I was traveling for business and needed to catch an early train from Central Station, so they thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for me! Aside from the slightly dated room facilities, the overall experience was cozy and comfortable

Facilities & Cleanliness: The rooms are new, clean, and spacious, equipped with comfortable amenities. The water pressure for the shower and toilet is excellent, and the room comes with a supply of coffee and tea

The view from the terrace is magnificent. Location: Tourist attractions are within walking distance, making it very accessible. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, despite being a tourist destination

Service Quality: The front desk staff and hosts are always welcoming with a smile, offering flexible assistance with tourist information, booking hot air balloon flights, and arranging transfers

The area felt very safe, and the service was excellent. I didn't encounter any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. It's great value for money, and I'd consider staying here again

The location was good and it was clean. The air conditioning and drainage were a bit disappointing, but it didn't seem to be a major issue. I would like to stay here again!

Fantastic hotel, staff are lovely and very accommodating. Breakfast is very good value for the price. Location is perfect, few minutes walk from Vatican City right in the center of Rome

It’s a little far from the other attractions in Rome (especially the main city centre) but there is a train station within 3 minutes and from there you can get to other areas easily

Right next to St. Peter's Square, about a 15-minute walk away. If you're visiting the Vatican, this hotel has the biggest advantage. It's clean, safe, and the staff were friendly.

Rooms very clean and cosy, would recommend this place to anyone!

For a 4* boutique hotel, it’s not up to standard. Location is ok if you want to be outside of Roma in a safe area and close to the Vatican. There’s not much to do at night.

The pool was perfect for a little swim and very relaxing to just rest after some busy days of sight seeing

Tidied our room daily! The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and the bar and services were excellent! The staff were extremely friendly and polite, helped us book experiences last minute! Nothing was ever too much for them and welcomed us with smiles and a “hello” “good morning/evening” whenever we saw them

Although the rest of the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and under pressure, Francesca and David truly made the difference. Their professionalism and positive attitude stood out and made our stay much more enjoyable

A special mention goes to Francesca and David, who welcomed us warmly at check-in and supported us throughout our entire stay. From start to finish, they were attentive, kind, and always ready to help with a smile

I enjoyed a glass of excellent red wine- cesanese while waiting for my meeting to start. The hotel is well-placed for Piazza Barberini with a numberof galleries, important churches and high-end restaurants

The historic sites are within walking distance, and the bus and taxi stops are right in front. The breakfast was also satisfactory. The staff always smile and strive to provide excellent service

Breakfast was served from 7am onwards which was great for getting out for early bookings. Room was spotlessly clean as were other areas of hotel

the location is excellent 10 to 15 minutes walk to the main tourist spots. Which means you leave the crowds behind to enjoy the hotel. especially the rooftop restaurant and bar

Our last night here at The Glam, best experience ever!! Nico is so accommodating, and the rest of the staff treated us with 5 star experience

We had the most amazing stay at the Glam Hotel in Rome!! The hotel was waking distance to all of the major sites, clean, and comfortable

Amazing location, surrounded by shopping, Trevi is and Colosseum are both 10 minute walk. Sexy vibe here, highly recommended

Let me start off by saying that this is the third time I stay at this hotel in Rome. (First time was 2017 and it was fantastic). Beautiful dining room and pool area

In terms of location, it is a bit far from the main tourist attractions, but this wasn’t a major issue and can actually be a good option if you’re happy to explore the surrounding area or enjoy a quieter setting

Aircon was key on a 35° weekend – the room had two units – one in the bedroom was the most important but didn’t work, 27° on the remote temperature it was very hot to sleep – they gave us a fan but did not fix the air-conditioner - They told us it was a blank conditioner, wasn’t meant to work and the room was fine

The hotel is located in the northern suburbs of Rome, a 25-minute drive from the city center. There are no restaurants nearby; you need to walk for about 10 minutes. Parking is free, but spaces are limited

The hotel is great, a large spacious modern hall, there is a gym! Breakfasts are full with omelette and a huge selection of pastries) our room was a bit old (but it was also the cheapest)

Staff at hotel zone. The staff were very helpful and the food was very nice the waiters were excellent.

It is a small 4 star hotel that has all the amenities you could hope for, reasonably priced, lovely traditionally decorated rooms, large bathrooms with excellent toiletries, comfortable beds, an excellent buffet breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff

I only stayed for 3 nights, but it was absolutely brilliant! The rooms are great, the beds are comfy, and the controllable air conditioning is lovely after walking around during the summer all day

They gave us a free upgrade and honestly the room was lovely. The location is perfect with lots of shops and restaurants around 2 minute walk and it’s near a lot of the tourist attractions too

The staff from reservations, the gentlemen who greet you out front and handle your luggage, the front desk staff, the ladies who clean the rooms, the restaurant staff all very nice, friendly and professional

General Manager Walter leads an amazing team including the food and beverage staff, housekeeping, bell staff and an excellent front office staff (especially Giulia and Ylenia)

all of whom make each of our visits even more special than the last! You have a lot of hotel choices when going to Rome- you will never make a better choice than staying at the Grand Palace!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Rome at Hotel Fiume. The staff members are so courteous and the breakfasts were more plentiful and pleasing than most would expect from a complimentary buffet

Clean room and excellent breakfast!

