The hotel is very nice. The pool is good for all there is even a kids pool. The staff is very kind and the food was delicious. The game room is perfect fo yuths and a great game. The rooms were perfect.

Rooms were clean, staff were helpful, the pool, private beach, games room, and other facilities were great, and breakfast had a good variety. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Right on the beach with ocean views from my room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The property has easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants.

It only takes a minute to get to the beach. There are three varied meals every day, and the chef is very, very nice. The respectful Director Nabil is also very helpful, as are the tour guides, like Mr

The animators did a great job entertaining us, they were always cheerful and friendly. The staff was very welcoming, and the atmosphere of the hotel made me feel comfortable and happy

Clean, not a bad breakfast, twenty minutes walk to the sights.

Staying here as a transit point to Syracuse and Taormina, the hotel is conveniently located near various attractions and shopping streets, though a bit far from the train station

The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and patient. The breakfast was also delicious. The rooms were relatively spacious

The room was very big and it was the only 4-star hotel I stayed in Italy that provided disposable slippers, and they were of very good quality. I stayed in 16 4-star hotels in Italy in one month

The hotel does not have free parking, and you need to pay to park in a nearby commercial parking lot. The description of the Ctrip booking that there is a parking lot is misleading.

The room was clean and had a wonderful sea view, the food was excellent, the staff were friendly, I think we will return

The private beach is well kept and only 1 min walk from the hotel grounds. There are plenty of Sun loungers for guests. Reassured to always see lifeguards on duty for the sea and the swimming pools

has a lot of pools, right next to the beach. The only downsight is the food. I was looking for nice italian food, but the buffet was horrible

The amazing sea views, beautifully managed gardens and choice of pools overlooking the sea or mountains meant one could have a different view each time

We rang the hotel and they sent a shuttle bus, which we were grateful for. However we had not been informed of this. First impressions of the hotel, it was beautiful and the scenery was spectacular

😬 Then I asked about a lift on the bus to get a train after 8 am and staff were so unhelpful, saying the shuttle bus does not run until 9 am and to a ring a taxi in Patti, 30 minutes away to get a lift to the station, 10 minutes away

However another receptionist explained that we could be dropped there if we agreed to paid €3 per person per trip. We didn't mind this but it was never explained even though we asked 2 receptionist about taxi's into town

Now we have to walk 25 minutes down a dangerous road with dangerous drivers with a large suitcase and other bags to get our early morning train. We have a family occasion in Patti at 11 am on Sunday morning

Rooms were clean and spacious and cleaning staff were very efficient. Beds comfy, fridge in room but not a minibar as stated. Also no kettle/ coffee machine. 😒 However, things got worse

We waited and then discovered that the beach was empty and miles and miles away from the local town, with a cafe with staff who didn't understand what we were saying

The pool area and view are lovely. Great service at the pool too with towels already on the loungers and service to your lounger. The pool food menu is very limited however

The Clou restaurant serves delicious food and has a large wine list with roof top dining and lovely ambience. Parking is difficult as it’s a restricted zone but the hotel offer valet parking for €50 per night

First time in Syracuse and this hotel perfectly met our needs in terms of facilities and location. It’s expensive - especially for the sea view rooms, but they are very nice and the view is lovely from them

The breakfast buffet selection is vast and had quality items with gluten free and dairy free options. Cooked items are also available to order. Staff service was outstanding and they are incredibly helpful

How fortunate you are to have him as an employee!! The waiter who served us a delicious lunch & wine was also lovely as was the food. Even though we didn’t stay at the hotel, based on our experience, we will recommend it

The view from our hotel balcony was worth the price of the room. Very convenient to walk up to the Palace/fortress of Taormina, down to the main shopping street and across to the Roman amphitheater

Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had 2 balconies to overlook the town and view of the Greek Roman Theatre. There’s an outdoor pool above the lobby and spa services available. I can’t wait to stay here again

The manager Alberto took care of everything we needed and asked for! Angelo, who is everything, everywhere, all at once, also assisted with suggestions, recommendations and just great conversation about family and life

Even the doorman was a familiar face, as we were coming and going from the hotel at all hours. The breakfast here is wonderful with plenty of options from classic Italian to ala carte eggs, pancakes etc

Hotel is well appointed with fabulous views, excellent location and very friendly and helpfull staff. it was very tranquil during my stay.

