One major downside is that the beach bar is not included in the all-inclusive package, so you have to pay for drinks there

I had great experience with the Mclub Alicudi, everything was fine. Staff was hospitable, friendly and attentive. The restaurant was great, the food was delicious.

Nice pool and thermal baths! Get the ground floor rooms facing the exterior garden, they’re so peaceful and recently renovated

The beach is really nice, fine sand, plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas, ideal entrance to the sea, no stones. A big plus is the possibility to rent a paddleboard or kayak for free

Another big minus is that beach towels cannot be changed for free, the fee of 5 euros per towel is a bit expensive if you want a new one every day

The only flaw of the place is that the staff only speaks French and Italian except Francesco, who was really super, helping us with everything, from welcoming to goodbye with kindness and professionalism

Of particular importance is the two pool available on the territory, small for children, great infrastructure. Personnel every day check cleanses

We stayed here for four nights on our trip around Sicily. They have a large pool that was very refreshing since it was hot. It's a bit out of the way but an easy taxi ride to anywhere you want to go

Friendly staff, ok breakfast, plenty of sweets, cookies and cakes. Swimming pool much appreciated in hot weather 😉

Nice Stay Family of four adults staying in one room. It is an older hotel and you have to drive past a depressed area, but the staff was nice, the room adequate and dinner and the breakfast was good.

Relax hotel is a great example of Sicilian family establishment, where one can feel like at home. Chef cook from Palermo surprise u every evening with variations of Sicilian cuisine

Location is a bit far from the public transport, Howver the silence is enjoyable for those tired of city chaos. In total, we highly recommend the place for family stay

Nice pool! The only inconvenience I found was the shower in our room which was simply unbearable to deal with all the time

We stayed on a half-board basis with excellent continental buffet breakfast each morning (including bacon and eggs for any fellow Brits worried they'll miss a full English!)

Amazing view on the sea, the hotel is little vbit vintage for me but the staff was very nice and it was a very good stay

A lovely hotel, right on the water's edge on the tip of the Schiso peninsula just outside the bustle of the town but an easy walk to the port and to the shops and town beaches

It has so many old and antique rooms for guests to chill. There is free cigars that you can take to your room patio or the rooftop to smoke. The red room is stunning, it is where the breakfast is offered

Great building great staff no expense spared a must stay if in Ragusa or around. Down side shower door in Pesca needs attention and a door person should be in attendance in a 5star hotel

The staff: Giuseppe, was super helpful and incredibly nice! Our room was quiet and private and looked like a wine cellar, very romantic!

We had a lovely stay at the Relais Antica Badia. The team were just fantastic in keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing and the little daily cakes and evening chocolates made it special

I noticed a lot of people commenting on how the place needs updating but I think they are missing the point as the place is full of interesting antiquities and is full of the history of the island

All the staff, were out of this world whether on reception, housekeeping or in the restaurant, all were helpful, caring and went out of their way to make you feel at home

Excellent breakfast, very helpful staff. The one thing that would have made our stay perfect would have been a kettle, cups and coffee etc in the room

the hotel is in a quiet area about a fifteen minute walk from the beaches, harbor, shops and restaurants we were able to get the bus into Catania and Taormina, and could also get a bus to the train station to go to Messina

Great. Pool with sea water, sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a ladder to enter the sea.

This is the most unexpected hotel in Sicily. The facilities, hygiene and linens are very good. The breakfast is also very good. It is located right by the sea and has its own beach. It is also very close to Taormina.

They were all friendly and accommodating. The seafront view was priceless. Slept with the balcony doors open every night and listened to the waves. Watched the sun come up in the morning a few times also

This is an oasis away from the crowd and traffic of the town of Letojanni. The views from the hotel is just perfect. You can choose to spend time sunbathing in the swimming pool area or better down on the long beach

Taormina in the background and the town was enjoyable during the evening. The bar staff and the kitchen staff were amazing, the food was excellent. It's difficult to complain about this place

This is just the most peaceful, welcoming hotel, spotlessly clean and very kind staff. Special Credit to Marcello, Giada, Angela, Andrea and all the breakfast and bar staff

He never smiled or said hello once even though we always were polite. The pool was lovely and clean and fantastic views. The sun terrace was also great