It was an amazing hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered us an update, but we were happy with the room. They also left a cute decoration because it was my birthday. Fantastic!!

Although it is far from the tourist center, there are multiple bus routes available, there are many department stores and shops nearby, and it was nice that it was not noisy

The bad - the cleanliness of the room could be much improved. For the price, it's somewhat unacceptable. Hotel staff is helpful but could be more welcoming. Hotel has a bar which we thought was quite average

To start with the good - the hotel overlooks the Colosseum, the rooms are sizeable, the Michelin star restaurant "Aroma" is TERRIFIC and the breakfast was really lovely, staff included

Check-in and check-out were efficient, but there was nothing particularly memorable about the overall hospitality experience. Breakfast & Dining Breakfast was quite ordinary — limited variety and no standout dishes

Verdict: A stylish property with postcard views of the Colosseum, but not the best value for money. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for travelers seeking a peaceful or particularly indulgent stay in Rome

The restaurant on the top is wonderful, it’s a great place to have an afternoon drink and enjoy the views of the city, and their pasta at night is amazing. I can recommend the pasta carbonara in particular

I’d also like to thank Roberta from the breakfast buffet/restaurant for her kindness and help. In general, rest of the staff at Tribune are just as polite and welcoming. Hotel is also in a great location

The room was a little small but the cappuccino was the best one I had all trip! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the rooftop bar restaurants was great to return to at the end of the night

🇱🇾 3 star hotel, good room, comfortable bed. Old bathroom but clean and everything works, refrigerator is weak cooling. There is no water heater in the room or coffee or drinking water supplies

To get to the hotel you need to use the metro and bus together, so make sure that the tickets you buy cover the metro and bus. The important thing is that getting there is not difficult 😁

The staff was extremely helpful in finding local restaurants or calling for taxis. The location was great and in walking distance to many of the attractions. Although we never used it, the metro was very close add well

The hotel itself is clean and quiet. It is a little tired but the location is perfect for any Vatican City. The staff were excellent, spoke perfect English and very helpful

I had a room on the top floor and the only window was a velux on the very high roof, which was unreachable, which did make the room feel slightly dingy

However for the price and the location it is definitely worth the slightly outdated decorations

Room was decent, but we noticed lighting was a bit poor and the cleanliness of the room and tub was average. Hot tub had some dirt debris coming out from the jets and made us not want to use it at all

The hotel's location is good. However, the receptionists speak to people in a scolding manner. They have an attitude of "I don't want to answer your questions." The breakfast is good.

This was a wonderful hotel—we arrived from a cruise very early in the morning. Not only did they get us into our rooms way before standard check in, but invited us to enjoy a snack or cappuccino from the breakfast area

They helped us arrange a transport to the airport and were just generally helpful and kind. Rooms were clean, new and spacious. Breakfast was very nice also!

Hotel close to Metro Station with easy travel into centre of Rome. Supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants close by. Room comfortable with en-suite, towels changed daily and bed made

I think that such employees cause enormous damage to the hotel and the other loyal employees. The employees in the restaurant, in the bar, in cleaning the rooms are very good, they are an asset to the hotel

The problem is the receptionist who screamed at us and us to go home and they he will call the police on us. We are on a pilgrimage tour and we are staying for 2 nights

That hotel took us when our other hotel got cancelled. The staff was really nice, rooms are good and we had a nice balcony. Close to transportation so it was easy to come and go in touristic place of rome.

He wanted us to leave the keycards in the first day and when we said we will be back and is staying for another night, he just started shouting

The room was strange… seemed upgraded, but the walls were paper thin, the light switches were everywhere, a few of them didnt seem to work anything. Mini fridge had someones water in it, and two small things of butter

Great location, central to all of the main attractions. The colosseum is only a short walk. Very good air conditioning in the room. Delicious breakfast and coffee. Option to borrow iron and ironing board for use in room

Clothes washing service very expensive (especially with exchange rate), therefore a retractable clothes line in the shower would be helpful to allow washing of some items after sweating in the Summer heat

Excellent base from which to explore the city in quiet side street off Via Nationale. Many sites of interest within walking distance but also easy to use nearby metro station
