Excellent service, from the reception to the relaxation in the restaurant, everything with great professionalism, friendly and prepared staff, very clean rooms, we spent 2 days, definitely recommend it 4 stars deserve

The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. We used the spa service and they were excellent. If I had any complaint it would be that the jacuzzi on the roof bar was broken.

Excellent location in the historic center of Alcamo, steps from the main piazza, shopping, and dining options. Staff were friendly & helpful, rooms were very spacious and clean - highly recommend this hotel!

What a wonderful place to stay, the view was absolutely fantastic, the rooms were very nice and quiet and kept very tidy, the pool was absolutely beautiful, and we had a great time at the on-site restaurant and at the pool bar

You do need a vehicle while staying here to check out the local attractions but you could have a relaxing week at the pool too with the breathtaking view

Don’t worry about the sensory massage…and the spa wellness route is totally underrated. Enjoy the pool, pool bar and beaches

Plenty of sunbeds and a covered lounge area, with an afternoon pool bar. Giarre itself is a 20 minute walk with a good rail link. The local village is unremarkable with few bars and eateries

It is very nice place to be, everything was clean and in good shape, the swimmingpool was perfect, and breakfast and diner where excellent. A compliment for everyone how works there!

The breakfast was continental supplemented by local produce and bakeries, especially the home made jams and yogurts! The pool area was clean and well kept

It was a good location as a base for exploring Etna and surrounding locations. Having a car or driver, or being part of a travelling group adds to the value of this gem of a hotel

Etna Hotel is a lovely old Sicilian country house with stunning views of Mount Etna. Rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always attentive

The hotel also arranges volcano tours on certain days, which are well worth doing. The main downside is the location—you’ll need a car to really enjoy the area

Best hotel in Panarea Amazing hotel, I loved every minute of it! The pool is salt water, the bar is great, the room was spacious. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, I am definitely coming back again

However, the walk itself takes less than 5 minutes so it may mainly depend on the amount of luggage you have. The hotel has a very nice pool with a stunning view and a pool bar

Lastly, all of the staff were so friendly, kind, and understanding

So while we cannot judge the restaurant or the food (we had to leave early in the morning again to catch the ferry), we sure can provide feedback for the hotel: if you let them know your time of arrival, someone will pick you up at the harbour with the golf cart for free

The only real downside was that even though we've mentioned our early departure when checking-in, there was no one there from management and the rest of the staff is not allowed to check you out so we nearly missed our ferry (and we speak here of the 0800 ferry)

The rooms were average size but perfectly adequate. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of options and very helpful staff. The pool area was lovely and great for relaxing (be aware the pool is not heated

Excellent position on the harbour front, rooms were well equipped, although the bathroom had little space to leave toiletries. Breakfast was ample, but ladies failed to understand the request for boiling water for tea

The hotel is very stylish and comfortable, the rooms are lovely, well maintained and clean, the staff are fantastic and friendly, the pool area is divine, the location is fantastic, we loved our family of 4 stay

Only problem with the indoor pool is there were not many options for reserving it, as it seems to be also used for swimming schools etc and not only for the hotel/spa users

The outdoors swimming pool was also clean and nice, but we could only use it once since the other time it was totally reserved for some event

They have an indoor pool as well, which you have to reserve in advance and pay a separate fee of 12EUR per person

Nice hotel, average breakfast, worth visiting in the summer season when the pool is open.

The swimming pool and its area was absolutely stunning. It was situated in the exotic garden constantly taken care of by the garder

Shame the pool is closed as we came specifically as it says it's open on Booking.com. No fridge in the room, Air con is limited to 25⁰.

The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the sea and it’s surrounding restaurants, as well as the train station for exploring further afield. This is a great base if you want to get out and about to see more of the area

The hotel has super nice staff, very kind and helpful. People at reception desk speak good English and they are very helpful. We could even get hot tea brought to the table by the lady who was in charge of breakfast

The pool area was very tidy and clean with lots of sunbeds to choose. Breakfast was perfect for us with fresh yoghurt, ham, eggs, cereals, pastries and fruit to choose from

The hotel provided TV & Air Con with a continental breakfast it has a large-ish pool and sun bed area with outside bar The staff are extremely helpful and friendly this is another gem of an hotel which delivers highly recommended

What a lovely week away we have had staying here. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Our room was pleasant with a large balcony and bathroom which was cleaned daily by the lovely maids who did an excellent job

Location is the best! Hotel is very near the sandy beach and also a 100 meters away from the public bus station from where departs busses to Catania, Siracusa, Taormina and the airport

The pool was amazing rooms spacious and clean, local beaches and restaurants were fabulous. We had a magical 8 day stay - and will certainly be coming back, Scopello is like something out of a movie, such a lovely place

We stayed at this hotel for one night as we were taking the ferry to Malta the next day and it met all of our needs. The hotel was very clean with nice rooms and bathrooms. The hotel staff was welcoming and informative

It is an easy walk into town with beautiful views and lots of restaurant choices. They normally start serving breakfast at 7:00 but they opened at 6:45 for us as our ferry departed at 8:00

They were so helpful in accommodating our very early morning departure for the Malta ferry, and helped us with directions and suggestions. They also helped us find transportation when our rental car had a flat tire

We only stayed one night at the 19/21 hotel on our way to Malta, but I would stay there again to see more of Pozzallo. Clean, well-appointed, and comfortable modern rooms. The front office staff was excellent

For an authentic Sicilian holiday I would recommend Hotel San Giovanni. The reception staff were all so helpful, our room had a lovely sea view and balcony to relax on after a day sightseeing or on the private beach

Only thing is that the bed is hard and as normally down i Europe they don't have mattress toppers. Breakfast had a lot of cakes and unhealthy things. The juice was so sweet we could not drink it

We had to cancel our trip to Palermo and stay there an extra 4 days. The entire staff treated us so well. Asking how we were doing every time they saw us. Definitely felt like family to us

Good internet, smart TVs, newly renovated suite with private plunge whirlpool. Area around the hotel somewhat depressing and dilapidated with several abandoned buildings, etc.

The pool was really nice but the sunbed cushions a little tired and music played quite loud but that could be to drown out the noise from the traffic as the hotel is on a busy road

Good stay for a night The hotel was nice looking, had decent AC, a nice pool, and access to a beach club right across the busy street. The street noise was kinda loud overnight, and the bed and pillow was hard.

Out of Catania, needs a bus or Uber to town and back. Local to airport. Nice garden, clean pool.

The hotel is alittle outsider of center . It's quiet place with swimming pool , Tennis ... , friendly and helpful staff from reception to restaurant 😀 . Private parking and Beach just cross the street .

We used bicycles to get around the island, there was a lovely beach with a good bar about 5 mins ride down the road. There is also a small supermarket about 5-10 mins walk which had everything in it

I spent a comfortable night in the CALCEDONIO REINA suite, which I can say is absolutely beautiful. The room is large, beautifully decorated and soundproofed

The two-seater hydromassage tub in a dedicated area is very nice with TV and air conditioning. Two separate bathroom partitions allow for unique relaxation, the huge bathroom comes with a large shower

The hotel is in an old building, and there is only a small sign at the door, so you have to look carefully. The service desk is on the second floor

3 kilometers away from the train station, and it takes one hour to get to Taormina and Syracuse by train, which is convenient for travel
