Hotels with pool in Sicily

There are lots to do for couples and families. Two lovely private beaches with sun beds and umbrellas great pool overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and in the near distance Cefalù

The property is just 7 km from Cefalù and has two small pebble beaches, equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers/deckchairs, good restaurant and bar service, showers, changing rooms and restrooms

My bedroom was spacious had a nice balcony and amazing views. In the evening it was just pure luxury having an after dinner drink on the terrace and around the pool

- Gym: Reserved for guests from 7 am to 7 pm in a dedicated area adjacent to the pool equipped with obsolete but basic Technogym equipment, missing dumbbells for training and some machines in need of overhaul, but in the context you can work out if you have no major expectations

The beach is accessible via convenient flights of stairs and can be reached in less than 3 minutes. There are no beach surcharges: first come, first served, subject to availability

A pool would have been nice, but it more than exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed for one night. The location is incredible and they offer valet parking. Breakfast is good, but you need to order some items, while others are buffet-style.

This is a very elegant hotel, charmingly antique in style. The lobby is warmly decorated, adorned with antiques and displaying gemstone jewelry

Can't say enough great things about Algila! The staff was so helpful & accommodating, awesome location, nice rooms and large common areas to gather aft

The breakfast was delicious, the staff impeccable and the room delightful. All in all an excellent stay which I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Their cappuccino was truly delicious; I once drank three cups (embarrassed 😊). It wasn't that I was greedy, it was just genuinely good

We got the hotel late night and friendly staff welcomed us with a welcome drink. Friendly staff specially Irene who helped us a lot during our stay and gifted us with flowers when she knew that we are in a honeymoon

Our family planned a last-minute trip to Taormina. Needless to say, finding a hotel on short notice wasn’t easy. Our travel agent recommended a few options, but we discovered LaPlage on our own

Normally, we would book hotels on the level of the Ritz-Carlton (or similar brands), but given the last-minute nature of this trip, our choices were limited

Let me start by saying we are well-traveled and have high expectations for service, especially since we are in the hospitality business ourselves

When I sent it to her, she was hesitant—she had never sent clients there before. We decided to trust our instincts, and I am so glad we did

To our surprise, LaPlage turned out to be one of the best stays we’ve ever had

The structure is clean and is in a strategic point to easily reach different cities to visit in the surrounding area! Reception and restaurant staff always polite and friendly and ready to satisfy every request with a smile! The pool is always clean and welcoming for guests to enjoy a bit of relaxation

Excellent structure, located a little outside Acireale. Comfortable rooms with beds equipped with new mattresses. Beautiful swimming pool and very well-kept garden

Nice hotel, good food, room and bed comfortable. Nice swimming pool, with bar adjacent. Excellent view up to Mount Etna from the poolside

Lovely hotel. Plenty of staff. Lovely pool but cold. You need a car. Its in the middle of nowhere

Being the days of August we also had an entertainment service available that cheered up the evenings without ever being insistent!

There was a full mini bar price list, but only water stocked in the mini bar. Only 500ml water bottle was provided between two guests for our stay. Despite the gorgeous weather, the pool does not open until May

The waiter told us about each wine, but on one occasion brought the same wine over twice in a row and often dripped the wine when pouring. An overall disappointing experience which we won’t be recommending to friends

We tried to get a drink to have in the sun, but despite the bar apparently being open we couldn’t find any staff anywhere, eventually having to ask at reception. Two other couples also struggled to be served a drink

The appetiser was superb, the primo course very good, but the secondi (lamb) was disappointing and very tough. The dessert was two scoops of sorbet. Overall the experience was, for the cost, disappointing

No soundproofing so you can hear everything from the rooms next door eg guests in the bathroom, coughing, blowing noses, talking etc. There are no tea/coffee facilities in any room

Our neighbor family with two child's laugh talking until midnight and then we heard baby crying until 2h. Excellent breakfast with real red orange "spremuta"

  It was located at the top and we caught a bus for 2euros to the hotel. It was a 5 mins walk to the main hub. Perfect!!!! The pool was amazing. The view was something out of a movie with its picturesque background

Hotel with an amazing view! A had a room with sea view and balcony. There is an amazing view to the Ionic sea and Etna from the balcony. The hotel also have a pool and spa zone. A very good place to relax!