When you enter the dining room you get shown to your table, higher standards which are not needed when the lower hotel standards let you down. Overall, this could be a good breakfast with better quality produce

The pool is rooftop and private (no other hotels look onto it) a sun terrace with lots of sun beds, changing room and toilet. The staff are welcoming and friendly

The decoration of the place, just like the bar area can only be described as an retirement home. Poor area:- Split on two level; sun deck on on and the swimming pool on the other

Dining area:- For a four-star hotel the breakfast should be better. Tinned fruit is a no-no for four-star. The coffee was also weak, not the high standard expected in Italy

The shower screen was very loose, which put us off using it and we felt touching it would cause it to fall off. So we put up with a wet bathroom everyday

Friendly, helpful, polite and thoughtful. A delightful position perched up above the main area in Taormina, with a fabulous pool and the hotel terrace for breakfast and drinks has the most wonderful view of Mount Etna

The pool was such a beautiful setting with a beautiful Mediterranean garden going up the mountainside and sweeping views of the town, bay, coast and Etna

Wonderful view Great location two blocks from the mainstreet. Ok room but with a wonderful terrasse with panoramic seaview and sun all day. Comfortable pool and wonderful terrasse for the breakfast

My ravioli with the pork sauce was out of this world! My husband is a chef and his pasta ragu was also amazing. Rita's selection of red wine was perfect! Will definitely be back!

There is outside pool with bar and umbrellas to lay under but it is opend in summer-season (about beginning of June)

My husband and I were on our way back to Pozzallo from Modica and stopped for lunch at the hotel's restaurant

However, the rooms feel quite outdated, particularly the sheets and curtains. With some investment in modernising the décor and upgrading the linens, this place could truly thrive and become a standout destination

So nice and open-hearted stuff which speak fluent English. They had changed our rooms because of bugs (from olive trees and ants) and there were no further problems

Great pool area great food but they could make so much more of it if they wanted. Their beach crowded, not organised. Transportation to and from good

A beautiful place in the middle of nowhere! Though tired and in need of a lot of tlc, this is a lovely resort. Don't expect 4 star accommodation, especially in the majority of self catering apartments

However the staff are brilliant. When we came 20 years ago no one spoke English. Now most of the staff are quite fluent. This is an Italian family resort. Don't expect multi linguistical menus etc

I visited Calampiso resort with my family and had a good time. There's a big room for improvement, the hotel needs renovation, but the beach, food and evening programme was great

They could use electric vehicles for staff to get about as the motorised ones are too noisy. Employ staff that took responsibility and the reception at least wear a shirt that advertised her employer not another resort

The two men who ran the place were extremely helpful in giving directions to the Main town Ortigia as well as helping us with anything we needed! Lovely place & lovely people! The only thing we wish was different was the location being closer to the main town, other than that it was great!

We got wine and the spaghetti vongole, which was delicious. The air conditioner kept the room nice and cold which was lovely to come back to at the end of the day

We had the best time visiting hotel scala greca. The rooms were large and clean. Max was the kindest! He was very attentive and caring. Such a wonderful stay. Will be back!

Fantastic!! We had such a wonderful time the two nights we stayed at Hotel Scala and wish we stayed longer! We arrived our first night very late and were ravenous from our travels that day, the staff offered us dinner right after we got settled in at the restaurant on the property

I got to the hotel from the airport and was middle of the night, despite the fact that the kitchen was already closed, the receptionist said that dinner awaits me - "forgive that only cold"

The crew is very nice, food in restaurant is ok, hotel has secured parking, the standard of rooms is fine, the bathrooms need attention - the equipment is already 'heavily used'

This hotel has a fantastic location, facing the sea and Île Béla, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. A cobblestone path across the street leads directly to the beach 🏝️, where beach chairs cost €15 per person

Getting up the hill is also convenient; it's a 5-minute walk to the cable car stop. The room was a sea-view room, with plenty of room for two suitcases and still room to spare

There is an unbeatable sea view on one side and a mountain view on the other side next to the swimming pool. The beach is just across the road from the hotel

Outstanding place. The best located hotel in TAORMINA with a view of Isola Bella. Delicious breakfasts and an amazing rooftop pool. I recommend 100%.