I have been visiting Letojanni for 10 years and have never been disappointed by this hotel, its staff or its services. Its the end of November over 18 degrees....life looks fab from here.

Great hotel and view from the mountain, but not practical to enter or leave the hotel.

The breakfast was very boring and tasteless (except the croissants). There were also not much information about the opening hours of the facilities. The pool closed at 18:00, which is very early in my opinion

Website says it has three bars one was shut all the time which led to us sat in the pool bar listening to a very poor singer and his piano. Entertainment team really could do with sorting out

All drinks had to be in a plastic cup which led to guests taking glasses out of restaurant up to the pool bar

My experience was very positive: Rooms were clean (even slightly before check-in time), breakfast was good, SPA was great (we experienced massage, pedicure, sauna, pool, etc. Noise in the room was not an issue

Stayed for a week with 3 friends. Our rooms were lovely and clean and we were supplied with clean towels everyday. The reception desk always very helpful

The only remark I have is that for breakfast, the option to have scrambled eggs would be great! And I feel like the bacon they had was not really bacon, but another time of ham. All in all, I will recommend this hotel!

I needed a Dr and was promptly recommended to many in the Taormina area. Breakfast had a great selection, plenty to eat. This hotel is not the Ritz but location is great and budget friendly

Close to the water if you are interested. Great location to drive into/out of Taormina and Mtn Etna. Asked the front desk to chill a special bottle of wine and the graciously did so

This was a very good and relaxing holiday. You have to Relax and let the time go by. The Bar is small but you can find the best nibbles and good Alcohol. We came last year 2024 and this year 2025 and have just arrived

The entertainment was very focused around children with the kids disco starting as late as 10pm. And requests to play a variety of music fell on deaf ears after repeatedly asking

Evening entertainment brought the rating down - childrens disco at 10pm!! As soon as it started the adults started leaving the bar, the childrens entertainment was still playing at 10

Bed was slightly uncomfortable as it was 2 single mattresses put together but hotel room was clean and a large terrace with a good view (pictured) made it enjoyable

Nice break with friendly, helpful staff. Good amenities and very reasonably priced bar with a wide range of snacks

Hotel Caparena was very nice with clean rooms and great staff, we had a lovely time in Toamina! The shuttle bus was excellent we used it every day a special thank you to Salvatore, Pipo and drivers! The restaurant staff were amazing especially Nadine, Andrea, Adriano not to mention the rest of the gang! Lots of love Maria & Martin XxX

The free shuttle into town and back must be reserved in advance so if you plan to use this service on the day/evening of your check in, you should call ahead to be added to the schedule

Wish I had photos to share but it was only for two nights at the end of our vacation. The room finishes are modern and new. Everything is clean and beautiful there

Hotel staff members are attentive, helpful, and very interested in ensuring you have a wonderful time. The suite with an ocean view is everything

Unfortunately, it struggled to keep the room cool, and at times it felt quite hot, especially at night. This was a bit uncomfortable given the summer temperatures

Overall, though, the positives far outweighed this one drawback, and we would definitely consider returning, especially for the beach, the food, and the staff

The guy who works the most at the pool gets a 10/10. The pool was more than well-maintained, and the service was excellent. Also the staff in the bar

Wonderful grounds, beautifully kept. I had a deluxe room with a balcony. The room was slightly outdated but the bath was updated. Service was fine, especially the bartenders who were friendly, kind, and spoke English

The desk people were also kind, some more patient that others. The highlight was the spa where the services were reasonable and wonderful. They were just as good if not better than Elizabeth Arden in the US

Although the swimming pool is not big, it has a beautiful view. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful in introducing attractions and restaurants. The breakfast is also very good

This is a wonderful location to stay a night before an early morning flight to the airport. The hotel has a big pool to relax and the grounds are kept neat

The room had a view of Mount Etna and it was thrilling to see the Mountain during Sunrise. The staff were friendly and receptive. Rooms were large with a big clean bed and linens. Bathroom was more than average size