Got an upgrade to a water facing room & i can't describe the incredible view. The location is great, close to the main bus stop, shops & restarants. Pool was a little chilly (late Sept)

Room had a nice bathroom and bed were nice & firm

The most amazing experience ever.  The view from our balcony - we stayed on the 4th floor and had the most magnificent view of the sea, the whole Taormina city.  Glorious during the day and spectacular during the night

Cleanliness throughout the hotel was top notch (apart from the strange choice of a cream carpet on the landings!) and housekeeping was excellent, even topping up the water level in our lavazza machine! Fresh bed linen and towels daily and whilst the bathroom was rather small it was very well appointed and the marble tiling was simply beautiful

Beautiful hotel in a convenient but quiet area right behind the duomo! The staff was very helpful, especially when I had to ask for advice during a train strike. The room was a nice size and beautifully decorated

What made our stay here the most memorable was the outstanding service. This includes the reception, housekeeping, breakfast and bar. Also, the quality of the room and location are excellent. Will recommend highly!!!

The only thing that bothered us is an automatic light that was turning on at night from the mini bar station in the room on your way to the bathroom. The staff was really helpful and deactivated that light when ask

We even saw the concierge, I believe his name is Andreas, walk a sick guest all the way to the pharmacy to help her. The breakfast was delicious, beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet and the location was also excellent

We had booked a couples spa and massage but there was only one beautician available, the pool area is lovely but with no staff or lifeguard available poolside (in breach of H&S legislation) we found out the next day on check out that pool towels have to be requested at reception on arrival and the shift manager was responsible for poolside safety

The pools are clean and nice. A must with the hot summers in Italy! The spa (paid) is a must!! You will feel relaxt and zen! Take a dip the salt pool or a massage or both :D The price is acceptable

Beautiful property, up graded room, large with nice large bathroom. Not very many people staying at hotel so breakfast was small, more of a Continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The pool area is very nice, they charge for pool towels and close the pool at 6pm so they can use the area as a restaurant in the evening. Room was spacious, and clean

The staff were excellent, Erica, Fredrica and all the staff, and our hero Pietro our Driver. Food and Drink were beautiful and very good value. Room was lovely, glad we went for the larger options with Balcony etc

If not hiring a car, you will spend alot of time with Pietro getting dropped in and out of Marsala, we found ourselves going into the Centro twice a day

Perfect for access to the airport Staff was excellent. Very pleasant and helpful. Arranged a very early (4:30 am) taxi to airport. Bar and dining area is lovely. Dinner was excellent. Overall ambience is very nice.

I stayed here because I arrived at midnight. I needed a place that is still open and close to the airport. Looks like a nice resort for families as there are individual 'cabins', a swimming pool and a tennis court

Room was large and bed was comfortable. The pool area was very nice. We were able to walk (mostly along the beach) to Terrasini where we had dinner. Very beautiful!

No water view, very dated interior, aloof waitstaff at the restaurant. Pool was nice, but no food avaliable close by.

The hotel itself was like a beautiful oasis in a not so attractive area of the city. The room was very nice and spacious and the pool was very nice as well.

The hotel environment is quite good. It is located in a large courtyard with beautiful gardens and swimming pools. The restaurant offers a wide variety of breakfasts, delicious dinners, and first-class service

The experience at Hotel Parco delle Fontane was very positive. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, and the rooms are well-maintained. I wish the pool were a little bigger.

Very central and a short distance to Ortigia, The staff is amazing the receptionist and the restaurant staff couldn’t be better, breakfast and dinner at its best will recommend and we will certainly visit again next year

On the outskirts of Siracusa, need to get a cab in and back to see sights costing around 20 euros each way. Staff were lovely and very friendly

Wonderful property with a private beach and great food

You can also find amazing dishes on the Sicilian menu. The air conditioner was a little noisy at night, but there is very fast internet. The pool was slightly dirtyb but room cleaning was exellent

very nice facility with an alluring outside space personnel is friendly and helpful food servicing is a good value for money great beach with cristal clear water the shadow area by the bar and pool allows staying for everybody even those not interested to get sun burned

I recommend raking the beach and tidying up the beach huts. Lifeguards are present both on the beach and at the pool

Staff were very accommodating. Room was in new building, with great amenities. Easy parking. On-site dining excellent. Great spot for a Mt Etna excursion.