The hotel rooms are quite spacious. Every window in the sea view room has an unbeatable sea view. The rooftop swimming pool is completely reserved in the morning, and there are very few people in the afternoon

We stayed at Capo Faro the first time, which was also a fabulous experience. However, we are glad we went to Signum, as the town of Malfa was fantastic and the views from this hotel are breathtaking

The hotel is something close to paradise. The only minus is actually related to the bar and restaurant

The food is excellent, but the wine is extremely expensive and the price does not even reflect the quality of the wine. The Michelin star restaurant is probably great but the prices are more like 3 stars than 1

The breakfast was spectacular and service from Graciella like she was welcoming us into her family. Luca and Martine did much more than we could ever have imagined and I am forever grateful and thankful to the team

The atmosphere is rustic but in an elegant way, and you feel you are transported into a special world. The staff are so warm and friendly, instantly making us feel welcome. They are the real treasure of the hotel

A little gem in Trapani, A wonderful hotel the rooms are beautifully designed. Front of staff couldn’t do enough for us especially Cristina. Plenty of options for breakfast the location was perfect

The service was another highlight: Cristina, the Front Office Manager, welcomed us warmly and attentively showed us all the hotel facilities, including the spa, which made a difference in our stay

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern. Parking was easier than we expected so trust the instructions they give you and get the parking app

Breakfast was really good with local specialties and good coffee. The location is really good and everything is walkable with lots of good restaurants nearby

We stayed at the Hotel Palazzo Gatto and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect for exploring Trapani on foot, with everything nearby

The room was very comfortable, quiet, with modern and tasteful decor, and a spacious and functional bathroom—ideal for relaxing after sightseeing

This hotel is set in a beautiful location. Rooms are very basic and walls are thin so can hear other guests in their bedrooms. There is nothing else to do at the hotel apart from lay by the pool

Great hotel with beautiful pool and view to the sea. There are stairs in the cliffs that ket you step down to the sea. Free WIFI and free parking.

Grand Hotel Baia Verde is a nice resort hotel.  Unfortunately we came in the off season so some amenities like the pool and access to the sea were not available

A beautiful hotel set on the cliff just outside Catania - rooms are big, have AC, well serviced, great pool (30m plus x 20), great pool bar, amazing buffet breakfast, access to sea. Lovely for a family holiday.

The hotel is very large, and the restaurant has a 180-degree view of the sea

The view from our room was breathtaking and we really enjoyed the hammocks! The breakfast food was so varied and delicious, fresh omelettes were a lovely touch! We rented an electric scooter from them and the bike was really great and quiet, it had a lot of power and was more than capable of bringing us both around the island

The room was nice and comfortable. Location is close to the port and center of Santa Marina. Breakfast was very good, with local fruits and homemade jams, bread and granita

Msrio is a wonderful chef, who clearly shows a passion for Salina and everything he prepares

You just can't expect the Hilton. The island isn't that kind of place. Mamma Santina is everything you need on this fabulous green Island. Rooms overlooked the pool and had incredible sunset views

Walking distance to downtown. If need be, shuttles provided by Leonardo are incredibly helpful and I cannot say enough about the amazing hospitality that my partner and I received, they made us feel like family

This place would be quite crowded in the height of the season as a lot of Italians go there. But the hotel has a very good pool & very friend staff. Car park is a short walk away but that in itself is part of the charm

Leonardo and Gabriella are amazing owners of this establishment in Belstrate, Italy! Awesome location with clean rooms, air conditioning via mini splits, an excellent pool, breakfast daily with complimentary caffé

Food was quite adequate, breakfast is continental and dinner was pre-ordered in the morning. The external dining area was by the pool

I reccomend a car, so much to see, amazing views and so many places to visit. The train from Balestrate to Palermo is well worth the trip. Loved Segresta, San Vito, Caslemare del Golfo all accessable by car

Loved staying here. It is located a walking distance from landmarks, the staff are very nice, discreet and helpful. The food is good, the coffee, of course, is any coffee lover's dream. And the rooms are very clean.

It is an easy 15 minute walk to Mondello beach which is easily one of the best beaches in Europe. Our room with the balcony is lovely and a great bathroom / shower for Med Europe. Great place to stay near a great beach
