppportunities close by. This hotel is truly beautiful. I’ve never been in such a clean sparkling hotel
The location is right on the main street, making it easy to find. It's safe even late at night, and public transportation is convenient. The staff was friendly, and I had a great stay.
The hotel's location is super convenient; you can walk to the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, and other major attractions, all within about a 10-15 minute stroll. The room was spacious, quite new, and spotlessly clean
A huge thank you! 🙏 We'd definitely stay here again if we have the chance
This Hotel was great! They have an amazing friendly staff especially Doreen who is American and so helpful! The room is full of snacks and drinks and it’s all free with they stay! The location is perfect
Very good hotel and location, staff was very nice and professional
One small tip: be careful with the shower design—it’s easy to splash water and accidentally flood part of the bathroom. Overall, iQ Hotel Roma offers exceptional value for the price. We would definitely stay here again
We also booked the hotel’s cooking class, which turned out to be an amazing experience and something we highly recommend. The location is great, with several excellent restaurants nearby that aren’t tourist traps

First time at Hotel Twenty One, and my mum and I both loved it. Lovely hotel, with helpful and kind staff, our room was just the right size and super clean. Breakfast was included, with plenty of sweet and savory options
The hotel is really nice, with a fantastic breakfast and an excellent location, very close to the Vatican. They provide disposable slippers, which were brought to my room promptly after I requested them, which was great
I am writing as a tour operator of the travel agency. We booked this hotel for a group of 15 people. It was a pleasure to cooperate with them, they were very helpful and considerate throughout our whole reservation
The front desk staff were also incredibly warm, polite, and proactive in helping and coordinating. I highly recommend the rooms at this hotel; it's definitely a top choice if you're visiting Rome
The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious, and the freshly brewed coffee was excellent. It was relatively close to the station and there were many shops nearby, so it was very convenient
Loved it. Comfortable clean rooms. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing situation close to Vatican ( and Starbucks!). Lovely balcony too. Very good value
The location is superb ! It’s just bright opposite the Rome Termini ! Overall I can say it’s worth the stay , don’t expect much . It’s clean , and the hotel room already refurbished before .
Only thing is you need to make your way through maze like structure to your room, saw almost every guest struggling to find their way, may be proper signs would help
Just opposite of Termini station, very convenient location. Many restaurants and stores, supermarkets nearby. Great breakfast, many choices of pastries, yogurt, cereals etc and coffee and juices
The hotel's location is unbeatable, and the service is pretty good too. However, the room isn't actually small, but the design and layout make it feel very cramped
Plus, there's only one charging outlet in the entire room, and it's right above the headboard. The hotel breakfast is decent, with a variety of food and drinks
They told me you should have asked for it. Being a frequent traveller i dont tend to ask for above facilities, it should be basically kept ready while customer check's into room