The Gatto blue restaurant was really good not so expensive in regard to other place we visit in Sicily. Globally the customer experience was delightful

Stay only for one night, but was very impressed. The outdoor area was lovely and I really liked the jacuzzi even though I did not go into it

Room at the 4th floor was large and practical. Terrasse view to the Etna north face is amazing. Welcoming staff with great care

Very good Price/Quality ratio! Good breakfast, located in the center of Catania, nice hotel room (ours had an impressive fresco on the ceiling), very supportive an polite staff, hotel offers many services such as fitness room, bar, etc

Great hotel! Antonio, the bar manager makes the best Negroni cocktails! Our group had so much fun in the bar lounge area and Antonio was very professional and accommodating.

The hotel manager went above and beyond helping us on multiple occasions. The area and views from the hotel were less than scenic but a short walk away was the dining, shopping, and historic areas

It was a little unnerving to find the hotel lobby door was locked on the inside so we could not exit without the desk clerk and his key when leaving early

Nice stay in modern very clean rooms. First floor room 016 was very quiet and spacious. Sicilian pastries and good italian coffees. Self service American coffee for those that miss the weaker variety

A wonderful experience, unfortunately only three days, in a charming building, recently renovated with attention to detail both inside and out. The double room was spotless, spacious and equipped with every comfort

We didn't try the cuisine, but the breakfast was of the highest quality with delicious products and dishes (the pancakes and omelettes were superb!)

On our last day we ordered a simple steak with fries and a green salad at the pool grill. It was grey and chewy with very little flavour

we enjoyed drinks and light lunch on the beautiful Terrace with great views of Mount Etna. It was just perfect as was Fabio our amazing waiter. He must get a mention as the best waiter in the world

I was merely an obstacle between himself and what he clearly considered his just desserts. They descend upon your cornetto with the confidence of venture capitalists, their beady eyes holding neither apology nor doubt

The view remains unchanged —Etna! The sea below spreads itself like a promise, or a threat. But let us speak of the pigeons. They are not your ordinary urban scavengers

There is something refreshing about their transparency. Even the pigeons pause in their relentless campaigning to acknowledge it. Would I return? One always returns to beautiful, impossible places

Really nice place to stay ! Rooms are decent in size and very bright with big windows and a balcony to enjoy nice views. Staff is friendly and feels more like a funny and warm family

Communication from the property was clear and prompt. We were delayed and had to check in after hours, and were given very clear instructions to assist. Can't fault the service at all

(different to some in photos) The Maintenance Assistant can be seen working on site every day. The citrus trees in the grounds provide natural shade to the pool and some terraces

Great spot to visit Taormina Room was clean and perfectly as described. Pool was also a great feature. Good location, bit of a climb into town but not too bad once you know what to expect

However, I would suggest a Tree Surgeon needs to give them some attention. If not within a few years the trees will have taken over, obscuring lovely views and intruding onto terraces/ balconies

Pool area is spotless! Continental breakfast has very good choices and the wait staff can’t do enough for you! Our room was ok… we were told that we would have fresh beach towels every 3rd day which we did not

We got fresh bathing towels though. There wasn’t any extra toilet paper either we had to ask for it

At first breakfast seems very delicious and various but up close the scrambled eggs is made from powder, omelette and sausages are cold, only black tea to choose from, I didn’t see plant milk, no wholemeal or multigrain bread or ciabatta - only cheap white rolls and toasted bread, too many sweets, too little proteins and healthy food

For this price I expected more especially for included breakfast. Of course the view is beautiful and rooms are comfortable, new and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful

A place to stop a couple of nights, not in an ideal location. If you’re into fish, go for it. Abandoned vehicles outside the rear entrance. No tea/coffee making which is a shame. Outdoor pool and bar services food 🥘

A basic hotel italys four star more like a three star South African version. But the rooms were spotless and clean and the swimming pool was incredible

We are an older couple and this saved us a few steps uphill!! The hotel swimming pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by sunbeds. Towels are obtained from the restaurant (same level as pool), and you have to sign for them

Spacious swimming pool with well manicured landscaping. All of this is conveniently located within a short walk to city center