Woww, the best hotel room I have ever had!! Big spacious and clean. I loved it and I’d stay there again. The free shuttlebus service is awesome as well. They also have an empty garage if you are coming with a car 😍

It was a good and relaxing stay. I think parking is free here. There is a bit of Industrial area around the hotel, but it is very safe. Saw plenty of families with kids enjoying their stay

This was our third stay at this truly outstanding and breathtaking place. For us, Il San Corrado is the epitome of a luxurious and at the same time laid-back holiday. We really cannot fault a thing here

This place is a true gem and comes highly recommended (and we have travelled to quite some luxurious places) for a chill holiday, mixed with visits to the lovely baroque cities surrounding it and of course to cute fishing village Marzamemi for sunset and dinner

While the rooms are a bit dated, the pool and beach facilities make this an absolute gem of a resort! The unspoiled views of Isola Bella by the beach and gorgeous view of Mt Etna at the pool are breathtaking

The location was great, right on the sea side and close to the train station. The shuttle service provided by the hotel that takes you into Taormina was also excellent. The staff were all super friendly too

Una is a spectacular hotel. Wonderful staff, location amazing including a shuttle bus to the town. Beautiful daily breakfast, incredible views of Mt Etna and pool. Would stay again in a heartbeat

It’s not a luxury place by any means, but if you’re looking for something affordable, practical, and decently located, this is a solid option. I would consider staying here again for short trips or business visits

The resort itself is okay, but the cottages have terrible ventilation. When the air conditioner is heated at night, the entrance door is "wet" in the morning, "flowing". The towel takes 3 days to dry

We were in a terrible situation where our booked accomodation got cancelled due to some issues and this property's host welcomed us even late at night. Cheap price and very near to beach

Good location. If you are driving, you should take care of parking in advance. The photo numbers do not match a little with those on the website

The beautiful beach a few meters from the bungalow. Nearby there are restaurants, bars and a Lidl reachable in a few minutes by car. Bus stop for Catania center right at the entrance of the structure

If you don't like the sound of planes over your head, don't book. There's easy transport to the center by bus D. "It comes when it comes" I'd recommend the hotel if you don't need luxuries

The Hotel is remote but set in a very attractive location - beautiful gardens and pools. The plants and wildlife are interesting. We stayed near the end of the season - the hotel needs a tidy up - cosmetic

We spent 4 weeks in this wonderful house. It's just gorgeous, everything is there what you need. Dishwasher, washing machine, grill, freezer and a huge garden. Super nice owners, can only be recommended.

I spent the last two weeks at this hotel. Beautiful location. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Excellent cuisine. Pasta, fish, and much more. I will definitely want to return

What topped it all are the staff, most speaks a few language, all are happy to work in the place and most of all have time to share their positive thoughts about the property

The location is outstanding, the gardens are manicured to refection! It is such a treat to have a real green grass in Sicily

Just returned from a lovely stay at this hotel. We had a superior room with a garden view. It was very compact with a small balcony which had on it 1 x sunbed (not enough room for 2!) and a table with 2 chairs

Pia, the pool bar staffer, was exceptional. They single handedly made our kiddos stay!

The bar advertised that snacks were available lunchtime sandwiches etc but these were limited to a ham and cheese toastie which seemed to be all that they offered for the duration of our week long stay regardless of the time of day, which was a little disappointing

The room had tea & coffee making facilities and a minibar. It also had a mini safe but we couldn’t fathom out how to use that (suspect it was chargeable and a lock piece was required to be purchased)

Very nice view but rooms are small and need maintenance. Water coming of the shower, unfinished electricity things (like caps). Electric towel dryer not working in any room

Hotel was in a great location in Taormina.  Valet parking was very useful.  Breakfast was great - lots of traditional Silcilian items on offer including delicious cakes and easter biscuits.  Would definitely recommend.

The guy at the front desk upgraded us to a room with a sea view balcony. The swimming pool was also very good. The breakfast was also very rich. The room was not big but had all the facilities

The breakfast buffet is excellent, and there's an outdoor pool with sun loungers. Check-out is unusually early – 10:30 AM, but we were allowed to stay 40 minutes longer

Great hotel in a great location, close to the city center with a swimming pool. The only downside was the air conditioning which we couldn't get working in our room...
